System of substitute care in the Czech Republic: The issues of foster care and foster care for a temporary period

: This work creates a comprehensive overview of foster care in the Czech Republic and focuses specifically on the issue of foster care and foster care temporarily. The aim was to unite information about foster care and to define the differences between types of care, clarifying how they are under current legislation children to their families and placed explain the new system of preparation of foster parents.
Working with a family in the process of addiction treatment within therapeutic community

Use of mind-altering substances may result in an array of adverse, especially health and social, consequences for drug users as well as for their close persons. Help to solve mentioned problems provide various types of drug services. The vast majority of drug services in past did not take into account the fact that relatives might suffer due to drug use of their family member too and thus they also might need specific professional help. The aim of this work is to capture and describe the process of therapy with regard to the perception and experience of the close persons of clients of therapeutic community. In order to adequately understand the situations, we must first determine what elements constitute them. The work is based on a qualitative approach and research group consists of close persons of clients of the therapeutic community WHITE LIGHT I. The results show that it is possible, based on the analysis of data, to define each stage of the therapeutic process from the perspective of family members and name them according to chronology and important characteristic. The inclusion of persons close to drug users into treatment process contributes significantly to improvement of their lives and relationships quality. Abstract: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether high school students are sufficiently informed about the possible risks of consuming energy drinks, and to what extent their knowledge is associated with their personal consumption of these beverages. The theoretical part is concerned with the actual concept of an energy drink, its ingredients and the drinking regime in general. Furthermore, it also informs about the potential dangers of energy drinks, already executed studies and available measures. The practical part is focused on the questionnaire survey, conducted among the high school students, which tries to find out what their experience with energy drinks is, and whether their knowledge of the effects and dangers of energy drinks is sufficient. Approaches to education of socially handicapped children in the Czech republic and in Slovakia

This thesis deals with education of socially handicapped people in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. It presents approaches and supporting disposals in both countries. The attention is devoted to actual situation in education of socially handicapped children at various degrees of schools. It describes affirmative actions, such as preliminary classes, education assistants in the Czech Republic or zero grades, education assistants and daylong education system in Slovakia. The thesis also sums up several projects focused on socially handicapped, one project focused on Roma children support realized in the Czech republic, three projects focused on education of socially handicapped, their parents' and educators' support, realized in middle Slovakia in years 2011-2015. Addictology services in the capital city of Prague with a focus on substitution treatment

The thesis is devoted to the issue of addiction services with a focus on substitution treatment. Theoretical part focuses on presenting of susbstitution treatment, its history and description of the substitution substances and their effects on the human body. Describes the abuse of substitution treatment by problem drug users and tries to map out the various addiction treatment services with a focus on substitution treatment in Prague. The research section defines the attitude of society towards the establishment and functioning of Prague substitution centers.
