Thesis on:" Descriptive analysis of selected property transactions with companies ( commercial plant)" is dedicated to understanding the challenges of ownership transakcions and their types . Subsequently, the work deals with thoroughly selected ownership transaction - merger acquisition . In this chapter, the thesis provides detailed information on the merger acquisition and its progress. In the practical part of the thesis analysis of three selected merger acquisition was made, where the analysis focuses mainly on changes in ownership structures and differences from revaluation , if this event occurred. The final chapter then compares the transactions again, especially in terms of ownership structure and difference from revaluation.

Analysis of possilbe use of social networks in marketing strategy.

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate activities of the bar U stare studny on social networks and to suggest steps that will enable management to achieve success mainly on Facebook, but also on other networks such as Twitter and Foursquare. The bar is currently using social networks in a very limited way and in this work I would like to contribute to better understanding of the problem and also show the way, which should their online activities take. The theoretical part deals with the social graph, which is later linked to the modern online social networks. The practical part contains steps that aim to improve the marketing campaigns primarily on Facebook, but also on Twitter and Foursquare.

Evaluation and motivation in public administration

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation and motivation of employees in public administration. The introductory part outlines the evaluation and motivation of employees on a general level, and then describes the specifics applicable for public administration. The practical part is focused on the evaluation and motivation systems used at selected institutions of public administration. It aims to assess these systems, suggest possible recommendations and find out whether the systems in use include modern management methods, such as evaluation interviews, competency models and regular system of employee evaluation as such. The research method consisted of interviews with human resources managers at selected institutions of public administration. Complementary information was obtained from materials created by these institutions themselves. All institutions of public administration are governed by Act No. 234/2014 Coll. on Civil Service, enshrining the evaluation of state employees. However, it depends on whether employees are evaluated formally, or if additional evaluation tools beyond the framework of the law are deployed, e.g. competency models. Officials of territorial authorities are subject to Act No. 312/2002 Coll., which does not explicitly define employee evaluation, yet employees are evaluated at many regional as well as local administration units. The results of the research survey confirmed that modern management methods are used in public administration and that the evaluation systems do not have any significant shortcomings.

Analysis of sports training in football, category U6 and U8

Title: Analysis of sports training in football, category U6 and U8 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of sports training in football category U6 and U8. Partial tasks of this thesis were to map the extent and structure of education coaching team in the preparation of youth and describe the recruitment activity in the Club FK Mlada Boleslav. Methods: A quantitative method of research and controlled observation was used to elaborate this thesis and to obtain the needed data. Based on the training observations of the targeted age group and interviewing coaches at the Club FK Mlada Boleslav, was then performed analysis of the current state of sports training category U6 and U8. Furthermore, I also used my own experience and consultations with experts during my internship in a football club. Results: Goals and tasks of this thesis were fulfilled. After analyzing the current state of sports training in football category U6 and U8 at the Club FK Mlada Boleslav, we concluded that in most cases, the training unit did not have the required and needed structure or concept of the performed exercise with regards to the targeted age group. Analysis of social services for seniors in the Czech Republic during the years 2007 - 2015

This thesis focuses on the theme of social services for the elderly and its development since 2007 to 2015. The goal is to describe the development of social services in the Czech Republic, in the regions of the Czech Republic and comparison between them. The Bachelor thesis also has the goal of informing about the current situation and future predictions. The theoretical part deals with the definition of social inclusion services within social policy. An integral part is the description of the basic forms of social services, social service providers and legislative and financial framework for social services in the Czech Republic. The method used in this part is the literature research focused on characteristics of social policies, particularly on social services. The empirical part follows information from theoretical part. The research is focused on the Czech Republic as a whole and then goes into exploring the specifics of individual regions and their comparison. Here, the methods used are: analysis of the existing system of social services and regional comparison. The data sources are mainly from Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The result of my investigation is the confirmation of the need for social services in the lives of seniors. The goal of this thesis is to highlight the current systemic shortcomings of providing and funding of social services, mainly because of increased number of seniors in Czech Republic.

Database design for communication of a particular company with investors

The goal of this thesis is the analysis and design of a database for a particular company, which operates in the brokerage of investments. Company needs to cover its need for a structured storage of informations about investors. The main focus of this thesis is therefore accurate analysis of the current requirements of the company, identification of users and use cases of database applications. On these bases are created three models using the methodics "The principle of the three architectures (P3A)". The model reflects the anticipated use of the service applications and these are adapted to it. The resulting database is thus defined with the relevant restrictions and the entire database is ready to create for target DBMS (Microsoft SQL Sever 2008 R2) by using a SQL script. The functionality of the entire database is tested using test data.

The content of the (diploma) thesis is the description of activities leading to the implementation of ISO 9001 in the company which deals with wholesale with packaging materials. The thesis describes differences between large organizations and small companies. It analyses the company after the implementation of the certification and compares it with the situation before the certification. At the end, there is being given an evaluation of the whole process with respect to the functional and economical aspects.

The main content of this master’s thesis is identification of biological threats and analysis of present means of aerodrome biological control, description of their effectiveness and possibilities of usage. Furthermore the way of bird strikes recordkeeping and innovative means, devices and procedures of aerodrome biological control considering the required safety level are mentioned.
