Specific educational needs of the visually handicap in the context of another professional education

The final thesis on the topic specific educational needs of visually impaired teachers as part of continuing professional education focuses on needs and opportunities related to education and lifelong education of visually impaired teachers in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the support, rehabilitation and use of assistive devices for this education. Furthermore, mapping companies and organizations supporting the visually impaired and offers examples of good practice. The practical part analyzes the possibilities of further professional education of visually impaired teachers, and seeks to identify the needs and currently offers this education into practice. Comprehensive evaluation of privat pre-school institution with accreditation Ministry of education, youth and sports

This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined. Due to objective and comprehensive view we will use subsequent SWOT analysis system, which will set the strategy of the organization. Educational needs of teachers in leisure education

The theme of the thesis is to identify the educational needs of teachers in leisure education. The theoretical part is focused on the identification and analysis of educational needs. It also focuses on staff training, their competencies and the use of competency approach to their education. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on after-school education and the teachers' activities. The aim of the research is to identify the educational needs of these teachers and the specification of their competencies. The research section includes a survey carried out by the technique of unstructured written interviews. According to the analysis of the obtained information the competencies of teachers are specified and the competency model is created. The competency model can be used for the selection, evaluation and remuneration and other training of the teachers in after-school education. Identifying educational needs of teachers offers them themes and ideas for their professional training.
Organizational climate and job satisfaction

Organizační klima a zvláště klima v pracovní skupině je důležité pro pracovní život člověka, pro jeho pracovní motivaci, pro pracovní vztahy a spolupráci s druhými lidmi, pro jeho vztah k práci i k organizaci. Práce je významnou hodnotou mnoha lidí, jejím prostřednictvím lidé uspokojují mnohé své potřeby a naplňují své představy. V této souvislosti je významným ukazatelem pracovního života pracovní spokojenost člověka. Pracovní spokojenost či nespokojenost se promítá v zájmu člověka o práci i organizaci, působí na pracovní chování a na stabilizaci pracovníků. Z těchto důvodů jsou oba tyto fenomény velmi důležitými prvky řízení organizace, které mohou výrazně působit na její fungování a výsledky. Ke zpracování předložené disertační práce "Organizační klima a pracovní spokojenost" mě vedly dva hlavní důvody. Prvním důvodem byla pociťovaná potřeba širšího teoretického zpracování problematiky organizačního klimatu a pracovní spokojenosti a potřeba reflektovat velmi "uvolněné" užívání těchto pojmů v poradenské i řídící praxi, se kterým se již dlouhá léta setkávám. Druhým důvodem tematického zaměření práce je můj profesní zájem, kterým je problematika řízení lidí.
