This bachelor thesis focused on the communication mix of NSD International CZ, s.r.o.. In the theoretical part I focus on the definition of marketing, especially the marketing and communication mix, as well as the description of the analyzes I use in the work. In the second part I develop a communication mix for this company, as it does not have a marketing department. And also I focus on a proposal to improve the sales department.

The business plan is designed mainly for self-employed individuals with trade licence. Also, the dissertation is accompanied with financial assessment of the business plan.

This diploma thesis is focused on the communication mix in a Czech company operating in the field of web analytics and also on its proposed design for the B2B market in England. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of marketing, international marketing, marketing and communication mix. The analytical part is focused on the characteristics of the company, analysis of the micro and macro environment, analysis of the marketing and communication mix of the company. The last part is devoted to the design of the company's communication mix for the B2B market in England. These proposals should lead to reaching new customers and possible gaining of new customers from the already mentioned market.

In the theoretical part presents findings that are used in other parts of the work. The analytical part focuses on the business environment and assessment of the current market situation. Shop Floor Scheduling in Discrete Parts Manufacturing

Master´s thesis analyses the current state of the production scheduling in a manufacturing company in the automotive industry. It describes the setup system management of the module Advanced Production Planning by Helios Orange program, which company uses. This thesis introduces a new process of order and describes procedures for control of this module. Two essential steps of this new process were tested – creation of production orders and scheduling of production batches. In the end of the master´s thesis there are estimated financial savings after the implementation of the new process production scheduling.
