The issue of further education and its implementation in the conditions of a particular company

This bachelor work deals with the issues of further education. The theoretical part describes the situation of conceptual and systemic further education of employees in the Czech republic. It also deals with the role of the government in supporting the further education, typical features characterising the in-company education and general motive and attitude to further education of adults. The practical part deals with description of the state of further education within a specific company. It is also focused on analysis of problems which follow the process of education.The outcome of this work is recomendation of the realisation to the company where the research was made.

Theatre decoration? Set design? Scenography?

This thesis focuses on and compares the theoretical perception of scenography in the works of Czech aestheticians Otakar Zich and Růžena Vacková.
The whole comparison is integrated into the context of Czech modern scenography. Several key productions were chosen to demonstrate new tendencies that appeared at the specified time point in our theatre history. The thesis mentions theatre authors together with their works that played important role in forming Zich?s and Vacková?s opinions and theatre conceptions.
Taking into account how versatile personalities Otakar Zich and Růžena Vacková were it was necessary to bring up all areas of their activities. I attempted to summarize their professional careers and their influence on followers and I also wanted not to omit their life?s history . I deal with the importance of Zich´s key work Estetika dramatického umění and I also focused on personality of Vacková and the circumstances of the creation of Výtvarný projev v dramatickém umění.
It is a compilation work in which I try to present two approaches to the visual component of theatre performances. I compare their terminology used. I try to describe some aspects of scenography which Vacková developed under the influence of her predecessor and teacher and also the aspects that she was not in accordance with. Further, I focus on the problems of the possible forms of set design, connection between scenography and painting or architecture, and also on how the authors conceived the ideal scene, on whether they attached greater or lesser importance to stage directions and also on the problems of light, costumes, masks, stage objects?
This thesis should be perceived as a mere starting point for further in-depth exploration. There is a possibility to go deeper into details and/or extend the view so as to cover also other representatives of the Czech theatre theory with their scenography conceptions. I hope that, in the future, I will be able to continue working on this topic and to cover the history of Czech set desing theory in its integrity up to present days.

Anotace: Title: Pastoral Councils in the 2nd Prague Vicarate The purpose of this work is research of the role of pastoral councils in the 2nd Prague Vicarate in the field of pastoral planning and activity of parishes. It tries to find the answer to question whether pastoral councils are proper bodies which help the vicar, resp. the administrator with thein tasks or not. New perspectives in distribution of Czech Documentary Films - digital distribution DCI and VOD platforms

This thesis examines new possibilities in film distribution from the point of view of documentary films. It occupies with the fact what could the coming system of digital distribution in the DCI standard and also the possibility of distributing the films by the means of video on demand (VoD) portals bring. The work is divided into two main circles.
The first part starts with a brief description of the progress of the theaters digitalisation till present days. Then it comes to the topic of actual functioning of digital DCI distribution and to the definite cases of documents, that were distributed this way in the first half of the 2010. It also speaks about the leading role of the Ministery of Culture of the Czech Republic and its Media and Audiovision Department. Further it describes the changes, which the new system brings, from the three main points of view ? from the perspective of theatres, distributors and producers. At the end this first part deals with new trends in marketing of documentary films, which is in a tight connection with coming digitalisation and the need of target marketing.
The second part of the thesis beginns with the description of the functioning of the VoD portals. It speaks about legislative system, the topic of territories, engaging the VoD servers to the distribution chain and the form of the support by the means of the EU programme MEDIA. In a detailed way, it examines than the work of eight definite foreign VoD portals, which specialize in showing the documents only, or together with other kinds of film. The Czech docalliancefilms.com is the last one from the described portals. At the conclusion, the thesis deals with the summary of the contemporary situation in the VoD portals field and hypothesis for the future. It tries to define the possible future trends in the progress of this way of distribution.

Perioperative nursing care from the perspective of the patient

The bachelor's thesis deals with the nursing care which is provided to the patients before, during and after the surgery until discharge to home care. In the research nurses of surgery and their cooperation in the perioperative nursing care are also included. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of the perioperative nursing care, on the preoperative preparation and the postoperative care and how the patient perceives the time just before the surgery when he/she is passed to the operating room. In the theoretical part there is also the task of the nurses included providing the perioperative care and their mutual cooperation. The first aim of the thesis was to find what is the level of continuity of the care in the perioperative time from the perspective of the patient. The other aim of the thesis was to find the cooperation of healthcare workers in the perioperative care. The survey was conducted through the qualitative research, through the method of questioning. The data collection technique were the depth individual interviews with the patients and nurses. The choice of the patients was intentional, the patients had to be after a surgery and already in home care. The choice of the nurses was intentional, too, the surgical nurses had to care for patients after surgeries, the nurse anesthetists had to work in the surgical operating theatres. The results of the survey show that in the preoperative time the patients see the biggest problem in giving lack of information about the postoperative care. In ensuring the intraoperative care the nurse anesthetist introduced herself/himself only to one patient at the first contact. In the postoperative time none of the patients were in contact with the nurse after full awakening, they only had signalling device. Further the interviews with the patients show that no patients were instructed on the first postoperative getting out of bed and further postoperative rehabilitation. Out of the results of interviews with the surgical nurses and nurse anesthetists we find out that the nurse anesthetist participates in the preoperative preparation just on the day of surgery. The problem in the cooperation of the surgical nurses and nurse anesthetists is transmission of the information and documentation during the transfer of the patient from the operating room. In the postoperative rehabilitation the nurse can cooperate with the physiotherapist but only on weekdays. The results of my bachelor's thesis could be submitted to the head nurse of the hospital but especially to the head nurses of the surgical and anestheziology department to have opportunity to agree on better cooperation and communication. Because I work in the surgical postoperative department I suppose then it would be appropriate to consult together possible improvement of providing the nursing care with the colleagues in the department throughout the perioperative period, or to organize seminars focused on the issue of nursing perioperative care. The nurses can only point out that the establishment of a sleep-in room would be a benefit both for patients and for nurses however its establishment is not real. Then my bachelor's thesis could be used as an information resource for nurses working in surgical fields.

Aspects of the Pastoral Care in the Pauline Congregations

The thesis "Aspects of the Pastoral Care in the Pauline Congregations" presents some aspects of the praxis of pastoral care in the graeco-roman Antiquity and in the New Testament how it is principally revealed in the 1st Thessalonians. The main chapters of the thesis expose the chosen aspects of pastoral care like the function of imitation and examples, the role of the pastor in the pastoral act, the process of comforting or the caring congregations. But the research does not end with the comparison of the antic psychologic tradition with the Pauline practise; at least one modern social-psychological method is introduced in every chapter and they are used as a help for a different and sometimes maybe astonishing re-reading of the well-known Bible texts. The social connections analyzing social psychology helps the New Testament finding new methods and language to express the caring interactions between Paul and his congregations. This interdisciplinary thesis aims after binding the biblical texts with their contemporary context and the modern social psychology to reach a helping hand for the practical theology, mainly for pastoral care drawing the conclusion from the exegesis for our eneryday practise. Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation

This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

The mortgage crisis in the USA

This bachelor thesis focuses on a problem of a mortgage crisis present in USA. It presents main problems connected with the current crisis situation at the mortgage market through standards of issuing new mortgages i.e. prime and subprime. It attempts to get closer look at the process of issuing the mortgages and tries analyze the conditions which have led to improper work of the system. Thesis deals also with the questions of appraisal and his/her appraisal standards. These eased appraisal standards of real estates could be considered also as one of the causes of current mortgage crisis. In the end, american companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are presented with their history and current status. To sum up, this bachelor thesis attempts to grant a look at the conditions of both the mortgage and the real estate market and tries to analyze the causes and reasons which led to the contemporary crisis.

Serverless single page application in JavaScript

The goal of this thesis is to design and develop a framework for building modern single- page application in the JavaScript programming language and describe this approach to development. The work also contains the documentation for a more comfortable use and customization. The content is divided into eight chapters. The introduction is followed by the retrieval of information resources, including the specifics of the JavaScript programming language and explanation of the formation of single-page application. The description of the basic principles of their functioning, motivation and justification, when and why this approach is appropriate is also included. The work is primarily focused on the issue of single-page application, for which the use of the JavaScript programming language is crucial. For this reason, this work provides a whole chapter about this programming language, also including a description of its history and role in the context of others. Below are the common characteristics of single-page applications frameworks, built on top of the library ReactJS, whose formation is engaged in the following chapter. The developed framework also contains the user guide. The practical outcome of this work is an open source framework for creating serverless single-page applications, which is due to its architecture and documentation appropriately adaptable.

Role of the chancellor in the foreign policy of the Federal Republic of Germany: Angela Merkel

This master thesis is concerned with the role of the chancellor in the foreign policy with respect to the institutional possibilities that the German political system provides him, and also with respect to the personality of the chancellor - it strives to answer the question, if it is possible to identify the personality impact in the chancellor foreign policy positions. As the case example the current chancellor Angela Merkel has been chosen, who serves for a period long enough to carry out the research and who is at the same time well-respected personality abroad. The thesis comes to the conclusion that the chancellor has the rights to intervene in the foreign policy and uses those rights. By means of the discourse and content analysis of chancellor's speeches it has been possible to identify foreign policy preferences of the chancellor which can be associated with her personal life experience.
