Study of thermodynamic stability of complexes with polydentate ligands

Acid-base and coordination properties of macrocyclic ligand 1-oxa-4,7- diazacyclononane-4,7-bis(methylenephosphonic acid) were investigated. Protonation constants and stability constants with Ca2+ , Mg2+ , Cu2+ , Zn2+ , Mn2+ a Ga3+ metal ions were determined by potentiometry. Keywords Potentiometry, coordination chemistry, azacycles.

Polydentate aminodiphosphinates

Two linear aminodiphosphinates (H3L1 , H5L2 ) and one cyclic aminodiphosphinate (H2L3 ) were prepared and studied. Newly prepared compounds were characterized by NMR, MS and EA (elemental analysis). Acid-base and coordination properties of ligands were studied. Protonation constants and stability constants of complexes with Zn2+ , Ni2+ and Cu2+ metal ions were determined by potentiometry. Böhmová, Z.; Adam and Eve - nudity in Art and what to do with it in art education. [Diploma thesis] Prague 2015 - Charles University, Faculty of education, 106 pages. This thesis is analysing nudity by comparing religious, moral and political documents with perception of everyday reality and artistic portrayal. It follows the changes of paradigm of nudity in European culture since the start of Christianity. The objective of this thesis is to find the roots of connection between nudity and abashment. It finds the origins of finding nudity erotic and its connection with pornography. In the didactic part it tries to introduce this topic into visual arts education, defining this idea throughout artistic activities and comprehension of the changes in perception of naked body in modern painting. With the use of the medium of painting the semiotic character of nudity is being researched as well as the signs that reference nudity.

Creative Accounting in the Czech Republic

This thesis is focused on creative accounting in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to explain the term creative accounting, to introduce motives which lead creators of financial statements to use creative accounting and to outline the consequences of creative accounting in practice. The thesis further discloses methods of creative accounting including space which in the opinion of the author arises in amendment of Accounting Act effective from 1st of January 2016. A practical part of the thesis examines how creative accounting is perceived in the Czech Republic. The result of survey showed that creative accounting in the Czech Republic is evidently commonly used in practice.

The ways of dividing profit in Joint Stock Company

The Bachelor thesis describes the way of dividing profit in Joint Stock Company. It contains a theoretical part and a practical part. It looks into issues from the point of view of the Commercial Code, Accounting act and tax law. The theoretical part first deals with the characteristics of the joint stock company, then it introduces particular ways of dividing profit which are analyzed in following chapters. The theoretical part is supplemented by accounting schemes. The practical part is composed of two subchapters. The first one applies accounting solution to these issues at a complex example. The aim of the second subchapter is to verify conditions of payment of dividends in joint stock company Pragoplyn, a. s.

Komparace přístupů členských zemí EU s ohledem na jejich připravovaný vstup do EMU (se zaměřením na ČR)

Proces evropské měnové integrace v podobě eurozóny je dlouhodobý proces a přístup jednotlivých členských zemí je značně odlišný. Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnat dnešní situaci v jednotlivých 10 nových členských zemí EU (České republice, Estonsku, Kypru, Litvě, Lotyšsku, Maďarsku, Maltě, Polsku, Slovensku a Slovinsku) týkající se budoucího přijetí eura, tzn. jak plní maastrichtská kritéria a v jaké fázi praktických příprav na jednotnou evropskou měnu se nacházejí. Práce je nejvíce zaměřena na aspekty přistoupení ČR k eurozóně.
