Fruit utilizing occasion of less knowing bushes
Mařáková, Veronika ; Vránová, Dana (referee) ; Vespalcová, Milena (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with cornelian cherry (Cornus mass). The beginning of the thesis treats with botanical characteristics of cornelian: description of the plant, its expansion, reproduction and location. There are described selected species, agricultural outplanting of the cornelian, its harvest and categorization to market kinds according to regulation of Ministry of Agriculture. Attention is given to actual substances contained in its fruits, especially vitamin C, which is presented in high amount there. This shrub includes many other important substances, like natural dyes - anthocyanins, minerals, organic acids, proteins, pectines, sugars, pulp and others. Fresh fruits are used mainly in food and cosmetic industry. At the end there are mentioned methods for determination of vitamin C by high performance liquid chromatography. The other possible ways how to determine vitamin C are titration method, spectroscopical method, polarographic method and gas chromatography.

Adolescents and Alcohol
STRAKOVÁ, Petra
This bachelor work is called {\clq}qAlcoholism by adolescents``. It describes how relation of teenagers to alcohol is influenced by society, family, their free time and peers. In a particular chapter of this work each factor is described. Alcoholism has been a social problem for many years. Alcohol is very dangerous chemical substance especially for adolescents, because the addiction makes up faster and infleunces their health more seriously than the health of the adults. After some drinks usual behaviour may be changed, the person can lose inhibition or starts talking more freely. On the other hand, he or she may become aggresive or depressed. In the worse situation a man may come to comatose or a man can even die. The studies have shown that teenagers who abuse alcohol {--} in comparison with some of their peers - have problems with memory, learning and other brain activities. However if the drinking continues auting young adulthood, the damage of brain may grow and become too dangerous. It can lead to the brain disorder. Alcohol is regarded being a tolerated soft drug in the Czech Republic. Therefore alcohol is available for adolescents. Teenagers can often find it at home. That´s why family enviroment connected with upbriginng can be one of the most important factors which influences consumation of alcohol by adolescents. The object of this research was the first contact of teenagers with alcohol. At what opportunity they drink alcohol at the present time, how often they drink and how they spend their leissure time. Whether they spend their leissure time only with their friends or with their parents too. Research was provided by the questionnaire form. The target group was the pupils who were from fifteen till twenty years old. Research showed, that the most of teenagers had tasted alcohol before they were fifteen years old. Today they regularly drink alcohol once a week and half of them spend their free time with friends and half of them with their family.

The role of polyploidisation in the evolution of the genus Chenopodium with a focus on Chenopodium quinoa
Babčanová, Natália ; Štorchová, Helena (advisor) ; Cvrčková, Fatima (referee)
Chenopodium is a cosmopolitan paraphyletic genus. Belongs to the Amaranthaceae family and the Chenopodioideae monophyletic subfamily. Diploid, tetraploid and hexaploid species are found in almost all evolution branches of Chenopodioideae, in the case of Chenopodium album, different degrees of ploidy occur within a single species. The degree of ploidy is an important factor in the study of evolution and phylogenetic relationships between Chenopodium species and it also affects the speciation and morphology. The genus Chenopodium includes weeds as well as cultivated crops, such as Chenopodium quinoa, Ch. pallidicaule, Ch. ambrosioides or Swaeda foliosa. Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is the best known species of the Chenopodium genus. It is an allotetraploid (2n = 4x = 36), derived from the same albeit not yet known diploid parents as a closely related tetraploid Ch. berlandieri. Some of its alleles segregate as in a functional diploid, which complicates genetic analyses and breeding efforts. This species features high genetic variability due to gene flow between weed and crop populations and some other evolution processes that are affected by polyploidy. Quinoa is referred to as a pseudocereal and it has been used as a crop in South America as early as in the Inca times. It can survive at locations unsuitable...

Řízení IS/ICT se zaměřením na sourcing služeb informačního systému
Šebesta, Michal ; Voříšek, Jiří (advisor) ; Havlíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Příklenk, Oldřich (referee) ; Král, Jaroslav (referee)
Research on outsourcing has been around for several decades, while recent evolution in the information systems discipline towards ICT service commoditization significantly changes the context of decision-making. Services that are available on-demand via the Internet allow organizations implementing functions they demand in a fraction of time. This trend represents a chance for organizations seeking to use advanced ICT services without a need of major investments. Problem is the current lack of guidelines and tools for managing ICT services and their outsourcing. Given the trends on the ICT service market, it is expected that much of the IT management in the future will encompass the ICT services and utilize service-level structures. Methods currently available are either too broad or encompass only small part of the whole problem. Ad-hoc or unsound decisions in this area might cause major complications in terms of quality, usability, integration, and consequently influence total cost of organizational IT. Organizations need to either revise existing models or propose and implement completely new models to manage their IS/ICT. This thesis deals with the management of IS/ICT with focus on the ICT services outsourcing. It discusses available sourcing models in the literature and links them to the various interconnected areas. Based on these areas, it presents an integrated view on IT outsourcing strategies. Most importantly the thesis proposes an original concept for decision-making about outsourcing of ICT services named the SOURCER framework. This approach utilizes the presented outsourcing strategies, and introduces a complex methodology and decision-making criteria that will assist organizations with selection of ICT services in order to maintain and manage a most suitable ICT service portfolio. The decision-making is based on four essential viewpoints: function, costs, time, and quality. These viewpoints are discussed, individually analyzed, and serve as a basis for further research. The whole framework is developed and validated according to Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). Individual components are evaluated using a survey among a group of selected IT managers. Proof of concept is then established by a case study on framework use in a real organization. This case study covers strategy specification, business--IT alignment, specifying service architecture and its interconnections, outsourcing, and management of the ICT service portfolio.

Kotábová, Lenka ; Goldmann, Petr (advisor) ; Viktorová, Ida (referee)
Main theme of this work is generation of coping strategies by the women with alcohol dependence. Author is highlighting mounting society tolerance to stress and to alcohol abuse and she also shows this two phenomenon in mutual context. By the women side of population author particular describe dependence and border of society norm. Main goal is to bring to light and explore maladaptive strategies, by women with alcohol dependence, which are varied from ordinary population and the reason of such a behavior. To solve this issue author chose two methods. Firstly she uses data from TAT projective test, secondly verbal self examination test SVF. Inquire group of women author compare with control group of women, who embody no alcohol problem. Better success is expected from control group, because normal population should have better coping strategies. From result of research ensue, that women with alcohol dependence embody worse coping strategies indeed. But this difference is not such as strong as was expected. In declarative test SVF alcohol dependent women overestimate their strategies in comparison to TAT. On the base of this fact author offers hypothesis, that it can be only proclamation in presentation of coping strategies. Women from control group anticipate their strategies more accurately.
