NOVOTNÁ, Miroslava
Many burdens are laid on school managers in today{\crq}s fast age. Surely, it is impossible to avoid all burdens related to management of a school facility. Manager of kinder garden has to be skilled in various areas, not only the professional {--} educational. A school manager, as an employer, should have knowledge primarily in economy, wage accounting and, in many cases, law. School managers have to be familiar with basic law rules governing labour relationships and another laws and bylaws. They have to know how to resolve various operational and personal matters; effective communications skills between many others should not be omitted. In any case, school management is challenging job and one must admit that the fact that some school managers are not able to manage themselves is a serious insufficiency. Self-management is not considered by school managers as important discipline as others. They keep in mind their responsibility for organization. Self-management consists from multiple parts such as the principles related to controlling of working and personal time, i.e. time-management, self-examination, i.e. self-reflection, self-development, and self-assessment. It makes one of the theoretical parts of the thesis. The thesis is further focused on general meaning of the word management, time-management and does not leave out the phenomena of contemporary age such as stress, primarily in teachers` job. In practical part, the thesis describes situation of today{\crq}s managers, mainly in area of relaxation. A proposal of the relaxation programme, which could be used by many colleagues as guidance how to use relaxation techniques, is one of the most important parts of the thesis. The author based relaxation programme mainly on her own experiences.

LEBEDOVÁ, Klára
The main objective of this thesis titled The Interoperability in the Integrated Rescue System was to explain the concept of interoperability and to draw attention to its necessity in the environment of communication and interaction among the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System in their joint interventions. The research was conducted in two parts. The first part was devoted to the study of professional literature, in particular the legislation relating to the Integrated Rescue System and its individual components. In the second part, the knowledge obtained was tested in practice. The initial part of the thesis is devoted to explaining the various concepts of interoperability and the Integrated Rescue System. It lists the system components, their main tasks and the ways of securing the aspects of interoperability. Furthermore, the thesis is dedicated to the levels of intervention management, communication and coordination of the components at the level of operating centres and the cooperation of the components during non-intervention periods. The initial part is concluded with the information about the upcoming project of a unified information system of the Integrated Rescue System (the IS IRS Project), which should bring significant improvements and higher quality of the cooperation among the basic components not only when receiving emergency calls but also during joint interventions. The theoretical results were applied in the Central and South Bohemia Region. Comparisons were made between the individual components and their securing in these aspects of interoperability. These comparisons revealed different levels between the components in some areas. In spite of this, the results show that the interoperability in the Integrated Rescue System is secured; the Czech Republic has a relatively well-functioning system in terms of response to emergencies. However, due to an increase in the number of incidents that have threatened us in the past few years, whether they are natural disasters or various accidents, the Integrated Rescue System is an area that deserves considerable attention. The results of the thesis could be used to further improvements in the cooperation of the basic components.

ŠÍMOVÁ, Michaela
The dispute over interruption is one of the most intensive and most controversial political and ethical discussions in today{\crq}s modern civilization. It includes a great number of opposed, controversial opinions and attitudes both in the sphere of medicine and on the political or ethical ground. I have selected the topic of this work on the base of personal interest in the issue of termination of pregnancy, because this issue bears the basic questions and attitudes of man to the existence of the individual. Today the issue of interruption is sharply polarized into two controversial rivalling groups, i.e. the ``pro-life{\crqq} movement and the ``pro-choice{\crqq} movement. The dispute over termination of pregnancy has been becoming more and more topical issue not only in the Czech Republic but also in the world. The aim of this work was to map the attitudes of students not only of graduation classes of selected sanitary secondary schools to the issue of interruption and to compare the mapped attitudes of students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies and of the Theological Faculty of the University of South Bohemia with the attitudes of respondents of graduation classes of the selected sanitary secondary schools to the issue of interruption. On the base of this aim, two hypotheses were stated in the research part of the work. After that, the questionnaire investigation was performed, for which a structured questionnaire had been elaborated. The questionnaire was filled out by fifty respondents of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies and fifty respondents of the theological Faculty of the University of South Bohemia of České Budějovice. On the base of that investigation, one of the hypotheses was not confirmed. Available literature and current Internet sources were used for the theoretical and for the practical part of the work. The work should serve primarily to the students themselves and to other readers as a modest data source for this extensive issue, and the research part of this work could be used as a small summary both for laymen and for professionals teaching at universities and high schools, so that they have the possibility to look at the issue of interruption from the point of view of the students, future professionals and workers of different areas.

Effectiveness of cooperation family and health workers in care of apalic coma.
LIŠKOVÁ, Kristina
People can differ in their attitudes toward apalic syndrome patients. Health care staff, however, would always be professional. They deal with a human being, a person who can sense. This fact should form a framework for both health care professionals and patients´ families. Especially nurses should be very sensitive, calm and good-tempered so that they could take adequate care of apalic patients. The empiric part of the thesis was elaborated through qualitative and quantitative research survey. The qualitative method, an interview, was used in the first phase of the survey. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the family members of apalic patients and the nurses of health care facilities. Although the interviews for the family members and the nurses differed in some parts, they contained common identification questions and specific information. The interviews were anonymous and consisted of 16 questions for the family members and 10 questions for the nurses.
