Abstract: The dynamics of oscillators with rigid impacts, based on the Newton elementary theory of impacts, which neglects a time duration of the impact and the velocity of motion is described by coefficient of restitution, is known. New interest of the investigation is directed on the systems with soft impacts, when a time interval of the impact is not zero and it is necessary to choose a proper model of elastic and damping forces appeared during the soft impact [4]. Such approach can explain the behaviour of the oscillator, when it transits from the linear - impactless - motion into motion with rigid impacts.
