Bakalářská práce popisuje celý proces založení a vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným. Zdůrazňuje rovněž charakteristické znaky této právnické osoby (základní kapitál, obchodní firma, orgány společnosti, práva a povinnosti společníků apod.) Popisuje i motivy vedoucí k volbě právě této formě obchodní společnosti. Pro větší názornost je celý proces založení a vzniku aplikován na fiktivní společnost DanUce, s. r. o.

Business Plan

This bachelor thesis is describing business plan process to develop a company that concerns whole sale and retail sale of footwear. This work focuses on a particular goal of the project which is a change to a different type of leading a business (such as law rules, tax evidence, accounting and taxation), in this particular case from a sole trader, who is producing tax evidence, to a law body trader - public limited company, which is producing main accounting. The first part of the project brings us into the theoretical introduction of the issue. The second part explains the business plan, analyzes the present situation of the company and indicates the difference in books. The implementation of the business plan is described in the third part and it also propose a way of leading the business.

Tasks of school methodology prevention

Téma sociálně patologických jevů a jejich prevence je v naší společnosti velmi aktuální. Hledají se účinné strategie vedoucí k předcházení výskytu sociálně patologických jevů. Škola je místem, zejména primární a sekundární prevence. Pokud chceme, aby tato prevence byla efektivní, musí být propracovaná a podílet by se na ní měly osoby, které mají určitý vhled do problému. Negativně je třeba vnímat malou vzdělanost metodiků prevence. Další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků a podpora jejich kariérního růstu je v kompetenci ředitelů škol, kteří mohou přidělené finanční prostředky směřovat žádoucím směrem. Tím prevence sociálně patologických jevů bezesporu je. Z výsledků dotazníků vyplývá, že metodici prevence se preventivní činnosti věnují průměrně 3,20 hodin.Za tuto svoji činnost jsou hodnoceni nejčastěji osobním ohodnocením. Obě funkce metodika prevence je často spojována s funkcí výchovného poradce. Funkce jsou častěji odděleny na školách poskytující vzdělání osobám se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami. Sonda ukázala malou vzdělanost metodiků prevence. Vzhledem k tomu, že nejčastěji řešeným sociálně patologickým jevem - jevem, který řešila každá škola, je tabakismus, bylo by vhodné zařadit tuto problematiku do školních vzdělávacích plánů napříč spektrem vyučovacích předmětů. The role of the Probation and Mediation Service in juvenile crime

10. Summary The aim of the thesis is to analyse the role of the Probation and Mediation Service in the criminal matters of the minors. The reason why I have chosen this issue is the fact that although the PMS has been operating in the Czech republic already for 8 years even the specialists are not often properly acquianted with the activities of the PMS. This issue is also interesting from the point of view of its potencial in the light of the future development of the criminal justice and especially as far as the role of the PMS in the criminal matters of the minors is concerned. The PMS was implemented into the Czech legal system by the act number 257/2000 although similar institutions have been already employed for decades in other countries around the world. In its domain the PMS pays special attention to the minor delinquents. Special act number 218/2003 which deals with the judiciary in the matters of the minors particularly emphasizes the instructional element of the measures which can be imposed on minors and also counts with the extensive employment of the PMS in the solving of the criminal matters. Benefits for care and social benefits

The final school-work deals with social benefits. It consist of two main parts. In the first part are mentioned basic informations about old age, disability, systematic care of handicapped, coherent rehabilitation. In the second part are mentioned statements found by research of clients getting benefits for care and clients with extra privilege. It was found that there is more women than men, most of them lives in their owh house hold only few lives in houses with special care.

Motivation from kindergarten teache´s point of view

The thesis deals with analysis of reflection and self reflection of motivation of kindergarten teachers. Motivation from the point of view of selected motivation techniques is evaluated by kindergarten teachers, managers and headteachers. To compare motivation techniques, the author set up and used her own questionnaire, focusing on Maslow´s Hierarchy of Needs, McGregor´s Theory X-Y and Herzberg´s Dual Factor Theory, which helps us determine if human needs are satisfied. The thesis gives a comparison of the data collected by the results of the survey and evaluates the proper employment of above mentioned motivation techniques.

The analysis of dependence of the material deprivation of the households in the Czech Republic on the selected indicators

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the material deprivation of the households with regard to the selected indicators, i.e. the costs that the household spends on housing, a region where the household is located, the number of the members and the dependent children in the household, age and sex of a head of the household, and economic activity and education level of the members of the household. The thesis aims not only to prove the dependence among the selected indicators but also to quantify this dependence by using the odds ratio. The individual effect of all variables was proven except of the one related to the number of the dependent children. It was also demonstrated that the factors constituting a threat for the households by a material deprivation rate vary by the different age groups. However, it can be concluded that across all the age groups, the material deprivation rate is determined by the sex of a head of the household, education level of the members of the household, and the costs that the household spends on housing.

Employment of Personnel with Health Disabilities, especially Mental Ones

SOUHRN Název: Zaměstnávání lidí se zdravotním postižením. zejména mentálním Cíle práce: Objektivně zhodnotit možnosti lidí se zdravotním postižením, zejména mentálním při vstupu na trh práce. Zmapovat jejich současnou situaci, služby nabízené v souvislosti se vstupem na trh práce a využívání těchto služeb, výhody a nevýhody nabízených služeb. Metoda: Sociologický výzkum zaměstnavatelů, kteří mají ze zákona povinnost zaměstnávat osoby se zdravotním postižením. Vzorek zaměstnavatelů byl vybrán na základě počtu zaměstnanců. Jedná se o zaměstnavatele, kteří zaměstnávají více jak 25 zaměstnanců a mají ze zákona povinnost zaměstnávat osoby se zdravotním postižením. Vzorek ze zaměstnavatelů, kteří splňují vstupní podmínky pro dotazování byl vybrán náhodně a zaměstnavatelé byli dotazováni formou telefonických rozhovorů. Dále bylo provedeno zmapování současné legislativy a její očekávané změny v nejbližší budoucnosti s ohledem na doporučení Evropské unie. Další informace byly získány ze současné relevantní literatury (Národní akční plán zaměstnanosti ČR na léta 2004 - 2006, Směřování české sociální politiky s důrazem na agendu Lisabonské strategie, Standardy podporovaného zaměstnávání), z prostudování statistických údajů a dalších dostupných zdrojů (databáze neziskových organizací, ústavy sociální péče, apod.)...

Comparative analysis of chosen aspects of Czech and French immigration policy

The diploma thesis deals with a comparison of selected areas of Czech and French immigration policy, focusing on a comparison of an environment in which the policies are made up and terms of employment and family immigration for third country citizens coming to these countries. Comparison of environment was based on a role of European Union immigration policy, specific conditions of countries' experiences with immigration and political/social approach to this issue. Conditions for work and family immigration focuses on conditions for employment, enterpreneurship and family reunification in compared countries. A section in this part is also devoted to comparison of restrictive and integration measures which are commonly associated with these analyzed purposes of immigration.

66 TAX EXECUTION This thesis examines the tax execution in the Czech legal system. Tax execution represents an eminent interference with the rights and duties of a tax debtor, who has only limited possibilities of procedural defence. The thesis is composed of ten chapters. Chapter One includes introduction of my thesis. Chapter Two is subdivided into two parts. Part One analyzes idea execution. Part One of this chapter is formed by an explanation of further details about the concept of execution. Part Two describes particular groups, kinds and ways of execution. Chapter Three focuses on history of tax execution. Chapter Four includes outlines of czech law. There are showed basic acts of czech law. Presumptions of the recovering of the tax debts are analysed in the next chapter. Chapter Five consists of two parts. Part One describes the procedural presumptions (for example authority, pertinence). Part Two contains material presumptions ( title of execution, inactivity of a tax debtor,) Course of the tax execution describes chapter Six. This chapter is divided into seven part. Part One addresses the issue of look for information about tax debtor (his property, his employer, his number of bank account ,…) Next parts of this chapter deal with writ of execution, delay of tax execution, stop of tax execution,...
