Ústavní právo vtělené do ústavněprávních norem je odrazem politického systému. Bylo tak tomu tak i v případě ústav socialistické Německé demokratické republiky. Ale obraz, který psané ústavy (a zejm. první ústava NDR z roku 1949) o východoněmeckém státu podávaly, by zůstal zkreslený a pokřivený, kdyby do něho nebyl zahrnut rozbor reálných mocenskopolitických podmínek a forem realizace ústavy (například v oblasti záruk základních práv a svobod). Předložená práce se proto musela podrobně zaměřit i na ústavu faktickou, kterou psané ústavní právo odkrývalo často pouze v náznacích. Faktický ústavněprávní systém NDR byl determinován především následujícími prvky: vedoucí úlohou komunistické strany, principem jednoty moci a demokratickým centralismem. Německá demokratická republika byla totalitním státem ovládaným komunistickou stranou (s názvem Jednotná socialistická strana Německa, SBD), která se považovala za předvoj dělnické třídy a nástroj realizace marxisticko-Ieninské ideologie. Svůj mocenský primát vyvozovali komunisté z přesvědčeni, že realizují objektivní dějinnou nutnost. Východoněmecký režim proto charakterizovala vyloučení jakýchkoli forem politické plurality a důsledné podrobení všech oblastí Společnosti a státu vůli jediného rozhodovacího centra - ústředních orgánů SBD. The aristocratic clothing of the Rudolphine Prague

This bachelor's thesis deals about clothing of aristocratic citizens of rudolphine Prague. The question, which author wants to answer is: How was the nobility in this era dressed up? Because Prague was very cosmopolitan for government of Rudolf II., we can find there more specific styles of clothing. The opening chapter tells about the image of rudolphine Prague as itself. Next chapter contains a description of the fabrics, especially the most prized ones. Incoming chapters tells knowledge's about the most used fashion ways, then spanish and german style, and shows their differences against the another fashion styles worn in other European areas. Following part is discovering some details about the important fashion pendants, for example the suspension of rapier or the shape of underwear. The work continues by another different chapter, describing a few less known portraits, including unusual fashion elements or non - typical specialties for this period. There is also a part, telling about the famous persons, who could bring different fashion elements to the Prague. At the end, there is a chapter, in which author deals with the clothing, as the factor of criminality in everyday life.

Artist book - inspired by greek mythology

This Thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part forms an integrated theoretical conception that seeks inspiration from Greek myths and offers creative starting points for the practical part which is the creative project of realization of an artist book. There are also described the origins and development of the mythical tradition in Greece. The main source of inspiration is found in the myths of origin by the epic poet Hésiodos. The mythical perspective on the origin in chaos is enhanced by the views of Pre-Socratic philosophers who influenced by the mythical tradition sought the rational origin, the primaeval existence. The artist book inspired by the myth of origin is produced in a shape of a folder of ten sheets in A2 format.

Ocenění bytu v regionu Praha-východ

Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je stanovit administrativní ocenění bytu v okrese Praha -- východ, a to metodou porovnávací a nákladovou. Dále zjistit tržní hodnotu této nemovitosti metodou porovnávací. V závěru se pak pokusím analyzovat rozdíly těchto ocenění a posoudit hodnoty dosažené těmito oceňovacími způsoby. Dále vysvětlím, kdy je vhodné tu kterou metodu použít. Samotnému ocenění v praktické části předchází část teoretická s vysvětlením pojmů a souvislostí užívaných v oboru oceňování nemovitostí, vyložení významu a účelu katastru nemovitostí a představení organizací zabývajících se oceňováním majetku, jak tuzemských, tak mezinárodních. Teoretická část obsahuje jak exkurz do historie oceňování tak aktuální situaci na českém trhu nemovitostí. Popsány jsou také jednotlivé způsoby oceňování a požadavky na znalce a odhadce. Teorie je použita v praktické části. Část teorie je věnována převodu spoluvlastnictví a družstevního vlastnictví do vlastnictví osobního (postup a právní rámec), neboť tato problematika je v ČR stále aktuální.

Projection and implementation of web application for support of internet trading

The goal of the work is to analyse, project and implement web application which will provide users and operators with basic function of an electronic shop. The work will catch the emergence of the application from the first projects to the final implementation. The application will be using an interface of web browsers, it will be implemented in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and SQL languages. A Database will be one of the very basic components of the whole application. Its regular projection will be necessary for the behaviour of the whole programme and it will be emphasized during the projection. The acquistion of the work will be a functional application, which could be used by little businesses (after a little correction as a particularly customization and design adapting) for their activity. The work will also show that creation of a similar application does not need to be only a subject of activity of a team of experts, but that a qualified individual can also reach a nice result. The work will have six chapters. The present condition analysis will target the trends of present electronic shops. It will find out their functions and services. System requirements will emerge of the analysis and they will determine main functionality of the application. Global analysis will define entities and relationships and then it will construct the design of the logical data structure. Detail analysis will give the attributes of entities, transform logical design into a conceptual and physical model of a database, and determine referential integrity. In implemention part, the application itself will emerge and search engine optimization and safety will also be mentioned there. The last chapter will be about the possibilities of extension which could improve utility value of the system.

Franti še k Kři ž ík (8.7 . 1847 Pl á nice by Klatovy - 22 . 1 . 1941 Stádlec by Tábor), honorary doctor of technical sciences , was famous czech electrician , inventor and industrialist. After his studies at Pra g ue Technical University he got his first occupation and experiences in the Markus Kaufmann's workshop . Afterwards he worked at the so-called Northern Ferdinanďs, later at Moravia-Silesian and finally at Pilsen- Březnice railway. He married Pavlína Štulíková (1853 - 1923) in 1871. They had six children . ln 1879 he established his own workshop in the house U Zvonu in Pilsen, where he did experiments with improving of the arclamps . Later he participated ln development of the local tram system. In 1883 he became independent as an industrialist , left his work at the railway and a year later he moved to Prague , where he established his own factory in Karlín . The Jubilee exhibition ln 1891 brought him the rea! popularity. He showed there his first electrical tram. Later he founded the Prague - Libeň - Vysočany rai!way, which was bought by Electrical company in 1907 . He opened the first electrica! railway in our countries, it led from Tábor to Bechyně. Biometrické technologie a možnosti jejich nasazení

Hlavním cílem této práce je, na základě sumarizace všech informací o současných biometrických systémech, které jsou relevantní pro jejich vzájemné porovnání, sestavit univerzální metodiku, kterou by bylo možno použít ke klasifikaci těchto technologií a zároveň k výběru nejvhodnější biometriky pro nasazení v libovolném prostředí. Vytvořená metodologie bude následně použita na dvou příkladech z reálného světa ? analýzu stávajícího systému pracujícího na základě ID karet v malé společnosti a následně na konceptu nasazení těchto technologií na VŠE Praha, jakožto náhrady současného systému čipových karet. Část práce také tvoří příklady výběru dle této metodiky pro modelové provozy.

Exteriéry a interiéry ve virtuálních městech

Virtual Old Prague is a web-based application for browsing Prague's centre modelled in VRML. This thesis extends the project with support for interior areas and impostors, simplifi ed pieces of geometry used in place of distant models. Interiors are based on existing VOP structure. Automatic generation of interior walls is added, as well as ceilings and lighting. Interiors can be added to the existing model without the need to remodel existing houses. Depth-augmented impostors are introduced into the system. Their geometry is a fully 3D shape based on actual geometry they replace. This allows for better displaying of depth discontinuities compared to a traditional at impostor. A single texture, a pre-rendered image of replaced geometry, is used for the impostor, thus keeping its size small. A Java program is provided for automatic generation of impostors from the model. Two regimes are introduced for using impostors during browsing, with di erent visual quality and performance requirements. Results of performance tests are presented, comparing use of impostors to the original system.
