Diploma thesis deals with financing projects from EU funds and includes instructions on how to obtain subsidies from EU funds. Introductory part is devoted to theoretical information concerning European Union funds. In the main part of analyzing the situation HATRACO Company Ltd. and described the procedure for obtaining funds from the EU structural funds. The final section is devoted to evaluate the use of structural funds for the development of the company.

Purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of a shopping center

The aim of this diploma master is to analyse the purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of a shopping centre, evaluate recent changes and propose possible measures to improve the current situation. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information that is necessary for understanding the issue. There are mentioned factors affecting shopping behaviour, purchasing decision-making process, customer satisfaction and the definition of retail and shopping centre. The practical part is focused on the analysis of purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of shopping centre. An anonymous questionnaire survey was used to obtain the necessary information. Finally, the obtained data are evaluated and measures to increase customer satisfaction are proposed. For the purpose of verification of purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of shopping centre, there are determined hypothesis, which are then evaluated through statistical tests.

Communication in a Selected Company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decribe and evaluate the internal and external communication in a selected company and to propose possible changes and improvements. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis describes main concepts such as communication, communication functions and types and so on. The practical part is focused on the current internal and external communication in a selected company. The research on the internal communication is conducted through a questionnaire survey, interviews and observation. The external communication is analysed by a interview with the spokesperson. Finally, the collected data is evaluated and recommendation for improvements of the current situation is suggested.

Current approaches in the speech therapy for children with Down syndrome

The thesis discusses the specific therapeutic methods and techniques that can be used in the context of speech therapy for children with Down syndrome who suffer from symptomatic speech disorder. The thesis includes the complete terminological definition of Down syndrome etiology, diagnosis and detailed elaboration of the therapeutic methods. It also includes complementary therapies that contribute to the overall development of the child's communication skills. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the speech therapy. It may be an inspiration for speech therapists, parents, teachers in kindergartens and primary schools who take care of children with Down syndrome and want to contribute to improvement of communication skills of the children. The thesis can be a starting point for further scientific work that deals with similar issues. Assessment of motor skills in children with Down syndrome using MABC-2 test

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of children with Down syndrome. Down syndrome is the most common genetic disorder with trisomy 21st chromosome with typical overal psychomotoric delay. The thesis is focused on the specific difficultes of children with Down syndrome, with emphasis on motor skills. Children with Down syndrome are examined by standard motion test Movement Assessment Battery for Children, 2nd edition (MABC-2). There are a total of 19 children ranging in age 3-14 years. The control group of children is chosen in similar age group, a total of 20 children. Simultaneously at work is compared a parameter of achievement independent walking. This milestone is very often assessed and used in children with Down syndrome. The results show that children with Down syndrome in comparison with healthy peers did not achieve the similar level of motor skills. In the percentile rating, the children reached the level below the 5th percentile of standard norms. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
