Tato diplomová práce se zabýv. vývojem mobilní aplikace typu klient-server na platformě Windows Phone. Obsahuje popis platformy Window Phone, vývojov. prostředí a jeho nástroj pro ladění a sledování prostředků na této platformě. Rozebírá architektury a protokoly využívající se pro model klient-server. Popisuje sdílení dat a zasílání zpráv mezi uživateli klientem a serverem. Srovnává dostupné protokoly pro komunikaci. V další kapitole je využití paměti na klientu při nedostupnosti připojení k internetu. Závěr se věnuje vizi dalšího vývoje projektu.

This Thesis is focused on electronization of schools and on using of Electronic Pupil's Evidence. Possibilities of mobile client developing for these systems and user requirements are examined. It introduces demonstration application and describes implementation for Android. It presents results from testing with users and experience with demonstration application. Finally it describes possibilities of extension and connection to real system.

Differentiations in the approach of a radiology assistent to examinations of seniors

Peculiarities in the approach of radiological assistents to the examination of elderly patiens This bachelor thesis shows issues concerning the radiological worker in relation to older people. The title of the work is to specialize in radiology assistant access to seniors. I focused mainly on the need for diagnostic imaging in geriatric patients. These tests are for geriatric patients very important and beneficial in detecting and early identification accurate diagnosis. They are not demanding for the patient and burdensome. The theoretical part deals with a relatively detailed analysis of the life of the elderly in the Czech Republic, the behavior of geriatric patients and the development of his psyche. One chapter is devoted to the mystification of the dangers of digital imaging techniques and the use of contrast agents. Another part is devoted to radiation protection. It also happens that the employee is unwilling, unresponsive to patient and treats him accordingly. So I said examples of good and bad behaviour in hospitals. The old client needs special care which has become a problem for many people. The research part of the thesis has been compiling statistics on the use of diagnostic imaging in geriatric patients in private internal department. In the table are listed the initials of the patient: sex, age, primary diagnosis, type of diagnostic imaging, insurance, the cost of the method and the total price. The results obtained showed that a large proportion of the population uses the most conventional method of radiography, which is not challenging for patients. Traditional radiography, commonly known as the imaging is used in Central Europe from the 2nd half of 90th o f the 20 th century. This bachelor study demonstrated that awareness about patient safety, convenience and accessibility are very good.

Nurse assistance in personal patient heath care education

The topic of my thesis is "Nurse Assistant in Patients Self-Care Education". Education in Nursing has certainly an irreplaceable position. Amputation means removing the peripheral portion of the body, mostly of a limb.Education is a very important element and an integral part of the nursing process, which aims to prevent the disease, teaching or restoration of health and plays a major role in improving the quality of life of the individual. Education of patients after lower limb amputation begins on the first day after surgery and ends with the release client for home care. An interaction between the nurse and the client after leg amputation is very important part of the education.To meet the client's effort to be educated is the responsibility of the nurse to try to gradually engage the client in education. If the client is unable to cooperate with the nurse, she tries to engage the client´s family into the education.Nursing care for patients after amputation of the lower limbs is extensive. In the early period after surgery, nurse teaches the client's breathing and then the fitness exercises. Nurses educate clients after leg amputation especially in the training of care stump, walking on crutches with help of another person, and then walk on crutches without the support of another person and in the final stage to walk with a prosthesis attached. The aim of this work was to identify methods of education of clients while practicing self-care. With this objective, related research question is "What are the educational methods used by clients during training while practicing self-care." To obtain the necessary data was carried out through non-standardized interview with nurses working at the departments where nurses caring of clients after amputation of the lower limbs in a hospital of České Budějovice a.s.To meet the objectives of the thesis on "Nurse Assistant in Patients Self-Care Education" was chosen qualitative investigation. Data collection was chosen semi-structured interview, containing twelve questions. .The interview was conducted with randomly selected nurses who work in a hospital of České Budějovice. Six interviews were carried out.The research sample was consisted of nurses working in a hospital of České Budějovice. These nurses work at the surgical department and department of aftercare and were asked to their objective data: age, length of experience.Research was conducted with the approval of the head nurse of České Budějovice hospital. After reaching the head nurse, followed cooperation with the senior department nurse of surgical department and department of aftercare.The results of the research investigation are clear to show that there was to meet the predetermined goal. The research question was to acquire the necessary response.The research showed that nurses in educating clients, after lower limb amputation during training stump care and practice walking on crutches, use the oral methods of instruction and practical demonstrations. Instruction and practical demonstration is performed by nurses using the spoken word, exceptionally, a written word.Survey of this thesis answers the research question that educational methods are distinguished according to whether the education is for practicing care stump or practice walking on crutches.To determine the results of the research was used qualitative data collection by interview. The interview contained twelve questions. There were six interviews carried out with the nurses from the hospital of České Budějovice, working in the surgical ward and aftercare department. The results show that there has been compliance with predetermined objectives and the research question we got the answers you need.An information material was developed, based on the results of the research, designated to nurses working in the hospital of České Budějovice, taking care of clients after leg amputation.

The diploma thesis The quality of supporting relationship and aim directivity as a successful factor in social work was written by Šicnerová Věra, Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia. The supervisor of the thesis is Lhotová Marie, PhDr. Ing. Ph.D. Key words: aim, emotions, client, indirect approach, Rogers, empathy, interaction, communication, conflict, social work, social worker, relationship. The diploma thesis describes the development of a social therapeutic relationship between a client and a social worker which is based on non - evaluating approach of the social worker and in the connection with a suitable follow-up aim. The information about the conditions of a quality relationship which is needed for communication between the client and the social worker in a social therapeutic relationship is included in the thesis. Dangers and inappropriate approaches which can ruin suitable selection and the realization of aim are mentioned too. The thesis defines vocational qualities of social workers which can make the relationship development easier. It also presents attributes of social workers and clients, which can on the contrary disrupt or thwart this development. The diploma thesis illustrates that the relationship between social workers and clients is a determinative factor for a successful definition and realization of the social therapeutic process aim.

SIP client in Java

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a client-based application with the utilization of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The first part describes SIP with an emphasis on basic concepts. Then a brief description of the Java programming language which will be used for the implementation follows. The most extensive part is devoted to the description of a design and implementation of the application. Some techniques used during the development of the applicaton are being discussed in this part. The thesis is finished up with test scenarios verifying functionality of the application.
