Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty podniku ADOR CZ s.r.o. k 1.1.2019 pomocí výnosové metody. Konkrétně se jedná o metodu diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě entity. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a definic. Praktická část obsahuje strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu a SWOT analýzu. Poslední část zahrnuje prognózu generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a výsledné ocenění podniku. The master's thesis is focused on the valuation of the firm ADOR CZ s.r.o. to the 1st January 2019 by using income capitalization approach. Specifically the method disconted cash flow in variant entity. The thesis is dividet into three main parts. The theoretical part is focused on the basic terms and definition. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part includes the analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and final valuation of the firm.
