Ethicotherapy in Conception of Vladimír Vogeltanz
Laňková, Renata ; Klimešová, Anna (advisor) ; Sivek, Vojtěch (referee)
I wrote about ethicotheraphy because I'm interested in psychosomatic view of diseases in my work. In the first part I focused on a historical view of connection among body, soul and health. There are also chapters in which I introduced history of psychosomatic approach and ethicotheraphy generally with its methodical approach. In the second part I compared a relationships between the doctors with their patients and the ethicotherapists with their clients was compared, too. I described the ways of work in the ethicotheraphy and their clients and I mentioned a profit of disease. In the third part I wrote about a cancer in ethicotheraphy view. I wanted to show how difficult is to treat these disease all the other incidental difficulties. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Use of Interest Rate Models for Interest Rate Risk Management in the Czech Financial Market Environment
Cíchová Králová, Dana ; Arlt, Josef (advisor) ; Cipra, Tomáš (referee) ; Witzany, Jiří (referee)
The main goal of this thesis is to suggest an appropriate approach to interest rate risk modeling in the Czech financial market environment in various situations. Three distinct periods are analyzed. These periods, which are the period before the global financial crisis, period during the financial crisis and in the aftermath of the global financial crisis and calming subsequent debt crisis in the eurozone, are characterized by different evaluation of liquidity and credit risk, different relationship between financial variables and market participants and different degree of market regulations. Within this goal, an application of the BGM model in the Czech financial market environment is crucial. Use of the BGM model for the purpose of predicting a dynamics of a yield curve is not very common. This is firstly due to the fact that primary use of this model is a valuation of interest rate derivatives while ensuring the absence of arbitrage and secondly its application is relatively difficult. Nevertheless, I apply the BGM model to obtain predictions of the probability distributions of interest rates in the Czech and eurozone market environment, because its complexity, direct modeling of a yield curve based on market rates and especially a possibility of parameter estimation based on current swaptions volatilities quotations may lead to a significant improvement of predictions. This improvement was also confirmed in this thesis. Use of swaptions volatilities market quotations is especially useful in the period of unprecedented mone- tary easing and increased number of central banks and other regulators interventions into financial markets that occur after the financial crisis, because it reflects current market expectations which also include future interventions. As a consequence of underdevelopment of the Czech financial market there are no market quotations of Czech koruna denominated swaptions volatilities. I suggest their approximations based on quotations of euro denominated swaptions volatilities and also using volatilities of koruna and euro forward rates. Use of this approach ensures that predictions of the Czech yield curve dynamics contain current market expectations. To my knowledge, any other author has not presented similar application of the BGM model in the Czech financial market environment. In this thesis I further predict a Czech and Euro area money market yield curve dynamics using the CIR and the GP models as representatives of various types of interest rates models to compare these predictions with BGM predictions. I suggest a comprehensive system of three criteria, based on comparison of predicti- ons with reality, to describe a predictive power of selected models and an appropria- teness of their use in the Czech market environment during different situations in the market. This analysis shows that predictions of the Czech money market yield curve dynamics based on the BGM model demonstrate high predictive power and the best 8 quality in comparison with other models. GP model also produces relatively good qua- lity predictions. Conversely, predictions based on the CIR model as a representative of short rate model family completely failed when describing reality. In a situation when the economy allows negative rates and there is simultaneously a significant likelihood of their implementation, I recommend to obtain predictions of Czech money market yield curve dynamics using GP model which allows existence of negative interest rates. This analysis also contains a statistical test for validating the predictive power of each model and information on other tests. Berkowitz test rejects a hypothesis of accurate predictions for each model. However, this fact is common in real data testing even when using relatively good model. This fact is especially caused by difficult fulfilment of test conditions in real world. To my knowledge, such an analysis of the predictive power of selected interest rate models moreover in the Czech financial market environment has not been published yet. The last goal of this thesis is to suggest an appropriate approach to obtaining pre- dictions of Czech government bonds risk premium dynamics. I define this risk premium as a difference between government bond yields and fixed rate of CZK IRS with the same length. I apply the GP model to describe the dynamics of this indicator of the Czech Republic credit risk. In order to obtain a time series of the risk premium which are necessary for estimation of GP model parameters I firstly estimate yield curves of Czech government bonds using Svensson model for each trading day since 2005. Resulting si- mulations of risk premium show that the GP model predicts the real development of risk premiums of all maturities relatively well. Hence, the proposed approach is suitable for modeling of Czech Republic credit risk based on the use of information extracted from financial markets. I have not registered proposed approach to risk premium modeling moreover in the Czech financial market environment in other publications.

Social Climate at Youth Cluba and its Diagnostic
NESHYBOVÁ, Lucie
The purous of my bachelor work was to try in practice the pedagogically-psychological diagnostic {--} a questionaire which has been aplicated in a school youth club and analyzed. In the first part of my work I deal with the terms which I use in the practical part. These are: social climate, social relations, social communication and socialization. It also contains information about the school youth club, its aims and functions. In the following part I deal with the questions of pedagogically-psychological diagnostic, what it is and how we can use it. Then I describe strategies and methods of the diagnostic and methods of its utilization. The practical part deals with the pedagogically-psychological method which uses questionaires. The aim is to find out the realtions among children in the school youth club and their satisfaction with the equipment. Thanks to the filled-in questionaires I have found out that the relationships among children are good and they are almost satisfied with the environment.

Crisis - family break up-from a child 's view
Nevoralová, Monika ; Procházková, Jana (advisor) ; Hadj - Moussová, Zuzana (referee)
This graduation thesis topic is "Crisis- family break up- from a child's view". As the name Prompts, this paper is focused at the crisis in general, at the crisis in family and also? in detail? at the situation of family break up (or divorce) from a child's view. It is without doubt that the family plays a key role in child's development. It is the first community that a child meets in its life and from which it receives main ways of behavior which are necessary for its social existence. At the same time family is also a place, which is predisposed for getting into crises, family crisis is a period of explosive atmosphere and the family is more endangered by break up. At Present, divorce or family break up are widespread in our society. Beside divorce or partners break up a l s o informal family break up exists husbands or partners still live together but their mutual relationship is *i Very conflictful. Therefore it is possible to say that many children are endangered by disadvantageous s»uation in the family. In this work attention is aimed to children behavior during family crises, childrens' ideas about sřlving critical situations and knowledge of supportive measures. Closer attention is also given to children reactions to parents divorce, parents break up, forms of communications between children and...

Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft in the 21st Century in the Czech Republic and Germany
Jechová, Veronika ; Kučera, Rudolf (advisor) ; Jeřábek, Martin (referee)
The diploma thesis "Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft in the 21st century in the Czech republic and Germany" deals with the position and influence of this organization on present Czech-German relationship. In the theoretical part of this work there is described the creation, structure, aims and needs as well as present problems of Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft. Further in the text is the analysis of the position of this organization in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The cooperation of the representatives of Sudeten Germans with German political parties and the attitude of Czech and German governments towards this association is the main part of the second - 4 - chapter. The last chapter deals with the influence of Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft, especially of sudetendeutsche question, on the selected periods of Czech-German relationship. Strained elections in 2002 and complicated entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union which was caused by the attempts of the Sudetendeutschen representatives to violate the Beneš Desrees approved that Czech-German relationship on the government degree can be cooled under some circumstances. Ten years of the existence of the Czech-German Declaration shows that Czech-German relationship is from a long-term, complex view very good and that Sudetendeutsche...

Population structure of flower chafer Oxythyrea funesta (Poda, 1761) and phylogeny of the genus Oxythyrea Mulsant, 1842
Vondráček, Dominik ; Šípek, Petr (advisor) ; Bezděk, Aleš (referee)
Eleven species are distinguished in the genus Oxythyrea Mulsant, 1842 (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) nowadays. They are not divided into subspecies. Diversity of the genus is concentrated in the Mediterranean and Oxythyrea funesta (Poda, 1761) inhabit a wide area in the western Palearctic Region. It was observed in last decades, that O. funesta retreated from central Europe to south and then recolonized it back including new areas in northern regions. Master thesis is focused on resolving population structure of O. funesta and partial phylogeny of the genus Oxythyrea using molecular genetic methods. 145 individuals of O. funesta and 15 individuals of five other species of the genus Oxythyrea appear in analysis. We acquired sequences of mitochondrial genes cytochrome oxidase I (807 bp), cytochrome b (381 bp) and nuclear gene internal transcribed spacer 1 (946 bp) from these specimens. The results of phylogenetic analysis confirmed so far the only one existing interpretation of relationships within the genus Oxythyrea based on morphological data. We also confirmed complicated relationships between O. funesta and O. pantherina, which also appear in the historical development of their taxonomy. We detected different genetic lineage in Sicily, southern Italy and Tunisia using phylogenetic trees and haplotype...

Legal position of Liechtenstein in European Economic Area
Havlová, Berenika ; Grmelová, Nicole (advisor) ; Spirit, Michal (referee)
The thesis defines legal status of Liechtenstein in the European Economic Area. It is divided into three consecutive chapters. The first chapter consists of two parts - general and economic characteristics of Liechtenstein. The general characteristic is based on the author's experience supported by scientific literature, while economic subchapter is based largely on statistical data. The second chapter focuses on the legal status of Liechtenstein and its position on international scene. The position is viewed from two perspectives, which affects it the most. First, from the perspective of participation in selected international organizations and second, the influence of close relationship with Switzerland. The last chapter analyses international litigation to which Liechtenstein is a party. The aim of this thesis is to define the legal relations of Liechtenstein, which forms its position, using the methods of analysis.
