Topic: Harmony Wellness Club clientele care Objectives: The primary objective of the thesis was to obtain feedback from clients concerning the running of the sports centre. On the basis of the clients' feedback, the club management representatives were provided with the data in order to identify themselves more closely with the clients' needs. The secondary objective was to propose motions that could, based on analysis, help the sports centre enhance provided service and raise the value of club membership. Methods: The method of written questioning in forms of printed questionnaire and personal questioning was used. The questionnaire was designed to show the club through the eyes of customers, and to find out about strengths and weaknesses in terms of club's running and personnel. The outcomes are demonstrated by means of charts and tables, which result in the interpretation summarizing the whole issue. Results: Clients of the club have not been systematically questioned yet, therefore the club management has not been getting the clients' feedback regarding the running of the club. Title: Research of member's satisfaction with quality of services in dance school B-Original Prague. Objectives: The main objective is to determine member's satisfaction with offered sport services. Results were used to make proposal for improve offered services. Methods: Methods, which were used in this thesis, are based on theoretical knowledge, matching with the topic. During the satisfaction research was used quality research group interviews. Results were interpreted by summary protocol. Based on this results was made level of member's satisfaction how organization functions. To gain basic information about running dance school B-Original was made half - structured interview with the owner. Results: Based on marketing research we can state, that dance school B-Original has thanks to high quality services big amount of satisfied members. Proposals for improvement were shown to managers of dance school and they should make situation in dance school even better. Cash Flow Model of European Football Clubs

Title: The Cash Flow Model of European Football Clubs Objectives: Using the most updated sources while analysing revenues, costs, and economic results, the main objective of the thesis was to inspect the current cash flow of the first league European football clubs. A partial objective was to create a model based on theoretical and practical findings quoted in the final results. The model demonstrates the most important cash flow among football clubs and other subjects. Another partial objective was to calculate the success rate of respective league competitions based on their economic resources. Methods: To obtain relevant information, a secondary data analysis was used. Also, a comparative analysis method was employed. Then, the researched secondary data was processed and presented in the final part by means of graphs and tables. Results: The revenue that brought the largest number of financial resources for football clubs was broadcasting rights. However, those revenues were significant only for a particular group of the most attractive leagues. For a much bigger portion of the leagues, sponsoring revenues turned out to be more important, which also applied to Czech clubs. Title: An outline of the development of the Czech sport financing after 1989 Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of the czech sport financing from the selected resources after 1989 till the present situation and it's prospect included in The concept sports funding 2016 - 2025 SPORT 2025 Methods: The basic method used in this thesis is the method of document analysis. Fundamental documents include legislative documents, especially The Lottery Act and its updating and The Act on Promotion of Sports. Aditional resources represent analytic and comparative studies prepared by ČOV, ČUS and MŠMT conception. Another method is statistic analysis of quantitative data, in form of termporal lines, which are processed into basic charts and diagrams. Results: In recent 25 years have been significant changes in sports funding established. The turning point is considered the year 2011, when czech sport lost two stable financial resources. Primarily the company Sazka, a.s. went bankrupt, secondarily the amendment of the lottery act was accepted and has discontinued offtakes for public utility objects. Title: A Comparison of Sport Clubs' Systems of Financing from the Sale of Television Rights Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to come up with a clear description of the issues concerning the broadcasting rights in particular football leagues of Spain, Italy, Germany, France, England and the Czech Republic, and subsequently compare the contracts with TV service providers, as well as the money distribution among the participating clubs. Methods: The methods used include an analysis of documents, a comparative analysis and a thorough interview. In order to describe the particular national leagues, a great number of relevant articles and official league news were required to be analysed. This analysis then led to the comparison of the aforementioned leagues. A thorough interview was used for the description of the current Czech environment and was conducted with an employee of STES a.s., Mr. Tomáš Pata. Results: The chief result of the thesis is a clear and comprehensible description of the sale development of television rights in the most prestigious European football leagues, and the subsequent analysis in light of the solidarity in redistributing the money received. This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of free marketing communication tools on potential customers` behavior in 3FIT Swim School. The most effective communication tools were presented using frequency based on the internal statistics containing the data of all potential customers interested in swim lessons and new customers who have ordered a swim lesson. Title: Marketing research of massage course absolvents' satisfaction in Dexter Academy. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to acquire the valuation of massage school courses and services in DexterAcademy from the absolvents of these courses. The valuation is acquired by the research of absolvents' satisfaction, which is one of the main goals of this thesis. Another goal is to present, based on the obtained information DexterAcademy suggestion that might lead to the improvement of massage school courses and services. Methods: Marketing research based on the method of written survey has been used to investigate the absolvents' satisfaction. The sampling unit is made of the absolvents of massage school courses, who were chosen at availability in time of data collection. Results: The survey evaluation has shown some deficiencies in DexterAcademy. Consequently, steps to abolish these deficiencies were designed and if followed, the absolvents' satisfaction should be improved. Title: Impact of skills and probabilities for poker Objectives: The aims of this bachelor thesis are to find out what are poker skills and how they affect the results in poker; to show the nature of relationship between coincidence and probability; to find out what influences have an impact on the game of poker and what factors significantly affect the players' actions; to introduce some formulas, by which one can find a profitable solution concerning both the number of chips or the financial profitability in a particular poker game; to show the amount of deviation from the potential profitability or the loss rate of chips in a long period of playing a high number of games; to present the development of legislation in the Czech Republic, the European Union and some selected countries; and last but not least based on the development of poker to outline the current problems, which have resulted in poker heading increasingly towards a gambling game. Topic: The evaluation of customer satisfaction at CELEBRITY BOXING PLACE. Objectives: The main goal for this thesis is to define the current client base with a high emphasis on finding overall weak points in customer satisfaction concerning offered services of Celebrity boxing place in order to find new ways of possible improvements and increasing the client base in the future. Methods: The first method used is paper questionare that was given to current clients visiting Celebrity boxing place on a regular basis. This method is followed by sending evaluation emails to former clients. The analysis of those results will be the key factor for forming a variety of recomendations for CELEBRITY BOXING PLACE in the future. Results: The current base of loyal clients proved to be large and still growing due to high quality of offered training sessions, profesional attitude towards clients and friendly atmosphere. Title: Popularity of rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to find out the interest about rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko, to identify the knowledge of the population and thein attitudes to the rhythmic gymnastics, to take progression rhythmic gymnastics and to approach sports history of Milevsko. Methods: To obtain the necessary information to making bachelor thesis was using electronic and through personal interviews questionnaire which was formed for the purpose of this thesis. It was also used depth interview method. Processing of theoretical background the thesis was made with the various sources of literature. Result: Researches have found attitudes city residents Milevsko to gymnastics. The main causes influencing popularity of rhythmic gymnastics have revealed based on the interviews and was described possible measures which one could serve to increase public interest to this sports branch.
