Název práce: HISTORIE A VÝVOJOVÉ TRENDY V ESTETICKÉ SKUPINOVÉ GYMNASTICE Název práce v AJ: HISTORY AND PROGRESSES OF AESTHETIC GROUP GYMNASTICS Cíl práce: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo provést z videonahrávek rozbor jednotlivých vybraných sestav z mezinárodních závodů z průběhu minulých několika let a z něj vytvořit ucelený pohled na postupný vývoj této disciplíny co se pravidel a kvality závodnic týče. Zároveň též porovnat odlišnosti v pojetí různých zemí a odlišnosti od moderní gymnastiky, jakožto nejphbuznější disciplíny. Metody práce: Metodami této empiricko -teoretické práce byl rozbor videonahrávek z mezinárodních soutěží estetické skupinové gymnastiky z pohledu historického vývoje a metoda pozorování Výsledky: Vývoj estetické gymnastiky v průběhu pěti let zaznamenal obrovský růst technické vyspělosti závodnic. Disciplína vznikla ze snahy odlišit se od gymnastiky moderní svou formou pohybu, ale bohužel systém donutil trenérky i závodnice vrátit se zpět k maximální flexibilitě a dokonalé technice provedení. Objevily se dva základní směry, finský, se svým pojetím maximální provázanosti prvků, plynulostí pohybu a také dokonalou choreografií a směr ruský, který dbá hodně na techniku provedení a už více zanedbává provázanost jednotlivých prků a význam choreografie. Motor Performance of Muay-Thai Competitors

Název práce: Motorická yýkonnost závodníků Muay-Thai Title: Motor performance ofMuay-Thai competitors Cíl práce: Cílem diplomové práce je na základě standardizované baterie obecných motorických testů porovnat obecnou motorickou výkonnost závodníků Muay - Thai (Thajského boxu) a posoudit vliv této motorické výkonnosti na výkonnost specifickou. Metoda: Všichni závodníci byli měřeni stejnou baterií testů. Použitá baterie testů obsahuje: člunkový běh 4x10m, počet shybů, leh/sed za lmin., skok daleký z místa, hloubka předklonu v sedě a chytání padající tyče. Výsledky: Osvětlují význam motorické výkonnosti na celkovém sportovním výkonu v Muay-thai. Tato práce přispívá k usměrnění tréninkového procesu ve sportovních oddílech i státní reprezentaci. The role of metaphoric representation in the relation of man to transcendence

The thesis deals with the topic of a relation of the human being to transcendence through the concept of metaphor and metaphorical representation. It begins with the comparison of two philosophical systems, namely the ones of Immanuel Kant and Friedrich Nietzsche, whose conceptions are in thesis connected through the question of the limits of human understanding and the relation between the process of thinking and language. The thesis deals with those questions from the point of view of the philosophical concept of the metaphor. This concept, its history and implications are the main topics for the last two chapters. The conclusion will offer two opposite positions, symbolism and idealism. We can find those positions retrospectively in the mentioned works of Kant and Nietzsche thanks to the theory of Jacques Derrida in the final part of the thesis, but we also come to the assumption that their opposition will remain undecided.

Technical and Information Instruction in Primary Schools

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu učebnic, zmapování situace výuky na vzorku základních škol. Na základě poznatků z průzkumu navrhnout minimální obsah ze vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a svět práce jako součást Školního vzdělávacího programu. Práce by mohla pomoci školám při návrhu vlastních školních vzdělávacích programů a usnadnit výběr vhodných učebnic po didaktické stránce pro vzdělávací oblast Člověk a svět práce, která je specifikována v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu základního vzdělávání. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu a charakteristiku učebnic podle prací J. Průchy (14 a 15). Konkrétně se jedná o analýzu rozsahu textu, analýzu obtížnosti textu a analýzu didaktické vybavenosti učebnic. Druhá část se zabývá průzkumem stavu výuky na vybraných školách z Prahy 1,5,6,7 a následnému zhodnocení. Pro průzkum je zvolena dotazníková metoda, která byla zaslána do škol elektronickou poštou. Třetí částí diplomové práce je návrh minimálního obsahu z jednotlivých tematických celků ze vzdělávací oblasti Člověk a svět práce v části Školního vzdělávacího programu s přihlédnutím na Rámcový vzdělávací program základního vzdělávání(19, s. 81-86).

The Significance of the New Deal Program for American Economy

This bachelor thesis deals with the F. D. Roosevelt's New Deal program in the United States of America. The first part characterize the Great Depression, which preceded the New Deal. That is followed by the description of Roosevelt's personality, career, political campaign and theories he used for his New Deal. The next part is focused in more detail on the first and the second New Deal, its measures, programs, reforms and institutions. It continues with the description of the economic and social situation in the given period. The last part of this thesis shows opinions and thoughts of significant world's economists.

Sports and Recreational Opportunities in Kokořín Area

Cíl práce: Sportovní a rekreační možnosti v oblasti Kokořínska Sports and recreative possibilities in Kokořín area Seznámit se s problematikou cestovního ruchu, charakterizovat vymezený region, představit jeho sportovní a rekreační možnosti, pokusit se vlastními nápady vylepšit stávající situaci a především zaujmout potenciální návštěvníky této oblasti. Dále navrhnout víkendový program pro tři rozdílné sociální skupiny. Metoda: V největším rozsahu byla použita metoda popisné analýzy objevených dokumentů a dále pak dotazování, především formou osobních neformálních rozhovorů, ale také dotazování elektronické.Využit byl i dotazník a především pak práce s internetem. Výsledky: Mohou pomoci k lepší propagaci regionu a nabízejí možnost seznámit se s touto oblastí nejen pro turisty a návštěvníky. System for Sharing Scanners over Network

The purpose of this master's thesis is creation of a system capable of sharing scanners over computer network. The target scanner interfaces are TWAIN and WIA on Microsoft Windows operating system, and SANE on GNU/Linux. C++ programming language, Boost libraries and Qt framework were used to implement the programming part of this work. Several smaller helper libraries were implemented that are useful even outside this work, most notably TWAIN++ framework. The resulting system enables the user to share scanners over network, and scan using any of the aforementioned interfaces.

Higher education in Austria: the rule of law , case studies and implications for Czech Republic

In 2015, Wien Wirtschafsuniversität ranked among economic universities regularly disclosed on the Financial Times in position number 42. The University of Economics last three years, around 80th place. Why is this so? In the context of this thesis is to analyze not only the legal prerequisites for successful graduates of the master's program Finance and Accounting, but also deals with the practical use of knowledge on the labor market resp. As well as the current unemployment of graduates in what fields they can work, etc. In this work also deals with the human capital theory, which explores the motives for higher education. They are given different conditions during their studies at WU and Economics, as well as development starting salary after graduation. The last chapter contains examples that would be good to apply in the Czech higher education system. The question remains, why WU placed on better positions than ALL? According to the author's investment in science and research in Austria - currently invest nearly 2% of GDP, as well as 100-year-old development WU, when no interruption to develop economic theory and their application in practice, as well as linking university knowledge with practice.

The access to healthcare for asylum seekers in Italy: disparities between legislation and practice

Asylum seekers are a socially excluded migrant population, presenting specific healthcare needs, which are often not acknowledged, nor properly addressed by national and European laws. Hailing from areas with poor sanitary attention, exposed to violence during the journey, they arrive to Italy with a high health vulnerability. The aim of this thesis is to find the discrepancies between the legislation providing healthcare access to the asylum seekers, in compliance with the fundamental human rights, and the practical healthcare responses in the Italian context of the North African Emergency (2011-2013), relying on a systematic literature review. The emergency-driven responses to the asylum inflow resulted in a heterogeneous reception and healthcare assistance, as the Italian asylum legislation focuses more on asylum procedures than healthcare, which remains regionally fragmented too. Asylum seekers faced discrimination and barriers in accessing healthcare, mainly due to information, linguistic and bureaucratic difficulties. Therefore, NGOs and associations intervened locally to fill the gap left by the institutional response, with a better focus on the social determinants of health and the importance of social integration as well. After 2013, better reception conditions were formulated and the legislation revised. However, the difference between legislation and practice on the asylum seekers healthcare access constitutes a human rights violation still present nowadays. Clearer approaches should be developed to address the issue uniformly.

Multiple-criteria Analysis in a Choice of an Employer

This thesis deals with the issue of decision-making process in recruitment and selection of employees using methods of multi-criteria analysis options. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explaining the concepts of human resources and HR management. This area describes in detail the activities of selection process. Another area defines the basics of project management and project manager job. The third part deals with the theory of multi-criteria decision and the last area describes the process models. The practical part of the thesis uses the knowledge gained in the theoretical part for the real application to selection process. First, the company selected is introduced, especially its history, organizational structure and the current selection process. Then the current selection process is analysed and the results of analysis initiate the creation of a new process. For achieving the higher quality of results are included and applied methods of multi-criteria analysis of options and the questionnaire method in the new process. In conclusion, the achieved results are discussed with the manager and the current selection process is compared with a new selection process.
