Assessment of Cost Calculation in a Chosen Company

This thesis aims to describe theoretical solutions of costing and subsequently propose measures to improve the current situation for the selected entity.
The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of costs and their structure, in particular the breakdown of the needs of decision-making. It defines the term calculations, the system and method of calculation and calculation formulas described in detail. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to optimizing costs and scheduling.
The practical part describes a specific entity, its data management. It also carried out an analysis of the property. The focus of the work is the analysis of options to optimize operating costs from suppliers of raw materials and price adjustments after the meal allowance recalculated raw materials.
Finally, work is to evaluate the findings and recommendations primarily for the management of the organization.

Brand management of selected brand

The thesis engages in the subject of brand management. The objective of the thesis was to conceive the subject of brand management and to apply the knowledge gained to a particular brand, i. e. to analyze and critically evaluate current brand management of the brand selected and to suggest recommendations for leading the brand in the future. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on brand, brand elements and functions and engages in particular phases of the brand management process. The practical part of the thesis introduces the market of the chosen brand, the brand producer and the brand itself. The practical part also includes evaluation of survey concluded. The final part of the thesis engages in describing and evaluating the current management of the brand selected and in composing recommendations for leading the brand in the future.

CRM as a supporting marketing tool

The aim of this paper is to characterize software solution of CRM system BlueJet, product of the Compekon software company and evaluate its benefits for business companies which are using it. The next aim was to find out problems of these companies which were solved by using the system, conduct cost-benfit analysis in selected company and propose some recomendation for extending the profit of Compekon company.These objectives have been met.

The thesis is entitled "Aspects of drawing funds from EU sources and design funds for selected local action group". MAS is based on the LEADER program, which is funded by the Rural Development Programme (RDP). This program seeks to maintain the population in the country, and the region more attractive, both in terms of cultural or professional backgrounds, such as support of local customs and traditions. A grant from the RDP can ask all rural areas in the Czech Republic, in addition to the capital.

The explanatory power of the financial statements of the selected company.

The objective of the Bachelor thesis is an assessment of the explanatory power of the financial situation of the company TIMAC AGRO CZECH s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the content, structure and meaning of the individual financial statements. Also contains an overview of the basic techniques of financial analysis with a focus on ratio indicators and analysis of these indicators. In the practical part is first presented to the analysed company. The next part is devoted to the financial analysis for the period 2010 - 2011. The ratios were the profitability indicators applied, activities, indebtedness and liqutidy. A summary assessment of the health of the analysis of the company is in this part of the Bachelor thesis also used Altman Z-score. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the results of financial analyses and specific recommendations and the influence of presentation of the individual items on the results of the financial analysis.

Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Selected Company

The thesis relates with searching and selection of employees in a selected company in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The main aim of the thesis is on the basis of analysis to evaluate the system of searching and selection of employees in conditions of a concrete company and in the case of finding defects to suggest appropriate measures.
The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. In the first part, there si prepared a theoretical base on the basis of secondary sources analysis. Theoretical part of the work focuses on the basic definition of human resource management and recruitment and selection of employees. It describes the ways and methods of searching and selection of employees. On the basis of the results of a qualitative survey (the techniques of collecting data includes the analysis of documents, half-structured interview with a human resources worker and a observations) the summary is evaluated with the attention on found defects such as a absence of References and the recommendations aiming to improve present condition and rising effectivity of recruitment process are defined.

Dendrological survey of selected vegetation in the property of Blatná city

Trees and green areas have always had in general a positive effect to human beeings. Our ancestors were very well aware of this fact during building and widening cities and therefore they created various forms of parks, gardens or alleys. Although these did not correspond to a form as we know it nowadays they still fulfilled the various social or environmental functions. It was important to take care about this greenery and always keep an overview. This aspect became more important as time goes by. This diploma thesis aims to evaluate the status of selected assets of the greenery in the town of Blatna. The status is based on the dendrology revision. During the revision the basic dendrology and qualitative values were identified. Within this work I would like to propose some measures and other following steps and modifications which should help to increase the attractiveness of some less used areas and improved the related green functions. The valuation of the five the most valuable specimens was conducted according to the methodology AOPK ČR. The project created in AutoCAD software which should serve and help to visualize the monitored areas is the last outcome of this paper.

Some factors influencing success of IVF-embryo transfer

Assisted reproduction is a field of medicine that deals with infertility tretment.
Ongoing improvements of laboratory technology as well as ongoing evolving scientific research within IVF research,including experimental embryology in routine practice is contributing in a steady improvement of success rates of assisted reproduction.
This thesis is primarily based on data and information provided by the laboratory of assisted reproduction of GEST IVF Ltd.clinic in Prague,which was collected during the year 2015. This data was analyzed and investigated to verify the effect of selected factors on the success of the treatment. In This thesis we have not used any personal data of patients in accordance with the legislation act.296/2008Sb.
The results show clear evidence between the treatment success rate and patients age within all evaluated parameters. The fundametal hypothesis of interdependence of embryo quality on the further development of the embryo after the transfer was comfirmed.
Conversely, the timeframe for embryo cultivation is not an important parameter of success. Commonly used cuture media also did not show a significant impact on treatment outcome.
Statistical calculations also confirmed surprisingly significant differences in embryo transfer after 72 hours development and 120 hours development for women ever 35 years. Transfers of younger embryos appears to be more convenient for women over 35 years.

Selected aspects of environmental law in legal theory and experience

The thesis, titled The Selected Aspects of Environmental Law in the legal theory and practise was written on a base of interdepartmental cooperation between FŽP (Faculty of Environment) and PEF (Faculty of Operation and Economy) at ČZU (Czech University of Agriculture). The main idea of the thesis is to make a study of criminal law development from a standpoint of the society interests since the force of legislation Nr. 140/1961 Sb. (Code), criminal law, until the present time, when the law mentioned above was replaced by the law Nr. 40/2009 Sb. (Code), Penal Code. The study takes quite a long term period, from 1961 to 2015.
In the theoretical part I primarilly tried to characterise the rank of interest within the branch of criminal law, with the focus on the substantive criminal law. At the same time I tried to determinate its relationship to the international law and the Czech legal system built on two basic constitutional laws Constitution of the Czech Republic (i.e. Constitutional law Nr. 1/1993 Sb. (Code), as amended).
Then, in the practical part I wanted to characterise criminal offences development in the context of the substantive criminal laws mentioned above, with respect to the state system at the certain time, and in the context of society interests at that time, especially focused on the sphere of environment protection and criminal law usage together with the law characterised by ultima ratio principle, i.e. as the last possible means. I also made an analysis and comparism of statitistics data concerning registered criminal offences made by the Police of the Czech republic that was provided to me by The Police Presidium of the Czech Republic, Department of Analyses.
The final part presents detected results that point out latent behaviour to environmant in the Czech Republic and the problems connected with quantifying losses. In this respect the law enforcement agencies try to solve the problem by taking in an expert in agreement with the legalities of § 105, Paragraph 1 of the Law 141/1961 Sb. (Code), Penal Code, when the expert makes an expertise according to the law enforcement agencies requests in which he objectively deals with the damage setting. Its determination is important for example for the right legal qualification of the criminal offence against environment. At the end of the thesis I also try to outline possible measures contributing to improving of current state of prosecution connected with criminal offences against environment with greater emphasis on respective efficiency.

Flow analysis of flood discharge at the selected location

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis water flow at river Bečva from river station km 11,490 to river station km 18,053. Hydraulic analysis was done in program HEC-RAS 5.0. The calculation was performed for the flow of Q5, Q20 and Q100. These flows were calculated with 1D flow simulation and with combination of 1D and 2D flow simulation. In the area of interest was made conceptual design of flood protection based on computed depths of water and the flood areas. Depths of water and flood areas from calculation variants 1D and combination of 1D and 2D flow were compared.
