Postavení vybrané pojišťovny na českém pojistném trhu

Naopak vývoj životního pojištění je v případě Uniqa velmi stabilní a lze pozorovat, že je do značné míry nezávislý na vývoji celého trhu. Mezi lety 2004 a 2005, kdy došlo k výraznému zpomalení růstu celkového trhu životního pojištění, zachovala Uniqa trend zvyšujícího se nárůstu této oblasti a překonala tak celkový trh více než 13x! Tento trend je zachován i v roce následujícím, kdy je nárůst oproti celkovému trhu téměř sedminásobný.

The system and the financing system of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic in the period 2010-2016

The bachelor thesis focuses on mental health, which is becoming a socio-economic problem these days. Since there is a constant prevalence of patients with mental illnesses and thus an increase of a burden in the economic system, this work explains the system of psychiatric care, which is crucial for the future development of mental health of Czech population. Based on the analysis of the issue it is evident that the effort to manage the care system to community care will do not contribute to the reduction of treatment costs, but on the other hand, will facilitate the accessibility to psychiatric facilities for patients. The funding of psychiatric care is not based on the national health system, which influences the direction of a large part of the funds for treatment in psychiatric hospitals.

Tax and legal issues of real-estate business in Austria

The purpose of this study is to compare tax and civil-law issues concerning property business in Austria and in Czech Republic in 2016 and to investigate the efficiency of the current legislation against the real estate bubble. The theoretical part of this study contains selected demographic and price statistics concerning real estate in both countries and focuses on the description of the existing law currently in effect in both compared countries. The practical part analyses tax and transactions costs that concern property trading and a comparison of possibilities of amortisations and rentability of a rented flat in both countries.

Economy of Chile in 1960s and 1970s with Accent on Market Reforms after 1973

This bachelor thesis puts the stress on the analysis of economic reforms approved in Chile in the 60's and 70's years of the 20th century. The focus of this work is profoundly dedicated to the analysis of two important macroeconomic indicators: developments of inflation and trade exports, bearing in mind the context of the coup in 1973 which is seen as a direct consequence of the communist rule of the Salvador Allende's Cabinet (1970-1973). The Allende's Cabinet strove to transform the Chilean economic society into a socialist one. The bachelor thesis has validated a hypothesis stating that the pro-market reforms approved after 1973 led to diversification of the Chilean export as well as a gradual and progressive stabilization of the country's inflation that had reached as 350 % during the socialist Allende's government. This work brings a comparison of two very different economic doctrines that formed Chile in the 70's of the last century. There is being compared a socialist government approach, having focused on nationalizing of the private sector, to the liberal government's approach aimed at decreasing the public sector, privatization as well as tearing down international trade barriers.

The impact of the economic cycle to finance the defense of the Czech republic in years 2004-2014

This bachelor work examines the impact of economic performance on financing the defense sector in the Czech Republic in the years 2004-2014. The main questions are whether this influence is clear and the extent to which is essential for funding this sector. The work also provides a basic overview about development and structure of the Ministry of Defence budget in these years. The theoretical part contains theories of business cycle and public sector and briefly introduces the basic institutions that are tasked to provide a defense. The analytic part analyzes the expenditures and revenues of the Ministry of Defence and assesses their mutual influence and simultaneously the influence of GDP on these indicators. To compare with previous findings, the GPD growth rate and the growth rate of defense expenditures in selected countries of NATO are analyzed in brief in the last chapter. While findings based on data from the Ministry of Defence have rather anticyclical development of defense expenditures, in selected countries of NATO, the development is more procyclical. It highlights the very ambiguous impact of the economic cycle on expenditures in the defense sector.

Podnikatelský plán vybrané firmy (model lean canvas)

The well arranged and instructivee business plan is the basic part of every business project.. Currently is very often used the lean canvas model of the business plan. This model shows us very istructively all the factors influencing the project realisation. The dissertation is divided into the two basic parts. In the thoretical were compared the essential forms of the business plan with their differences. The practical part consists of creating the lean canvas model for the progressive company using the UAV and the MAIA application, monitoring the flight of the UAV. The economic data were analyzed and the structured scheme of the project, with the prediction was realized. The lean canvas model was very useful and optimal for this company and it´s project.

Výběr a implementace open source nástroje pro řízení portfolia projektů

Methods and ways of implementation of changes and innovations in companies through project management are in today's society very well established. There exists methodologies, techniques and tools for the management of individual projects. However in a role of project manager, I very often faced the fact that companies are performing the project portfolio management in very intuitive way. This in itself leads to failed and prematurely terminated projects, initiation of the wrong projects or realisation of correct projects, but at the wrong time. Very often I have also recognized, that there is lack of awareness of fact, that there are also Open Source applications that can help with the organization's portfolio. This thesis deals with the definition of requirements, search and selection of proper OSS application and subsequent implementation. In the first part of this thesis I prepare a theoretical framework about PPM, and on that basis then identify and verify a set of requirements for selection of right OSS PPM application. The next section of thesis describes searching for suitable applications from a variety of sources, assessment against the requirements and the final selection. In the last part the implementation project is drafted, which aims to serve other colleagues in project management as one of the possible implementation paths. The outputs are then continuously confronted with experts in matter of projects and project management in the field of IT in order to maximize symbiosis between theory and real life experiences. Virtually every project management methodology defines the collection of already-proven techniques, best practices or lessons learned from the previous similar implementations. The main contribution of this thesis I see in fact that it contains not only the design of the project implementation, but also describes a logical path, what leads to the result. Therefore this thesis could be used as a base or discussed best practice, when a project of implementation of PPM application in place.

Moje diplomová práce má přiblížit poetiku Karla Hlaváčka ve všech čtyřechjeho sbírkách. Pod slovo poetika jsem zahrnula versologii (metrum, rytmus, rýmy ... ), eufonii, básnické figury, tropiku, slovník, motivy a kompozici. Pokusím se o podrobný rozbor všech složek Hlaváčkovy poezie, zcela ponechávám stranou interpretaci, kteráje dalším, velmi specifickým stupněm rozboru básnického díla a vyžadovala by samostatné bádání. Diplomová práce je tedy členěna na čtyři základní oddíly, z nichž každý patří jedné Hlaváčkově sbírce. Každý má svůj vlastní krátký úvod, ve kterém uvádím kdy ajak daná sbírka vznikla. Následuje vlastní rozbor, ten má ukázat především Hlaváčkovy přednosti a tvárné prostředky, které se vyskytují ve všech sbírkách, tedy to, co je typicky hlaváčkovské. Analýza sbírek je prováděna krok za krokem podle běžného schématu: rytmický rozboreufonický rozbor - sémantický rozbor - motivicko-kompoziční rozbor. Těžiště mé práce je však ve výběru a uvádění dostatečného množství příkladů ve všech oddílech, protože především díky nim se ozřejmí všechny zvláštnosti Hlaváčkova básnického jazyka; často je i popis zbytečný, úryvky básní hovoří samy za sebe a není třeba je dále rozebírat. Navíc se tak každému čtenáři naskýtá možnost najít mezi uváděnými příklady další a další zajímavé zvukové (a jiné) souhry a...

History of vegetational development in the Cheb basin from sedimentary record of the SOOS National Nature Reserve

Vegetation development in the Cheb basin ( W Czech Republic) recorded in the sediments of the SOOS ational ature Reserve This thesis focuses on palaeoecological research of quaternary sediments in the Soos National Nature Reserve (Cheb basin, NW Czech Republic). Quaternary history of this locality is poorly known, despite it is a valuable and protected area with high natural qualities. The Soos basin is also known for its unique geological record, which is expected to cover information on landscape dynamics at least during the Holocene. A lake existed in the Soos basin enabling accumulation of diatomite and peat sediments of a broad palaeoecological potential. Records were analysed with method of pollen analysis and were dated using 14C. The results of this study bring information about vegetation development in the area of Cheb basin as well as development of lake ecosystem. It also gives a new insight on lake's origin and its age. The accumulation of peat sediments started in the Preboreal period and was continuous at least until the Atlantic following with a hiatus, therefore further detection of vegetation development is impossible. Access to Information and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters in the Republic of Irealand and the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with access to environmental information and access to justice in environmental matters introduced by Aarhus Convention in the specific conditions of Czech Republic and Ireland. These rights are considered to be very important tools for environmental protection. At a time when people threaten their own existence by negative interference with the environment it is necessary that effective means for its protection exist. These means are access to environmental information and access to justice in environmental matters, which together can be called as environmental procedural rights. The first chapter of this thesis presents the sources of environmental procedural law and observes the development of law at international, European and national level. The most important international document in this field is the Aarhus Convention that was adopted in 1998 by most of the European countries and that provides for access to environmental information, access to justice and public participation in environmental decision-making.
