Contribution in the company in terms of accounting and tax

The aim of this thesis is to analyze current legislature regarding property deposits in terms of taxation and accountancy. The first part of this thesis (Chapters 1 - 4) gives general information regarding commercial companies, company capital, various types of deposits and their valuation. The next chapter concentrates on tax obligations that may arise due to deposits into companies - real estate transfer tax, income tax, value added tax. The sixth chapter describes the problem of accounting for contributions, including practical examples. Chapters 7 -9 list proposed and already approved changes in the statutory tax on the transfer of real estate. Great attention is paid to the legislature of companies' exemption from real estate transfer tax (in cases when given conditions are met) which has been in effect since 1993 and which will expire 31st December 2014 (or 2013). Based on data from the Tax Office for the South Bohemian Region, Territorial offices in Český Krumlov from the years 2000 - 2011 and from the data of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, it was estimated how repealed exemption may be reflected in the annual revenue of the state budget. In conclusion, the paper outlines the conditions for further development and the impact of new legislation on companies and their associates.

The value of life from macroenomic point of view in United States of America, Czech republic and Russia between years 2007-2014

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the research of the value of life calculation in the Czech republic, United states of America and Russia in 2007-2014.The main purpose is to analyze and compare values of life and major factors influencing them. The hypothesis is that value of life differs in selected countries due to distinctions of sections influencing them. The theoretical part is devoted to sections directly or indirectly influencing values of life, and then analyzing and comparing them together within the selected countries. The selected sections are education, health care, labor market, inequality and living standards. The practical thesis approach is to calculate the values of life for the individual states. The values of life are calculated for so called, representative individual, who is 40-years old citizen of selected country. In the period, in which is the value of life calculated, the retirement age and life expectancy are also considered in formula. Calculated values are examined and the economic and political measures are offered to the states, which can turn into significant increases in the value of life in future.

The Value of CSR for Czech Consumers

Nowadays consumers purchasing behavior is influenced by new factors such as the social and environmental implication of companies. This is why Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a growing trend which companies need to look after carefully. However implementing an efficient CSR strategy is a complex process for corporations; especially since the core concept of CSR remain quite blurry. The goal of this study is to analyze the perception of consumers towards CSR to find out about the value creation that CSR produce for consumers and its impact on their purchasing behavior. This paper will ultimately help companies to implement their CSR strategy more efficiently. This study aims to contribute by conducting an in-depth analysis of consumers attitudes and behavior towards CSR. If most of researchers are using a quantitative approach this study means to deal with the issue with a qualitative perspective. Indeed twelve semi-structured interviews will support the findings. On top of those practical and physical interviews some theoretical knowledge will be added to the construction of the argument especially to bring a framework that shows the importance of all types of value creation (functional emotional and social). The findings of the thesis emphasize the facts already proven by other researchers; value creation is fundamental to make consumers care about CSR. However the study will show how much skepticism towards CSR can impact negatively consumers purchasing behavior. The research will help companies implementing more successful CSR strategy and develop new solutions to reach customers and influence their purchasing behavior through the creation of value for them.

Transport of Dangerous Substances in the Czech Republic

The topic of the diploma written assignment is "Transport of Dangerous Substances in the Czech Republic" and it was chosen for elaboration of the wholesome view on the road, train, ship and plane transportation of the hazardous materials and mixtures. These transportations represent a possible risk of damage to life, health, property or environment for the society. Hazardous materials and mixtures nowadays are being transported in large measures and there is an assumption in the future that the volume of the transported hazardous materials and mixtures will increase. For elaboration of this written assignment three hypothesis were given: a) Legal regulations of the European Union and the Czech Republic solve the problematic of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures well enough. b) The public has enough information about the transportation of the hazardous chemical substances or mixtures. c) People that work in the field of the transportation of hazardous materials or mixtures are well informed about the transportation of hazardous chemical substances or mixtures. For determining whether the legal regulations solve the problematic of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures well enough the literary sources which deal with this issue, legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union and other international agreements were used. After working through these sources it was found out that the international, the EU and Czech legal regulations or agreements solve this issue well enough and emphasis is given on convergence of legal regulations of all transportations. Implementation of international agreements and legal regulations of the European Union into the legal regulations of the Czech Republic happens in the present time very fast and without failures. For figuring out the awareness of the public and awareness of the people working in the field of the transportation of hazardous materials and mixtures for the diploma written assignment on the topic of "The Transportation of Hazardous Materials and Mixtures on the Territory of the Czech Republic" there was a quantitative research made. The quantitative research was made with the help of handed out questionnaires. The public was represented by the employees of the Regional Municipalities of the Czech Republic. Both of the groups were given the same questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire research were evaluated, expressed in percentage and statistically assessed. For the statistical assessment the double selection T-test was used to find out whether the difference between the assessed groups is statistically important. People working in the transportation of hazardous substances and mixtures have sufficient information which was confirmed by the questionnaire research. By the made statistical assessment it was found out that the difference between the groups is statistically significant and so the public does not have sufficient information related to the transportation of hazardous substances and mixtures. Due to the results of the questionnaire research and mainly that the hypothesis b) - The public has enough information about the transportation of hazardous chemical substances or mixtures was not confirmed. In the conclusion of the written assignment there are a couple of suggestions for improvement of the awareness of the public. For example as a part of education at primary and high schools and training schools where this education is already running as a part of The Protection of Human during Incidents. This education has been going on since 2003. And that is why the older people in the public are not well met with this issue and they should be introduced to it by for example a media campaign by means of short TV spots on public television channels or by means of spots that already the Independent BESIP Department of the Ministry of Transportation makes up. These spots are called Besipky.

Spain as a tourist destination

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with tourism in Spain. The topic is quite broad so the main aim of the thesis is to evaluate tourism in two significantly different regions - Andalusia and Basque Country. The first chapter defines terms related to tourism that are essential to coherently understand this thesis. For example, this part defines the term tourism and its typology. The second chapter focuses on tourism in all of Spain. In particular, Spain is described in terms of history and how tourism is evaluated. In addition, Spain's most attractive places are presented. The second to last, and final chapter are similar in structure in order to perform a comparison of the chapters. The first part of both chapters describes the regions. Then, tourism is evaluated by using statistics from incoming tourists. Finally, SWOT analysis is used to comprehensively evaluate the previously mentioned information.

This bachelor thesis focuses on entrepreneurship in Chile from a viewpoint of a foreign investor. The main objective is to depict the business environment of Chile, using an example of a real business case. The first part concentrates on PESTLE analysis of Chile. Second part focuses on the conditions of launching and running a business in that country. In the third part a hotel project is analysed and relevant conclusions are drawn.

Declension in textbooks of Czech for foreigners - intended for methodology of instruction of Czech as second language

The thesi s intends to contribute to the methodology of teaching of Czech as a foreign language, name1y to focus on the way dec1ension is presented in textbooks of Czech for Foreigners. The first chapter of the paper outlines the main aspects of -- - ---- Didactics of second language acquisition, particularly main methodical" theories, curriculum, its goals and implementation in the courses, psychological basis of second language teaching and learning and, finally, the linguistic sources. The second chapter examines the current situation of Czech for foreigners, its needs and demands. The main emphasis is put on the textbooks analysis ~specially methods of dec1ension presentation. For the analysis I use 6 examples of textbooks which are either the most commonly used in the Czech Republic and Germany, or bring a specific approach to the dec1ension subject. The core of the paper is based on comparison of the horizontal and vertical structuring of dec1ension presentation in the examined textbooks and my suggestion of a possible altemative to both of the mentioned concepts. By using the advantages of both of them I try to create a compromise between them to make dec1ension teaching and learning more effective and attractive for both teachers and leamers. Using of the Care benefit by Users of Social services

The bachelor thesis deals with the widespread social benefit, the attendance allowance and problems associated with it, which implies the main objective of this work, to find out how or what for this allowance is used. This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part I focused mainly on the purpose, the principles and basic functions of the allowance. I have also described who is and who is not entitled to the allowance, and when such entitlement may extinguish. In this part, I also focused on what the allowance is intended for and what it has to be properly utilized for. Furthermore, I mentioned in my thesis the inspection in accordance with the Social Services Act and the means of protection applied by the state in order to prevent the abuse of the allowance. In the theoretical part, I also mentioned the history of this allowance when it still was an allowance for attending a close person. Due to the fact that the attendance allowance is intended for people who are disadvantaged in some way, I also put a chapter on disability into the theoretical part, where I gave a definition of disability, its types and forms or for example specific needs that result from such disability. In the second, practical part, the qualitative research method was applied. Data collection was conducted by questioning using the technique of a semi-controlled interview. Interviews were conducted with six communication partners that I have selected using the "snowball" method, so called accretion. The aim of this thesis was mainly to determine how or what for the attendance allowance is used by ist beneficiaries. Whether the amount of the attendance allowance is sufficient for its users to cover the costs of providing the social service. Whether users because of the low value of the attendance will be required to limit their individual needs and interests in some way. Whether users have identified some changes after the amendment of the Social Services Act. For the above objectives I tried to get the answers needed to solve the respective issue.

The legal status of Palestine

The theme of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the legal status of Palestine. The theoretical part of this thesis examines the history of Palestine, the relations between Palestine and Israel, the rejection of United Nations General Assembly Resolution 181 by Arab states, Palestinian membership in international organisations, the Oslo I Accord and the Montevideo criteria for statehood.The thesis also evaluates the final status negotiations between Israel and Palestine and various Palestinian government programs. The second part of the thesis analyses the constraints posed by divided Palestinian territories and the dynamics and interactions between Palestinian populations living in and outside the territory. Furthermore this diploma thesis focuses on the Palestinian public sector; especially on the areas of justice, education, health system and defense. Individual chapters also deal with the economic instability of Palestine and its financial dependence on the other, mostly European, countries. In conclusion, this diploma thesis will give not only a comprehensive legal view of the status of Palestine, but also views on Palestinian governance.

Tenancy spouses and use of the flat spouses in a new arrangement after January 1, 2014

The thesis is devoted to the topic of tenancy by the spouses, and its use as is specified in the new adaptation of the Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. It replaced until functioning Civil Code from the year 1964. The new legislation is specified series of new institutes, whose primary aim is to protect the weaker party, in the case of tenant. The diploma thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, was attention paid to basic concepts which have been defined. There were characterized rights of tenant and landlord, analyzed housing legislation according to the new Civil Code. The practical part was devoted to the interpretation of survey results. There were approached tenants of several apartment buildings in Kralupy nad Vltavou. Based on the findings, were designed some recommendations to raise awareness about the rights and responsibilities of tenants, as well as about the whole issue of housing legally.
