Lančová, Adéla ; Šťovíčková Jantulová, Magdaléna (advisor) ; Deverová, Lenka (referee)
The objective of the thesis is to record attitudes of selected non-profit organizations to the proposed major amendments of valid legislature. At the present in the Czech Republic there is a new Civil Code under preparation and directly linked to it a new Act on organizations of public benefit. It is expected that both these norms will have a great impact on Czech non-profit sector. First my thesis briefly presents existing research in the field of non-profit organization and organizations in relation to their environment, in which they operate. Then I present current situation of Czech non-profit sector and its most common legal entities. For my research I addressed organization about which I knew in advance that they know something about proposed modifications. I made interviews with seven respondents. The results of the research showed that the respondents approach the proposed modifications without definite positive or negative expectations. They only express their distrust of the modifications regarding the possible new competences of state institutions. At the end of the thesis there are also questions listed that arose during the research and that cannot be answered at present with certainty.
