This master thesis focuses on improving communication mix of selected businessman, Mr. Marek Argan, who operates in the sale of Thai products and provides services as Thai yoga and Thai massage. This work is is divided into three main parts. The first part describes theoretical knowledge, which is then used as a base for the next parts. The second part describes the activities of the selected company and analysis of the current marketing and communication mix. In the last part is the proposal of communication mix, which will be applied in the company .

Feasibility Study and Risk Assessment in a New Business Unit

This master thesis describes a valorisation of investment intention involving an assessment of risks of a new-built business unit. It means an extension of an existing café in Brno for a confectionery production and its distribution. A goal of this thesis is to make a complete study of feasibility and to evaluate ability to realize this project, based on achieved data. Structure of the thesis is adapted on a certain topic and it focuses especially on a marketing research, an estimate of a demand and assessment of risks. Several chapters describing certain parts of the project are a part of the study of feasibility. Whole feasibility study is based on a data drawn from a professional literature, internet resources, intern and extern analysis of a surroundings, the estimation of demand based on a questionnaire survey and own experience in a specialization of business.

Business Plan to Establish a Tourist Restaurant and Guesthouse

Designing a real business plan to establish a tourist restaurant and guesthouse in the tourist region of Dolní Věstonice in south Moravia is aim of this bachelor’s thesis. Design of project realisation will be created based on executed analyses and calculations, which obtains informations from professional literauture, internet sources and tourism studies. Experiences of people working in same or similar business are included in mentioned design.

Zhodnocení mléčné užitkovosti kozy bílé krátkosrsté ve vybraném chovu

Goats in the Czech Republic are currently bred for the production of milk and meat. Goat milk is a valuable food and therefore there is a growing interest in it. The aim of this work was to evaluate the milk yield in the White Shorthair Goat breed in the chosen breeding station. This work was focused on milk yield, the amount of fat, protein and lactose in goat milk. The data obtained from the milk yield control were compared with national averages and with the literature. The average milk yield on the selected farm was higher in comparison with the national average values of milk yield for the White Shorthair Goat. Furthermore, obvious differences in fat and protein content were found, while no differences were found in lactose content. Data from the milk yield control from 2016 - 2018 were used for evaluation. All obtained data were processeed in Microsoft Excel

The fathers on parental leave in the Czech Republic

This diploma work is focused on the situation of fathers on parental leave in the Czech Republic. The aim of research is to find out how fathers feel on their parental leave, what is positive or negative for them and how they evaluate this experience. The theoretical part describes the legislative framework of parental leave and parental allowance and explains the concepts such as femininity, masculinity, maternity and paternity. Then I deal with gender stereotypes and situation on the labour market, and their influences on the decision for starting parental leave. Then I formulate arguments for more father's participation in taking care of children. The empirical part is focused on a qualitative research. The research was realized by interviews done with 10 fathers on parental leaves, and analyzed by coding. Then I made a connection between new data and theoretical resources which are described in the first part. At the end I indicate the posibility of doins some other research, for example with both parents.

Analýza toxických kovů v půdách v bývalém Barnovsko-Rudoltovickém rudním revíru

Thesis compares the occurrence of toxic metals in soils in the former Barnov-Rudoltovice ore district. The first part includes a literature review, definition of selected toxic metals, their mo-bility, the history of mining of lead ores on the territory of the Oder hills and delimita-tion-ment potential anthropogenic sources of toxic metals in this area. The last part of lite-agrarian research deals with the legislative requirements for the content of contami-nants in the soil of the laws and their implementing regulations of the Ministry of Envi-ronment. Experimental work is focused on laboratory processing 22-tion of taken soil samples in the key areas of analysis by XRF, comparison of the natural occurrence of toxic metals and anthropogenic contamination assessment under the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
