Family and Outside Family Factors of the Origination of an Addiction
KINCLOVÁ, Jitka
The work refers to the factors of the origination of alcoholic and non-alcoholic addictions. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of an addiction, factors that influence its origination {--} especially regarding the social factors concerning the family. There are also mentioned possibilities of treatment in the Czech Republic in the work. Mental home Červený Dvůr is mentioned as an example, which is engaged in the treatment of alcohol and non-alcohol drug addictions and pathological gambling. The practical part contains questionnaire survey made in the mental home Červený Dvůr. It was especially focused on family surrounding of addicts, their first experience with a habit forming substance, reasons for the first misusage. The aim was to determine the common signs of the family surroundings of the patients, function of their families and family background, or other outside-family factors that might have influenced origination of their addiction. Conclusion of the survey is that addicts almost lived in complete families. The riskiest outside-family factors of the addictions were the company of peers and that a habit forming substance was misused in the low age.

Stress-free and stress-assisted aging of NiTi shape memory alloys
Dlouhý, Antonín ; Bojda, Ondřej ; Fiala, J.
The present work investigates coherent Ni4Ti3 precipitates in a Ti-50,7at%Ni shape memory alloy after different thermo-mechanical treatments. The study is based on the quantitative TEM (transmission electron microscopy) image analysis using the ACC (Adaptive Contrast Control) programme. The attention is given to a number, size and volume fraction of individual crystallographic variants of the Ni4Ti3 precipitates. Preliminary results suggest that, after common heat treatments, the precipitation of Ni4Ti3 particles is inhomogeneous not only as far as the density of particles in the original B2 grains is concerned but also with respect to the distribution of the crystallographic particle variants. The possible influence of the heterogeneous Ni4Ti3 precipitation on the characteristics of the martensitic transformations B2-R-B19’ is discussed.

Time management
Hanus, Filip ; Franková, Emilie (advisor) ; Motlová, Veronika (referee)
It is of great necessity to know how to manage time. The theoretical part of this thesis is concerned with the definition of time management, its origin and evolution. It covers the basic rules of efficient time management and the principles of efficient work organization. It describes the usage of goals and their setting, circadian rhythms and their influence on our productivity and the most common factors that steal our time. Based on the analysis of time frames and half-structured interviews, the empirical part follows the lives of six university students for two weeks. Our goal is to find out how the respondents use their time, what is their knowledge of time management and also to cover the difference between students living in a room alone and students sharing a room with one or multiple roommates.

The purpose of this study is to compare tax and civil-law issues concerning property business in Austria and in Czech Republic in 2016 and to investigate the efficiency of the current legislation against the real estate bubble. The theoretical part of this study contains selected demographic and price statistics concerning real estate in both countries and focuses on the description of the existing law currently in effect in both compared countries. The practical part analyses tax and transactions costs that concern property trading and a comparison of possibilities of amortisations and rentability of a rented flat in both countries.

Implementation of the Smart Metering Systems in Energetics in Slovakia
Petreová, Adela ; Machek, Ondřej (advisor) ; Tyll, Ladislav (referee)
The goal of the Master´s thesis is to map the actual situation of transformation of power energy sector to smart grid, find answers to some of the major questions concerning the implementation of smart metering systems, evaluate societal and economic costs and benefits, evaluate trends in legislation, compare the situation in Slovakia with other peer countries from the European Union, and create a follow-up recommendations for Slovakia based on this assessment. The thesis includes detailed critical analysis of the CBA, originally created for Slovakia, using benchmarking with countries with a different calculation approach. The used methodology in this work is a research of available resources, qualitative research of case studies, break-down of the CBA, and expert research through interviewing. The outcome is evaluation of economic and societal contributions of smart metering systems and mapping the process and state of the implementation.

The try of reconstruction sacral topography with special attention of church st. James the Greater in Jihlava in Middle Ages
Vodáková, Dana ; Kuthan, Jiří (advisor) ; Scholz, Stefan (referee)
RESUME The concern of this thesis is one of the sacred building of Jihlava town, the parish church of St. Jacob the Bigger. The main object of interest is the oldest history of this temple, which extends to the time of forming of its own city. It attempts to summarize the known knowledge and also to consider the new findings, mostly the character of archaeology. Therein, it is needed to mention, that most of the founded situations were not appropriately to the moment of usage accessed, concerning the state of actual examination, which is limited by building reconstructions. Generally, it is possible to state, that the actual results seem to be aligned with the historical development of the temple. The attention was dedicated also to church building, which is thought to be built before the today's temple, we consider this from different angles of point of views. The one of them was the intention to examinate the possibility of destruction by the fire, which is indicated in pope list as well as the susceptibility measures of construction parts originated from this building, later on used on the actual church building. In dependence on the older construction and archaeological point of views the possibility of pre-allocated habitation on the place of current town was newly revised in the work. The part of the...

Changes in structure and phase composition in the surface of tram rail
Švábenská, Eva ; Roupcová, Pavla ; Schneeweiss, Oldřich
We have investigated structure and phase composition of surface layer of tram rails after long time running and the results were compared with those obtained on the original part of material. Changes due to effects of severe plastic deformation together with thermal shocks by friction process were expected. The information about structure and phase composition was obtained by optical and scanning electron microscopy, X-Ray Powder Diffraction, Mössbauer Spectroscopy and Glow Discharge Emission Spectroscopy (GDOES) and this was completed by microhardness measurements. The results show that the surface layer in comparison with the original material exhibits important changes in grain structure, an increase in microhardness and high content of iron oxide and hydrooxides. According to the depth profile of the chemical composition measured by GDOES there is an increase in carbon content in the surface layer which can be effect of up-hill diffusion.
