The Diploma thesis is concerned with coupling of images. In the first part theoretical bases necessary for successful fulfilling of the assignment are described. The second part deals with the procedures that lead to composition of the jigsaw puzzle. The last part concentrates on controlling the program. The aim of the thesis is to propound an algorithm for solving a puzzle.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the company information system and the proposal of changes. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part, is focused on the explanation of the basic terms used in the thesis. The second, analytical part contains the introduction of the company, its analysis and also the analysis of the information system. Based on this information, the last, design part is compiled, the content of which is to increase the security of the information system of Tereos TTD, a.s. company.

Black and white documents conversion

The Bachelor's paper is concerned with processing black-and-white, grey-toned documents, which means the conversion of grey-toned picture of the document into binary one. In the paper, the procedures of separating the variable-brightness text from the background are described. Diverse methods of detaching the foreground from the background, the so-called picture segmentation, are used. Moreover, the outcomes of different methods are compared.

Environmental taxes in the tax system of the Czech Republic

The name of diploma Environmental taxes in the tax system of the Czech Republic Abstrakt The problem of the environmental protection has probably been the most discussed worldwide problem recently. The need to protect the human natural environment grows with the growing number of people and the emerging global company. These days, the environment is primarily endangered by greenhouse gases emitted into the atmosphere. Developed countries try to stop this tendency using different methods. The ecological reforms of specific states - of which an establishment of environmental taxes constitutes the essential part - should help to stop this tendency. This paper deals with the introduction into the legal order of the Czech Republic and reflects also for adjustment the European Union. To better approach the topic is necessary to define the term tax, fee and tax system of the Czech Republic. This is addressed in the first two parts of my job. Environmental taxes are classify to indirect tax system and indicate similarity and in most elements the identity with consumption taxes. In part three I describe the ecological part.
