This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison between the engaging in business of a natural person and limited liability company in terms of income tax, social and health insurance. It analyses the situation using a fictious example. The purpose of this thesis is an optimal form of business for the given example.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ALIKA a.s. in the period from 2015 to 2019. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the individual concepts, methods and indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, based on the acquired theoretical piece of knowledge, an analysis of the current state of the selected company is performed. The final part of the thesis deals with the interpretation of the achieved results and the proposal of appropriate measures leading to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company in between years 2012 and 2015, which for 2015 are known to preliminary results. In the first part is described theoretical knowledge about the various ways a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company. And the second part is a description of the company and evaluated factors affecting in market position. The third part contains calculations of individual indicators, interpretation of results and SWOT analysis. The conclusion is contained proposals to improve the financial management of the company.
Improving quality within the ski resort Špindlerův Mlýn

The master thesis is focused on mapping of all the processes that customer goes through before achieving the skiing activity in ski resort Špindlerův Mlýn, currently operated by MELIDA, a.s. In the theoretical part services specifications, Six Sigma methodology and Key Performance Indicators basics are briefly described. The practical part consists of introduction of the ski area, measuring and mapping processes in combination with weak points identification. In order to eliminate weak points previously identified, the process of getting feedbacks from customers was introduced. As a result of this process, actions to eliminate the weak spots, were proposed and will be implemented. In order to maintain the appropriate structure of the thesis, Six Sigma methodology procedures and instruments, were used.
