The topic of the diploma thesis is the expansion proposal for a selected Czech company on the Polish market. The company is based in Cesky Tesin and sells higher value toys through its own e-shop. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The introductory part defines the problem to be solved, the main objective and describes the methods used to solve the thesis. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the chosen problem. The analytical part consists of the characteristic of the company and the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The last design part contains the actual solution proposals and economic evaluation including the planned schedule of activities.

Marketingová strategie vybrané sportovní akce

The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of the marketing strategy of the selected sport event “Těšín Fortuna Run“. The aim of the thesis is better marketing strategies and proposed new strategies that will increase the attractiveness and efficiency of your Czech target group. The work consists of three photographs. The first part deals with the literary limitations, where the theoretical data on the issue are described. The second part of the thesis analyses the existing organization of sports events and their internal and external environment. Based on a questionnaire survey and unstructured personal interviews with the main organizers of the Fortuna run, sports events are revealed that can be used to design new marketing strategies. In the third part of the thesis has proposed a new marketing strategy with the expected budget proposal. The new strategy focuses primarily on improving the promotion process in the Czech Republic.
