Objectives of work: Analysis of use of space and form in choreography in aesthetic group gymnastics, drawing a set of recommendations to improve this aspect of the choreography. Method: Monitoring ESG choreography on national and international competitions. Subsequent analysis of the sample of teams from World Senior Championship in AGG 2006. Comparison of obtained results. Results: From the analysis and subsequent comparisons, we obtained a set of knowledge concerning the use of space and form in choreography of AGG, which may be a basis for improving choreography of Czech AGG teams. International conventions and the protection of the environment

ABSTRACT International Agreements and Environmental Protection This paper focuses on providing a detailed examination of international agreements that are currently one of the most significant sources of international environmental law. The objective of this paper is not to exhaustively describe all aspects of these agreements, but to summarize their typical elements that distinguish them from the agreements that are governing different fields of international public law. The first two chapters of the paper are devoted to the determination of its scope and a brief introduction into the position of these agreements within the system of sources of international environment law. The introduction is followed by historical excurse that maps the dynamic evolution of environmental treaty- making from 19th century to present while focusing on major events, such as UN diplomatic conferences on environmental issues, which accelerated international cooperation. Procedural matters are examined in Chapter 4 which provides an overview of how the agreements are drafted, entered into force and how they face the challenge of timely adaptation as a main requirement for effective protection of environment through international law. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, popsat a vyhodnotit chování seniorů ve veřejných knihovnách, a to na příkladu Městské knihovny v Praze. Ve vybraných pobočkách této knihovny byl také proveden rozbor statistických ukazatelů a pozorování. - První kapitola se zabývá vymezením pojmu senior a jeho terminologií, krátce je popsán problém stárnutí a stáří, na který navazuje vývoj populace ve světě i v ČR a jeho důsledky. Dále je pojednáno o mezinárodních a národních programech stárnutí a aktivitách v oblasti vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola popisuje služby veřejných knihoven seniorům, informační potřeby seniorů a aktivity knihoven v oblasti stárnutí. Poslední kapitola je věnována představení Městské knihovny v Praze a analýze výsledků dotazníkového šetření a pozorování v jednotlivých pobočkách této instituce. [Autorský abstrakt].

Jana Kindlová Cíle práce: Diplomová práce se bude věnovat vzniku, rozvoji a pravidlům relativně nové disciplíny v rámci Mezinárodní bruslařské unie (ISU) a v rámci Českého krasobruslařského svazu (ČKS). Půjde především o rozbor jednotlivých prvků v rámci konkrétní choreografie krátkého programu a jejich technickým hodnotám v závislosti na kvalitě předvedení a to z pohledu aktivní závodnice a dlouholeté asistentky trenéra a choreografky. Metoda: Práce má především popisný charakter. Základními použitými metodami bylo řízené pozorování a kvalitativní analýza. Práce dále využívá studia literárních pramenů - odborné publikace, monografie, odborná periodika, dále pak studia a analýzy videozáznamů, zkušeností z mezinárodních tréninkových kempů, seminářů trenérů, konzultací s technickými specialisty a vlastních zkušeností autorky. Výsledky: Práce podává srozumitelný výklad nového systému hodnocení v synchronizovaném bruslení. Název práce: HISTORIE A VÝVOJOVÉ TRENDY V ESTETICKÉ SKUPINOVÉ GYMNASTICE Název práce v AJ: HISTORY AND PROGRESSES OF AESTHETIC GROUP GYMNASTICS Cíl práce: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo provést z videonahrávek rozbor jednotlivých vybraných sestav z mezinárodních závodů z průběhu minulých několika let a z něj vytvořit ucelený pohled na postupný vývoj této disciplíny co se pravidel a kvality závodnic týče. Zároveň též porovnat odlišnosti v pojetí různých zemí a odlišnosti od moderní gymnastiky, jakožto nejphbuznější disciplíny. Metody práce: Metodami této empiricko -teoretické práce byl rozbor videonahrávek z mezinárodních soutěží estetické skupinové gymnastiky z pohledu historického vývoje a metoda pozorování Výsledky: Vývoj estetické gymnastiky v průběhu pěti let zaznamenal obrovský růst technické vyspělosti závodnic. Disciplína vznikla ze snahy odlišit se od gymnastiky moderní svou formou pohybu, ale bohužel systém donutil trenérky i závodnice vrátit se zpět k maximální flexibilitě a dokonalé technice provedení. Paddling technique and race strategy for K41000 m Aim: 1. Give complete information on proper execution kajakářského shot while riding Kayak Four. Trace the second best tactics to track 1000m, used representational Kayak Four crews in top international competitions. A method: ad 1. Qualitative overview of knowledge in the art of paddling a kayak. Description shot exploded basic phases. Synthesis of practical and theoretical knowledge discipline of K4. Ad 2. Analysis, the subject of which is a set of results top world races levels. We define variants waveform rate, that affect the explicit transformation (order ships in goal) and we find the relationship to the quality of results achieved various options strategies. Dlouhodobý hmotný majetek podle české národní úpravy i IFRS

Obsahem bakalářské práce je aplikace dvou různých přístupů k regulaci účetnictví na oblast dlouhodobého hmotného majetku. Konkrétně se jedná o porovnání české národní úpravy a mezinárodních standardů finančního výkaznictví (IFRS) při řešení stěžejních úkonů a problémů vznikajících v souvislosti s využíváním dlouhodobého hmotného majetku v podnikatelské činnosti. Velmi důležitou roli zde hraje skutečnost, že v ČR je účetnictví závazně upraveno právními normami a to nejen účetními, ale také daňovými a jinými, zatímco IFRS jsou založeny na zevšeobecňování postupů vyvinutých a používaných v praxi a na jejich následném využití v mezinárodním měřítku.

New IHL Framework for Cyber Warfare

NEW IHL FRAMEWORK FOR CYBER WARFARE - ABSTRACT Regarding the increasing number of revealed cyber-attacks aimed at public facilities including the governmental ones by who seems to be other state actors, this thesis aims to reveal the major importance of cyber warfare, point out the fatal vacuum regarding the IHL framework currently in force and suggests its completion by a new IHL convention, which would regulate cyberwarfare in International Armed Conflicts. In order to provide a well-structured and pertinent arguments to support its main points, the thesis uses methods of qualitative analysis of the current IHL sources including international treaties, customary law and work of the main institutions of international justice along with work of judicial scholars and cyber experts. The work contains five main chapters. The first chapter presents the underlining principles of Laws of Wars, including its theory, history and development; and focuses on one of its three main regimes - the International Humanitarian Law. The second part is dedicated to the topic of cyber warfare, defines its scope as computer network attacks, explains their classification system, analyses their effects and provides examples of such attacks. Finalisation of development and verification of Flow123d software within the DECOVALEX 2015 project

This final report summarizes the progress of work and results for the whole period of the project. The subject is modelling of tasks within the project Decovalex-2015, development of Flow123d software, and preparation of documents for its standardization using the comparison results with foreign teams. TUL team participated in Task C1 (THMC processes in a single fracture) using the software Geochemist’s Workbench and their own tool TrAper for connecting chemistry and deformation and Task C2 (flow and transport in the vicinity of the tunnel Bedřichov) using Flow123d software. Task C2 also includes the formulation of the assignment and coordination of the solution of other teams. The ÚGN team participated in Task A, focusing on saturation of bentonite seals in clay rock and closing the gap, with the help of the COMSOL Multiphysics software. The outputs are the joint report by international teams and papers in a special issue of a journal. The developed models and lessons learned contribute to the ability to predict phenomena in the deep geological repository. Another result is a set of documents for the Flow123d software. All of which are attached to the report as attachments.
