It contains an analysis of the current state of calculations of the selected company, which produces on orders. It is trying to devise a new calculation procedure by creating a calculation for the selected product type from which results in company benefits in the areas of sales management and pricing.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

The master's thesis is focused on the valuation of the firm ADOR CZ s.r.o. to the 1st January 2019 by using income capitalization approach. Specifically the method disconted cash flow in variant entity. The thesis is dividet into three main parts. The theoretical part is focused on the basic terms and definition. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part includes the analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and final valuation of the firm.

The influence of institutional care on a preschool child

This bachelor work is focused on the institutional care of pre-school children. The theoretical part describes the basic aspects of orphanage accommodation and the history and development of protective institutional care. It also highlights the causes and processes of "taking the child away" from his biological family and later, his placement in an orphanage. The theoretical part also emphasizes the positive changes currently taking place in the Czech institutional care system. In the practical part of the work a detailed case study is presented of the Zvíkovské Podhradí orphanage. Here, characteristics are described of the pre-school children currently living in this institution.
