Partnership and Sexuality of Mentally Affected People in Connection with Their Escort Men

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. Participative management – key to minimaze conflicts between protection of biodiversity and socio-economic development of local communities

The project was aimed to propose a model of optimal coexistence of biodiversity protection and socio-economic development in large-scale protected areas. Its main output was identification of principles of participative management of protected areas and estimation of circumstances necessary for its practical implementation. The project focused on description of biodiversity in particular model areas, on eventuality of changes in biodiversity due to human activities and thus on identification of actual and potential conflicts. In parallel, selected parameters of quality of life of local population, behaviour the population and its relation to the Administration of protected area and to nature protection in general were studied. Analysis of behaviour of the administration of protected areas as social institution became also part of the project. The project was designed as empirical comparative study of three biosphere reserves (BR) - BR Šumava, BR Třeboňsko a BR Křivoklátsko.

Analysis of possibilities for use of III. and IV. generation of nuclear reactors for the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the analysis of possibilities for use of III. and IV. generation of nuclear reactors for the Czech Republic. Introduction deals with basic principles of nuclear energetics and fuel cycle which is closely associated with the issue and its development and application in practice will have a significant effect both for choice of future types of nuclear reactors of IV. generation and the matter of settlement with spent nuclear fuel. In other parts the thesis deals with the present state of nuclear energetics in the Czech Republic, compares concrete chosen types of nuclear power plants of III. generation and generally describes nuclear reactors and power plants of IV. generation. Final part of the work is focused on questions concerning the possibility of construction of new blocks of nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic and presents concrete recommendation from author´s point of view.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of school readiness and its characteristics. In the theoretical part of the paper the problems of the appropriateness of school attendance postponement and the child?s school attendance preparation are worked up. Likewise the issue of children´s development of pre-school stage is treated and, not least, the diagnostic methods of considering the child school readiness methods and various tests used in practice including their evaluation are mentioned. In the practical part, the research is carried out based upon the observation, indigenous screening elaboration and the final evaluation.

To Use the Waldorf Pedagogical System in Free-time Activities, or Is It Possible to Use the Waldorf Pedagogical Educational System in Scouting System?

The topic of my work: to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in free-time activities, or is it possible to use the Waldorf pedagogical educational system in scouting system? This is the reason why in my work I am trying to compare the approach of Steinerov's pedogogical system and scouting methods in upbringing children. The goal of my work is to find compatable elements and different disputes of both systems and by this find out if it is possible to apply the Waldorf system in scouting practices. My work, most of all is based on long terms work and experience in scouting groups and the Waldorf systems is based on theoretical information found in professional and available literature. I deal, mainly, with children's current wishes and demands for free-time activities, and hence at the same time I am trying to find a possibility to modernize scouting upbringing and practices in order for the center to be more interesting especially for children. One of the possibilities I see is found especially in this form of educational system. After stating the requirments for free-time activity I try to completely characterize the current methods, individually important of the area in preactice. Aspects of the Pastoral Care in the Pauline Congregations

The thesis "Aspects of the Pastoral Care in the Pauline Congregations" presents some aspects of the praxis of pastoral care in the graeco-roman Antiquity and in the New Testament how it is principally revealed in the 1st Thessalonians. The main chapters of the thesis expose the chosen aspects of pastoral care like the function of imitation and examples, the role of the pastor in the pastoral act, the process of comforting or the caring congregations. But the research does not end with the comparison of the antic psychologic tradition with the Pauline practise; at least one modern social-psychological method is introduced in every chapter and they are used as a help for a different and sometimes maybe astonishing re-reading of the well-known Bible texts. The social connections analyzing social psychology helps the New Testament finding new methods and language to express the caring interactions between Paul and his congregations. This interdisciplinary thesis aims after binding the biblical texts with their contemporary context and the modern social psychology to reach a helping hand for the practical theology, mainly for pastoral care drawing the conclusion from the exegesis for our eneryday practise. Valuation of company Lesní společnost Broumov Holding, a. s.

The aim of this master thesis is to estimate the value of the company Lesní společnost Broumov Holding, a. s. as of the valuation date 01/01/2016. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretically-methodological and related practical part. For accomplishing the objective, the strategical and financial analysis were made, also the main generators of the value were identified and scheduled and the financial plan was composed. The valuation itself was realized by three different methods that were afterwards calculated together which resulted into final estimation of the company's value, that reaches 147 024 thousand Czech crowns. The thesis is usable as a full overview of the company's situation and may be also helpful to the owners as a base for price negotiations, in case of potential investor's interest in buying it.

The Master's Thesis is dedicated to a topic of project management which is explored through the fashion brand Bazar Bar. The theoretical part is focused on definition necessary terms for the whole Thesis and it is occupied with connected fields of study: project management and brand marketing. In the practical part are the theoretical knowledge presented on the real brand called Bazar Bar. The Master's Thesis has set a target to analyse the real fashion brand operating on the Czech Market from two points of view: project management and brand marketing.
