Possible solutions in the domain of the "Human resources management" in the information system of an organization

My study focuses on methods of the human resources management in an information company. Human resources management and personal information systems present nowadays a very important aspect not only in terms of a management but also in terms of long-term company strategies. Proper human resources management and information system functioning provide an organization with a priceless competitive advantage in the form of effective usage of human resources. At first, human resources management is examined from the theoretic point of view and after that these theoretical needs are set against possibilities of a usage of personal information systems. Consequently, different functions of personal information systems and their supply on the Czech market are analyzed. In the separate chapter I bring in a practical example which summarizes the present state of human resources management and personal information systems in the Tyllco s.r.o. company and which also comprises my recommendation for an improvement.

Analysis of tourism in a chosen city (Vodňany)

This bachelor's thesis focuses on an overall analysis of tourism in Vodňany. The aim is to describe the current situation, assess the potential of the town for tourism and to propose recommendations and measures to further development. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of tourism in general, then with urban tourism and its potential benefits for the town. The analytical part describes conditions for the development of tourism in the city, including the characteristics of tourism offer, SWOT analysis and it describes in detail plans for the future. At the conclusion evaluation of competitiveness in the South Bohemia region is included.

The thesis deals with the competitiv eadvantage of the company PROGRAMM s.r.o. The theoretical part containsthe basic terms such as competitive advantage, competitiveness, strategy and more. Furthermore, itcontainscompetitor analysis, situation alanalysis, analysis of internal and external environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The practical part contains the situation alanalysis of the company PROGRAMM s.r.o. including analysis of the internal environment, marketing mix of the company and the analysis of external environment. Furthermore, the marketing research and analysis of the biggest competitor, the company KVADOS, a.s. has been done. Theresults are summed up with a SWOT analysis and the competitive advantages of the company PROGRAMM s.r.o. are defined. The weaknesses of the company are defined and possiblesolutions are suggestedprimarilyfocused on marketing in order to gainanotheradvantages and benefit from them.

Economic Aspects of Education at Language Schools in the Czech Republic

The Master´s thesis is focused on financial sources invested in education at language schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part gathers data associated with the topic and is based primarily on the specialized literature. From the characterization of linguistic companies, it is obvious that this type can be described as a non-formal type of education. According to the international classification it belongs to the post-secondary non-tertiary education. Information obtained in the theoretical part will be important for the analytical part of the thesis. The practical section describes mostly language schools, analyses their offer of linguistic classes for public in detail. Both economic and non-economic criteria will be analysed and compared. The conclusion of the thesis presents evaluation of the previous parts. It is clear that the competition in the particular market is strong, and therefore it is necessary for every company to strive for some kind of competitive advantage. Regarding the choice of a suitable linguistic course from the point of view of a student, we suggest several factors that one should consider. Generally, it has been proven that investment in any kind of education is always considered a good investment.

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou faktorů, které významně ovlivňují strategické chování firem a míru jejich konkurenceschopnosti. Konkrétně toto činí ve třech perspektivách, kterými jsou odvětví, zdroje a kapacity firmy a perspektiva institucí, kultury a etiky. Ve své aplikační části se zaměřuje na společnost Dell. Pro analýzu faktorů konkurenceschopnosti této firmy jsou použity modely, metody a teoretická východiska popsaná v teoretické části. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována strategickým partnerstvím, které dnes tvoří významnou součást konkurenčního boje.

Práce se zabývá oborem českého lázeňství, podmínkami podnikání v této oblasti a především faktory určujícími konkurenceschopnost českého lázeňství v podmínkách EU. Praktická část zkoumá konkurenceschopnost konkrétního podniku-Lázeňského Sanatoria Royal Mariánské Lázně a.s. Zde je východiskem situační analýza mikro a makroprostředí společnosti, dále analýza jednotlivých částí marketingového mixu společnosti, managementu lázeňské destinace. Aktuální podmínky českého lázeňství v rámci EU jsou charakterizovány z pohledu legislativního, z hlediska financování, struktury lázeňské péče, počtu, struktury a indikací hostů. V práci jsou užity tyto metody- situační analýza, syntéza pomocí SWOT analýzy, PEST analýza pro zhodnocení externích vlivů a analýza marketingového mixu.

Railway as an alternative to maritime transport between Asia and Europe

The aim of the diploma thesis is the comparison of maritime and rail freight transport between Asia and Europe. The thesis focuses on characteristic of rail transport as an alternative mode of transport and identification of possibilities, how to increase its competitiveness towards to maritime transport. First part of the thesis analyses current situation in maritime and rail transport and focuses on their specifics and future potential. The practical part deals with the change of fictitious company´s logistics system. Maritime and rail transport are compared in terms of risks, costs and shipping time. The last part of thesis deals with possibilities of increasing competitiveness of rail transport in the future.

Bonduelle launch a new product on the Czech market

The thesis is focuse on contemporary brand marketing, which these days is increasingly facing with oversupply and increasing competition. More than ever before, marketing is becoming the most important components of the company management, especially in FMCG companies. In the theoretical part I deal with the key concepts of marketing and describe in detail the marketing and the communication mix of B2C companies. I will get to the topic of brand marketing and the areas associated with it, such as marketing research, marketing and communications strategies based on business objectives. In the practical part the reader will get a chance to see the detailed proces of new product launch onto the Czech market within the canned vegetables segment and the retail chain. In the first half I will describe the product launch and the steps taken with regards to communication. I will describe the current market trends within the pickled vegetable´s market and the development of competitive brands, especially the problem of the growing influence of private labels. The second part will describe the communication mix of the launched novelty and the proposed changes based on the findings. At the end I will propose the new ATL support for the novelty

Analysis of the legal aspects of doing business in the Czech Republic and Germany

The thesis analyzes competitiveness and related business environment in the Czech Republic and Germany, also examines the legislative environment prevailing in both countries. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter determines the position of the two states in international competitiveness rankings. In the second chapter selected areas of the business environment are described, evaluated and compared. The final chapter is about starting a business in the Czech Republic, Germany. The thesis analyzes problems of cross-border activities of employees. Common features of both states and their differences are compared in order to be the inspiration for legal changes.
