Silent Friendships: Vladimír Fuka, Eva Fuková, Jiří Kolář, Zdeněk Urbánek, Jan Rychlík, Kamil Lhoták, Josef Schwarz-Červinka, Jan Hanč and Emanuel Frynta

The period after February 1948 meant great change for the cultural sphere. The groups and clubs were dissolved; artists who did not want to squeeze into the limits of socialist realism had no choice other than to close themselves in the privacy of their homes and studios. However, after 1950 a group of friends formed around Jiří Kolář in Prague, having shared the same views on political and cultural development and, despite various artistic orientations, captured everyday experience in pictures or texts. This thesis focuses on the friendship of Jiří Kolář, Vladimír Fuka, Eva Fuka, Zdeněk Urbánek, Jan Rychlík, Kamil Lhoták, Jan Hanč, Josef Schwarz-Červinka, Emanuel Frynta, and others, and tries to portray this period of time, their mutual inspirations and relationships, and especially the extremely creative atmosphere, which was originated in this friendly circle. This thesis is based on diary entries, drawings, collages, poems, and literary texts which they created together and for each other in this unique, free, and inspiring environment.

Karel Šlenger. Soul of the painter-outsider as a guide through his life and work

Karel Slenger za svuj zivot vytvofil malifske dilo citajici neskutecnych nekolika tisicu polozek, a to od del minimalnich rozmeru po velkoplosne monumenty. Podle svedectvi Josefa Hirsala udelal i par soch na tema zeny, takove dlouhe ienske postavyl85. Jednalo se o sadrove zfejme odlitky, v nadzivotni velikosti.Vzhledem k osudu autodidakta musel vYtvarne techniky i pfistupy zvladnout sam. Osvojil si metody a vyraz mnoha umeleckych smeru. Najdeme u nej stopy vedouci k Picassovi, a to jak tYkajici se neoklasicismu, tak i, byf okrajove kubismu. Nelze fici, ze je zcela nedotcen surrealismem, ktery u nej v jeho imaginativni podoM, (coz je charakteristicke prave pro neskolene malife) v par urcitYch momentech take potkavame. Staromistrovstvi potkal jiz v Louvru, vzdyt' prvni zkusenosti a poueeni si pfivazi z Pafize. Nejpatrnejsi je jeho poznamenarn tzv. Pafizskou skolou, jejiz ohlasy provazi celou jednu vy-razovou polohu dila. Charakteristicky je pro nej smutek techto velkych Pafizanu - pfistehovalcu zidovskeho puvodu do Pafize poeatku minuleho stoleti. Na tomto miste vy-znamneji vystupuje puvodem Litevec Chaim Soutine, jehoz portrety a zatisi jsou silne expresivni a zivelne deformovane, a v mnohem tedy blizke Slengrovym. Last Paintings

The dissertation thesis Last Paintings deals with the issue of the last works of the authors at the end of the work. This question represents a complexly unexplored topic in the field of Czech art history. Last paintings are often so different from the previous work. So they may in specific cases give rise to a discussion: Have we include them or better give them to brackets in the artist's work as an excess and not too much deal with? Rather the second alternative is happening. In a wide range of possible focus, the work focuses on last works of modern and contemporary art history. Because such a group or category of art within the Czech art history has not yet been considered, it focus on Czech authorship. The selected iconic world's last works are presented for comparison at the end in a quick overview. Given the topic of the departure of a man from this world, tis work outlines the cultural anthropological bases, their symbolism, it reflects the iconography of last paintings. It offers options for categories, which appear to be diversified, permeating, and beeing rather as auxiliary matter. Analysis of Employment and Income Population in the Czech Republic

The aim is to assessment the development of employment and income. Assess the dynamics and differentiation of net cash income of the population by region and sector of the economy. Employment is one of the key areas of concern not only the Czech Republic, but all Member States of the European Union. Employment policy is intended to promote employment and is one of the major areas of social policy. The incomes of the population significantly affects living standards, competitiveness and hence aggregate demand. For surveys of household income to apply various methods. Income inequality can be measured in different ways. The most popular methods include the Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve. The household is most popular statistical unit whose income is observed.

EU Employment Policy and Its Impact on Labour Market in the Czech Republic

Employment policy is implemented through two forms. The first is a passive employment policy, consisting of tangible assurance of citizens at the time of their unemployment. However, states prefer an active employment policy in order to stimulate access to the labour force to change its own position on the labour market. The main priorities of the European Union is to increase an employee motivation to work. The bachelor's thesis deals with the description of the principal instruments such as the European Employment Strategy and the European Social Fund. In addition, it also deals with funding from the European Social Fund for the Czech Republic through specific projects, compared with other European country, by analysing tools of employment policy in the Czech Republic.
