Practical use of information systems in crisis management on the county and town level
SIROVÝ, Ladislav
The thesis deals with survey of used information systems in municipal and commune offices and Regional offices in connection with crisis management and crisis planning. The work is divided in several parts. The introduction describes history of protection of citizens. The thesis also deals with the issue of information systems from the general point of view and also in connection with crisis management. The practical part looks into the used information systems by questionnaire survey. The survey included all municipalities and communes and all Regional offices. The output of the research is a list of used applications. There are shown following data for each application ? frequency of an application, a map of an application according to regions, scale evaluation of an application and pros and cons of an application. The evaluation of the research disproved the hypothesis that regions and municipalities and communes have a proper idea about what kind of information system they should use. The following part of the thesis introduces a software application to support crisis management. It is a functional application designed to keep a record of shelters in the town of Písek.

Simulation and experimental investigation of the oscillator with soft impacts
Peterka, František ; Kocanda, Lubomír ; Veselý, Jan
The dynamics of oscillators with rigid impacts, based on the Newton elementary theory of impacts, which neglects a time duration of the impact and the velocity of motion is described by coefficient of restitution, is known. New interest of the investigation is directed on the systems with soft impacts, when a time interval of the impact is not zero and it is necessary to choose a proper model of elastic and damping forces appeared during the soft impact [4]. Such approach can explain the behaviour of the oscillator, when it transits from the linear - impactless - motion into motion with rigid impacts.

Application of logistic technology in contracts for automotive industry
TESAŘ, Petr
The point of this bachelor thesis was to find a way, how are aplicated the logistic technologies in chosen organisation ISOBAST s.r.o., which produces and works on products from expanded plastics and plastics, mostly for automotive industry. Today company uses the emancipatory strategy JIT. In the light of how big the company is and how produces, we can suggest of using another logistic technology {--} Kanban or EQM. Each of this technologies has its advantages and disadvantages. As advantage we can consider a simplification of logistic processes which causes increase of produktivity. Proper implementation of logistic technologies decreases time costs, storage costs, order and transport costs. During starting this process some troubles should show up, because founding new technologie is connected with high training costs and new identification facilities costs. The next disadvantage of some technologies is higher transportation load and negative influence on enviroment. Because of continual increase in numbers of competitors is necessary to monitore the evolution and technological progress

Correct nutrition is one of the most important things that help both in sports and in everyday life. In sports it is not enough to train hard; one must also eat properly and follow proper fluid intake principles. If adequate intake of nutrients is guaranteed, the performance will be noticeably better. A properly balanced diet plays a very important role even in everyday life. It promotes physical and mental balance and positively affects people's overall health. Recently, nutrition has appeared in the limelight and more and more people are concerned with what they eat. This Bachelor's thesis provides information on proper diet, both in sports and everyday life, and also informs about the correct fluid intake, food supplements and other interesting points in this field.

Problém řízení H_2 pro deskriptorové systémy
Kučera, Vladimír
A solution of the H_2 control problem is presented for linear descriptor systems. The solution proceeds in two steps. Firstly, the set of all controllers that stabilize the control system is parametrized. The mathematical tool applied are doubly coprime, proper stable factorizations of rational matrices. The factors are expressed in terms of stabilizing descriptor feedback and output injection gains, which represent degrees of freedom that can be used in the subsequent optimization.

Physiotherapy for patients with Spinal Muscular Atrophy - therapeutic use methods and assistive devices to delay neuromuscular spinal deformities
KUBIČKOVÁ, Karolína
In my bachelor work I look into the problems of the spinal muscular atrophy, assess both the effect of physiotherapy performed and utilization of compensation aids to control the progression of the disease. SMA presents an autosomal recessive genetic progressive disease of neuromuscular system, in the course of which muscular hypotonia, even atrophy develops. This process origins in a gradual deterioration of motoneutrons of frontal spinal corners. SMA ranks among rare hereditory diseases when both parents of the affected patient are bearers of a defective gen, although the illness doesn´t manifest in them themselves. The illness, in its medium and more advanced forms, starts usually its occurence in an early childhood. The rapidity of SMA progression differs in every individual. The patiens who suffer from this illness are mostly dependent on a wheelchair and their lifetime is substantially limited. Neither pathogenesis, nor treatment are currently known. One of major problems, which are brought by the illness, is the start of a backbone neuromuscular deformities which gradually deteriorates. A progressing scoliosis is often so significant that a surgical treatment becomes inevitable because compression of internal organs reaches such a condition that a conservative treatment is not sufficient any more. The patiens often complains of a back and hip painfulness. Viewed by physiotherapy, it seems inevitable to select a correct, individual therapy for every affected person and to recommend them suitable compensation aids. In particular, the choice of a wheelchair must be done with a proper care. Especially the quality of the sitting part and the part catering for a sufficient stability of the body, present the most important items to check while selecting a wheelchair. The importance of a proper wheelchair results from the fact that the SMA patiens spend in it most of their lifetime and that´s why the comfort of usage and the limitation of both backbone deformities and pelvis obliquities appears so important. In the theoretical part of my work I focused on the definition of SMA disease. I stated the classification of SMA and the therapy options. Next, I mentioned the physiotherapy methods, which are most often employed in therapy and compensation aids, which are inevitable for the SMA patiens and present a slowdown of the disease progression. A high quality and suitably selected compensation aid participates in a partial deceleration of occurence or progression of neuromuscular deformation of the backbone. This bachelor thesis aims at monitoring of physiothrapy application chances in SMA. It examines if the illness can be partially affected by employing physiotherapeutical methods. In addition, it deals with the availability and effectivity of compensation aids.

Physiotherapy in patients after fracture of the ankle joint
ROKŮSKOVÁ, Pavla
This Bachelor?s thesis deals with the theme of physiotherapy of patiens with a fractured ankle joints. An injury of ankle joint is one of many kinds of musculoskeletal injuries. As a result of an injury in this area appears a pathological situation for human organism which results in changes of local and distant parts of human body. Among important local problems of the physiotherapy treatment belong pain, swelling, limited mobility of the surrounding tissue and malfunction of muscles. The main role of physiotherapy is an elimination of local problems and a restoration of the proper function of ankle joints. Then the techniques of physiotherapy aim to the reeducation of walking and to avoid any incorrect movement streotypes and compensatory mechanisms. Therefore this therapy does not focused only on the ankle joint itself, but contains whole postural function of muscles in the whole human body. In the theoretical part of this thesis I describe the anatomy of human feet and ankle joints, the kinesiology of ankle joint and the biomechanism of human walking. Then etiology, diagnostics , treatment and complications of traumas of the ankle joint are mentioned. As an individual chapter there are therapeutic guidelines used at the time during healing, and of course, after healing of the fractures. In the research part of this thesis the qualitative method of research was used. This chapter was prepared as a list of case reports, which contain case history, initial examination, design and description of the therapy, final examination and long term physiotherapeutic plan. The utilized techniques for collecting data were interview and observation. The researched group consisted of two patients with diagnosed fracture of the ankle joint. These patients were selected from two ambulatory departments. One of the department is part of the Nemocnice Ceske Budejovice, a.s., and the other is part of Centrum lecebne rehabilitace Marie Kotrbove, s.r.o. Total duration of therapy was four weeks in both cases. At the beginning of therapy these patients were informed about the procedure the goal of therapy. The goal of this thesis was using theoretical and practical knowledge gained during studying of physiotherapy for the most effective treatment of patients. The first goal was to introduce complete knowledge of kinesiology and physiotherapy of the fractures of ankle joints. This part was achieved in the theoretical chapter of my thesis. The second goal was describing the possibilities of the therapeutic care and the following practical effectinevess. At the beginning of the study the question was set: Are the recommended methods of physiotherapy of patiens with fractured ankle joints effective?. The progress and outcome of therapy was judged in conservative treated cases as well as surgical treated cases of fractured ankle joints. In the conservative treated fracture the terapy was effective, swelling has been gone, the muscle strenght increased and the motion range extended. In the surgical treated case terapeutic progress was slowed down. But even there after the complex physiotherapy treatment success was achieved. Maximum level of all functions will be matter of further therapy. The results of research part has shown, the proper terapeutic methods were chosen. The results of this thesis will be provided to the whole physioterapic community. Benefit in clinical practice is in present processing and pointing out all possibilities of local and complex therapy of fractures in the area of ankle joint.

Importance of foot for exercises of deep stabilizing muscles
TURKOVÁ, Alena
The issue of deep stabilization system is still topical at present as its dysfunction causes vertebrogenic problems, one of the most frequent causes of disability to work. The deep stabilization system represents a functional stabilization unit including particularly diaphragm, mm. multifidi, abdominal wall muscles and pelvic bottom muscles. Balanced interaction between muscles is important as this system participates in backbone stabilization and is involved in all moves. A foot is an important part of stabilization system as stabilization of vertically standing body starts in the foot inner muscles. Qualitative research, the method of case study was applied on the data collection. The research was performed for 9 to 12 weeks on a sample of 4 probands who suffered from vertebrogenic problems. The examination of probands consisted of anamnesis, static and dynamic check-up of aspections, palpation examination, examination of the deep stabilization system by functional test and examination of feet. The aim of the thesis was to outline how the use of the foot affects the deep stabilization system and to propose a set of exercises and aids for its correct activation. The theoretical part of the thesis describes foot anatomy and function and the most important part of the deep stabilization system, its examination and therapeutic possibilities including proper use of aids. The practical part presents the aims of the research, describes the methodology and results of the research elaborated in the form of case studies. The Annex also contains a set of exercises affecting the deep stabilization system with application of balance aids. The research results show that body posture has improved in all the probands, all the patients were capable of isolated contraction of the individual DSS parts and functional involvement of the whole system. Influencing of the feet and the whole system led to better stability and graphesthesia on the foot sole, backache has subsided. This thesis may be used in physiotherapeutic clinical practice or as educational material for patients.
