EGAP a.s. - position and perspective

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize performance and position of EGAP from the establishment to the present day and based on the previous results and analyzed surveys predict its future direction. The work is divided into five chapters. First describes the most common risks when exporting, second is devoted to export credit agencies in general and third monitors completely all activities of EGAP. In the fourth chapter surveys among czech exporters are analyzed and the last one summarizes current position of EGAP and estimates its future development.

Budget analysis in concrete coditions in the town Mníšek pod Brdy

The Diploma Thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part is focus on briefly development of municipalities, their status, competency and local government. The work describes the budget system of the Czech Republic and it is concentrated on municipality budget(revenues, expenditures and icomes from operations). The analytical part is concentrated on municipality economy, changes in budget revenues and expenditures in Mníšek pod Brdy in years 2003-2007. The last part is focus on municipality audit and present projects in this town.

The human relationship and the Christian faith in helping profession

Human relation and belief in helping proffesion Even today, probably more than in previous times, "being human" primarily means to be responsible not only to himself but also to the outside world, to other people and especially the order of being that goes beyond us. Responsibility is together with understanding, rational self-sacrifice, empathy, prosocial behavior, etc.. also one of the basic presumptions for successful performance of helping profession. Helping workers are largely motivated for exercise of their profession by desire to help a fellow. Only later, discovering that the reality is somewhat more prosaic and, moreover, that their work is very demanding on the performance, emotional commitment and the energy expended, they cannot largely expect any return delivered. In addition to this all they meet series of prejudices, not only by laymen, but also by professionals. This work presents human relationships and Christian faith in a helping profession and their implementation in one of the largest shelters in Bohemia, in the Home of St. Francis in Pilsen. Práce je zaměřena na proces přijímání zákona o střetu zájmů na Slovensku. Smyslem této legislativní normy je zamezit veřejným činitelům ve zneužívání svého postavení, jež může spočívat v kumulování neslučitelných funkcií, nebo v nezákonném obohacování plynoucím ze své veřejné funkce. V práci jsou postupně analyzovány jednotlivé časové úseky, během kterých byly různé podoby předmětného zákona několikrát zamítnuty a posléze přijaty. Kromě samotného legislativního procesu tvorby zákona jsou rozebrány také postoje jednotlivých politických stran a jejich představitelů, dále několik novelizací, jejichž cílem bylo zefektivnit působení zákona v praxi, a nakonec samotný reálný dopad zákona – nakolik jsou dotčené osoby ochotny jeho nařízení respektovat a zda příslušné kontrolní orgány mají dostatek ochoty k řešení sporných případů.

Marketing Tools of Czech and European Film - Case Study
As we can guess from the title of the work, it´s main contens is the survey and the
analysis of particular marketing steps, the film passes through. The term ?film
marketing tools? contains a wide range of diverse activities. For better orientation, I
separated these activities into two parts ? film marketing in the business and the
marketing during the cinema distribution. In the first part, I focused on the art of the
presentation of the project (the pitching), the role of the sales agent and on the
importance of film markets and festivals. The second part deals with the marketing
tools, whose main aim is to achieve the interest of the public.
Because every film is a unique product whose sales are influenced by different
elements, it´s impossible to rely on any established formula and the marketing
strategy of each film is very individual. The theoretical part of the work is
accompanied by two case studies of recent czech films ? teenager commedy Rafťáci
(Rafters) and the art house film Štěstí (Something Like Happiness) that illustrate how
different the marketing ways of the film could be.

Prevention of complications of Lasik - laser eye surgery

The theme of my thesis Prevention of complications of laser LASIK eye surgery, I chose based on their interest in ophthalmology, especially about the possibility of laser operations cornea. Laser surgical method LASIK (laser in situ Keratomileusis) is one of the most modern methods of eyecorrection defects in the present. The principle is to create a thin layer of the cornea called lamella, which is under the changed shape of the cornea with laser so that defect was corrected fragility of the optical system of the eye.plates creating a device called a microkeratome, which cuts a thin layer of corneal epithelium and stroma oscillating metal edge. The latest variant of the femtosecond LASIK laser, the femto-LASIK. When there is a strip created by laser and no longer need a mechanical microkeratome. laser surgery Femto-LASIK and LASIK are used to correct myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. They can be used in the range ofapproximately from +6 to DP-12DP. The advantage of laser methods, high security, good dozovatelnost and especially maintaining accommodation. At high myopia, especially over-12D, there is a substantial reduction inwidth optical zone, and thus problems such as driving a car at night, the glare, etc.

Educational Values Within The Contemporary Czech Family From The Perspective Of Fathers Under Forty Years Of Age

The position of father in family is a well debated topic of these days. Fathers today are not considered to be the breadwinners of family but their status is much more important. They are involved in upbringing of the children, they look after them in the same way as mothers do and some of them are even on maternity leave which as we know from the professional sources was not heard of in the past. The objective of this bachelor thesis was to find out the fathers´ point of view of current Czech family and values inside it and to answer the following questions: whether the way of upbringing of the respondents is affected by the approach of their parents during their childhood, how the respondents perceive the current Czech family and the educational values inside it, what values the respondents prefer when bringing up their own children, what the respondents position in the family is. For the empiric part of the bachelor thesis qualitative research with the method of half structured interview and the technique of inquiry was used. Research aggregate chosen with the method of snow ball consisted of 19 fathers younger than 40 living in the town of Benešov and its area. The result of work shows that majority of fathers younger than 40 feel affected by the upbringing of their original family. Their view of current Czech family is very sceptical in most cases and the large majority of fathers younger than 40 consider material values the highest respected value. Research regarding the educational values of father under the age of 40 in their family showed that the fathers put the strongest emphasis on education to diligence and responsibility. Most fathers can be described as active fathers who participate in upbringing of their children in all possible aspects.

Karel Dewetetr - An Example of an Author of Regional Literature

Spisovatel Karel Dewetter je jedním ze opomíjených autorů české literatury. Narodil se v roce 1882 v Dobřejovicích u Prahy a zemřel v roce 1962 v Praze. Civilním povoláním byl ministerským úředníkem, ale přes 40 let svého života věnoval literatuře regionálního charakteru. V ní upozornil na nevelké jihočeské město Týn nad Vltavou, které se v jeho díle objevuje pod jménem Vltavín. Najdeme jej jak v Dewetterových verších, tak na stránkách jeho prozaických děl pro dospělé i pro děti. Knihy pro děti, jako například trilogie Neuvěřitelná dobrodružství Davida Damiána, patří podle některých názorů k nej lepším dílům určeným dobovému dětskému čtenáři a zároveň k jeho dílům nejhodnotnějším. V básnické Dewetterově tvorbě najdeme sbírky lyrické, zastoupené například sbírkou Zpěvy duše, epické sbírky Balady či Věnec bájí a pověstí i soubory lyrickoepické, reprezentované skladbou Jihočeská elegie, doprovázenou souborem básní Vzpomínky. Z prozaických děl je třeba zmínit rozsáhlejší romány Mrtví žijí či Román Richarda Loma. Téměř v každém Dewetterově díle se setkáváme se zmíněným městem Vltavín, kde autor prožil své dětství, a tudíž se k němu ve vzpomínkách vrací. Stále se takřka pravidelně setkáváme se zelenou bání kostela, vltavínskými zvony, domkem u arcibiskupského zámku a mnoha dalšími motivy, které jsou pro...

Digital comic

The aim of this work is to give some insight into the enviroment of digital comic and look at what kind of language is this new medium using, what is it´s specific quality. The work should put some light on what we can imagine when we say „Digital comic“, scatch out some possible issues around comics that had been transferd into digital form after they were released like a classical comicbooks. After that I am trying to analyse few works that had been designed specificly for the digital enviroment. At the end I am comparing these works to the classical comicbooks and trying to find out what makes them specific. I´m also finding an answer to the question what are the basis of these digital comics that didn´t lost characteristics of their original comic medium and at the same time were able to absorbed some new media.
