Vampires and Vampirism in archaeological publications in terms of taphonomy and forensic anthropology.

The topic of vampires and vampirism raises a deep interest among literary authors, readers, the media, and the general public. This topic is also very important from the historical and archaeological point of view, such as when anti-vampiric measures used to be taken on dead bodies in the past. Lately, this topic has become a phenomenon in the interpretation of atypical funeral rites. This thesis deals with some archaeological cases that are interpreted as vampiric funerals. It is extremely important to make a taphonomic analysis, get high quality pictures, and photographic documentation of the particular situation for a non-standard and correct interpretation of the funeral. The knowledge of taphonomy, archeotanatologie and forensic anthropology allow for an explanation of some of the reported anti-vampiric measures in many of these cases. However, it is often difficult or even impossible to trace the detailed documentation of the published vampiric burials. Natural decay and geological processes play an important role in the interpretation of these causes, as well. Non-standard funerals can exist but, as this thesis concludes, it would be a mistake to immediately identify any atypical findings as a vampire without further examination and taphonomic analysis. The Public Procurement for the Supplies

The thesis deals with the theme of procurement of supplies in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present in the context of legal and economic developments. The current situation is analyzed on the basis of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with monitoring the preparation and adoption of new legislation. Legal issues will be extended by an overview of relevant laws and evaluate the problems in the formation of tender documents for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply and reviewing compliance with the principles of the Act on financial control in public administration. Theme in the application of profiling on public procurement, focusing on a framework agreement designed to capture recurring delivery. The study is supplemented with practical experience in the field of public procurement for the conclusion of framework agreements, provides an analysis of the positive and negative aspects of this method of procurement, including proposed solutions. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of a comparison of the specific tender documents with the statutory legislation, qualitative research and secondary data analysis of tender documents for contracts to supply a valid framework contracts signed by the selected organization in the years 2012-2016.

The diploma thesis on the topic Kindergarten is processed in the form of project documentation for the implementation of the building. The building is designed to plot 12288 in the cadastral Vsetín. It is a new kindergarten with two floors. The building is brick, It is covered by single-layer flat roof. The building contains three classes for a total of 75 children, also has its own kitchen and pottery.

The master’s thesis on the topic Kindergarten is processed in the form of project documentation for the implementation of the new building. The building is designed to plot 1228/43 in the cadastral Jihlava. It is a two-storey building, the roof is single-flat. The building is of brick masonry POROTHERM. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed ceiling panels.

Verification of project „Park za sv. Jakubem v Klatovech“

City council of Klatovy town in the Czech Republic submitted a contract for a new town park project on the place called "Za sv. Jakubem" in 2005. Studio SILVEX represented by Ing. Pavel Borusík won this contract and created a feasibility study as the first step of the project documentation. Till now the study has not been realized because of problematic ownership issues within the concerned area.
This diploma thesis strives to solve the question of the up-to-dateness of that project which has been suspended for ten years by now. The main subjects of this thesis have been the project content evaluation, verification of up-to-dateness and to design a new solution respecting current and future needs of the city inhabitants and park users.
Literary overview of the current state of the problem deals with public space areas characteristics, city park characteristics, graveyard characteristics including types of graveyards, burials, graves, burial history in the Czech Republic and Jewish cemeteries. The thesis addresses with the impact of the death on survivors and greenery effects as a green place useful for meditation. The graveyard topic is elaborated because of the geographical distance of Klatovy's town's graveyard to the intended park area.
Evaluation of detailed data provides the fundamental information about Klatovy and the park place, brief contents and main thoughts of feasibility study "Za sv. Jakubem", own verification of the available documentation including changes in the property relations.
All together it had served as a basis for designing new park concept proposal, which responds adequately to demands of park users. The project by Studio SILVEX proposes park place with purely town meaning, containing children playground, in-line skating track and other sport activities. The diploma thesis's park concept transforms the project with focus on scenery locations and relax place for visitors of the nearby town graveyard.

The building is designed on a plot of 1350/5 in the cadastral Karviná. It is the kindergarten with a basement and two floors. The building contains two classes for a total of 48 children. Food is provided by imports.

Preparation and Management of the Building Order

This thesis focuses on the theme of preparation and management of construction work contract in its theoretical and empirical level. Theoretical part deals with the description of contractor’s preparation for construction in the form of supply, pre-production and production preparation. It also deals with the issues of planning in the form of structuring of a building project and its duration, including the description of schedule planning methods. Theoretical part ends with a passage about automated preparation and construction implementation, together with a definition of basic terms concerning private and public procurement. Practical part answers the question of description, analysis and organization of particular construction contract and together with contractor’s administrative treatment of construction preparation meets the appointed target. Closing part consists of a suggestion of methodology for processing contractor’s preparation using Contec software.

This dissertation thesis named Performance management deals with the problems in evaluation of working performance in selected company. The aim of the given thesis is the analysis of present rating system in working performance evaluation and the proposal of potential ganges which could lead to more effective rating of employees and this way also increase the total productivity of given company. The first part of this work focuses on theoretical solutions. It deals with working performance, its substance, process of working performance management, motivation to working performance, rating of working performance and its reward. The second part deals with the analysis of the present rating system in working performance in given company. This analysis is performed with the help of internal communication analysis related to these issues. There is also used the method of questioning where questionnaires are focused on effectivity and satisfaction of employees with this system of rating. On the basis of all obtained data and knowledge there is presented a proposal of changes for improvement in present working performance of employees´rating system in given company in the end.
