Consumers´ perception of private labels
Partynglová, Hana ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Zamazalová, Marcela (referee)
The aim of the work is to introduce the offer of private labels of selected chain stores and analyse the consumers' perception of the labels with the aid of a questionnaire survey. A range with private label includes all products sold by a store under its own label. The packaging is furnished with the name and logo of the distributor, meaning this marked product won't be found in another kind of store. Originally, there used to be only groceries and dring sold under private labels. However, nowadays, there are also private label drugstore commodities, domestic appliances, sports equipments and other products available. Private labels offer advantages as well as disadvantages to producers, sellers as well as consumers. Acoording to the price and quality we can devide the private labels into three categories -- economical, standard and special. The most developed market with private labels can be found in Switzerland, its market share reaches 53 percent. In the Czech republic this share amounts to about 35 percent, with private label goods being included into all chain stores' assortment. The foremost position is held by the Tesco company. The results of my questionnaire survey have shown that private label goods are bought by 85 percent of the respondents, the most important criteria for their purchase being the lower price range. On the other hand, the buyers' scepticism and lower quality of the goods work in disfavour of the purchase.

Fed's Easy Money Policy during Alan Greenspan's presidency in Board of Governors (1987-2006)
Mašek, František ; Johnson, Zdenka (advisor) ; Tajovský, Ladislav (referee)
The main theme of the work is the Fed's monetary policy during the time, when chairman of the Board of Governors was Alan Greenspan. The greatest attention is aimed at the influence of Fed's expansive monetary policy on the so-called dot-com bubble and later mortgage crisis, which subsequently developer into the financial crisis. Through a thorough analysis of many scientific papers written by known economists and my own analysis and evalution I opine that the effect of expansionary monetary policy on the bubble in technological assets and mortgage crisis is rather minor. Fed subordinated all actions to achieve its monetary policy objectives, so criticism of its conducted monetary policy is essentially a critique of these objectives as such. I consider the emergence of new technologies and the so-called theory of feedback as the main cause of dot-com bubble. In the mortgage crisis and subsequent financial crisis as main determinants I consider reluctance of goverment officials strongly regulate activities of investment banks and other investment companies, moral hazard, failure of rating agencies, and federal support for home ownership coupled with the deregulation of the financial sector.

Některé prostorové aspekty rituálního chování na počátku doby bronzové
Kruťová, Magdalena ; Turek, J.
In the paper is examined continuity and change in the spatial relationships of cemeteries and other activity areas at the beginning of Bronze Age in Bohemia and Moravia. In comparison to the Bell Beaker period, the burial rites of the early Bronze Age generally became less orthodox and more variable. In spite of certain specifics in the early Bronze Age ritual behaviour, we can suppose that the structure of the symbolic systems of Únětice burial practices was a result of a continuous development within the late Eneolithic cultural sequence and was evidence of progressive social differentiation in the Central European Bronze Age.

Therein, it is needed to mention, that most of the founded situations were not appropriately to the moment of usage accessed, concerning the state of actual examination, which is limited by building reconstructions. Generally, it is possible to state, that the actual results seem to be aligned with the historical development of the temple. The attention was dedicated also to church building, which is thought to be built before the today's temple, we consider this from different angles of point of views. The one of them was the intention to examinate the possibility of destruction by the fire, which is indicated in pope list as well as the susceptibility measures of construction parts originated from this building, later on used on the actual church building. In dependence on the older construction and archaeological point of views the possibility of pre-allocated habitation on the place of current town was newly revised in the work. The part of the...
