The role of the right of access to personal data within data protection law

Nowadays, when the world is full of technological transformations and digitalisation, surveillance, and a global flow of personal data, it is necessary to have the possibility of adequate protection of personal data. Such protection is more effective when data subjects are aware of the rights granted to them under data protection law and thus are able to effectively exercise them. In order to do so, they have to be informed of certain aspects of their personal data processing that is carried out by a particular controller. The right to be informed and the right of access to personal data were designed to ensure that data subjects have that necessary information. This thesis focuses on the right of access to personal data and raises the question about the extent to which this right determines the effectiveness of the protection of personal data. In order to answer this question, the author firstly deals with the right to data protection in general to explain its basic concepts, which is necessary to grasp the aim of this thesis. Analysis of an individual playing perfomance for younger pupils

Name: Analysis of an individual playing perfomance for younger pupils Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the technical level of the younger pupils AC Sparta Praha and SK Slavia Praha against Bohemans 1905. It is specifically the percentage success collecting of the ball, pass and shot. Further, as I will be interested in the failing collecting, shooting and passing the ball skills. Methods: The method that I used for processing work is called indirect observation of previously recorded video. Data were processed mainly quantitative method. Results: Using the results, we found that a skill that is among hard according to the literature, and handling of the ball had the highest success rate of all monitored. Furthermore, what I found is that the players have many more attempts each game activities played under pressure than no pressure on the players. Keywords: Football, pass, shoot, ball collecting
Protection of personal data

The primary aim of this dissertation thesis is to present a comprehensive analysis of the issue of personal data protection in the Czech Republic with regard to the regulation in the EU. The secondary goal of this work is to explore the historical genesis and material sources of the issue in question. The core information sources from which the thesis draws represent laws, judicial decisions, official documents and Czech/foreign expert literature. In order to achieve the objectives of the work, the methods that are generally applicable in the field of legal science were used. Therefore the method of description (including classification), analysis and synthesis is mostly applied. The dissertation consists of seven chapters. After a short introduction, it begins with a sociological treatise on the importance of the protection of personal data in the 21st century. Privacy is currently an important topic in the light of the rapid development of information and communication technologies which have been developing since the second half of the 20th century and burgeoned since the turn of the century. Technological innovations allow for the collection of personal data on a large scale. These privacy infringements can prove to be irreversible, hence the importance of this area of law. 1 Abstract: This thesis is entitled "Selected topics from the educational theme A human and his world; explored employing the methods and techniques of Drama In Education." The first section explores the theory. It not only deals with Drama In Education; its content, principles, form, methods, and planning; but also what a teacher of drama should be; the characteristics of children in the early years of education; the assessment of drama; and of course the theme - A human and his world. The practical section describes the elements of a range of methods and contains individual lesson script. Each lesson is underpinned by a particular method. This section goes on to deal with assigned goals; their verification in practice; and finally, conclusions drawn from the implementation of the planned lessons. In designed lessons I used selected methods and techniques of structured drama and preparatoried games and exercises. I found out that very different topics from this educational theme A Human and his world can be worked up by methods and techniques of drama education because I suggested different topics from this educational theme and I verified them in practice.

Vývoj cen lesních hospodářských plánů na území České republiky od roku 2003 do roku 2015

This thesis examines the price development of forest management plans (FMP) and the quality of their workmanship. The paper also discussed the differences in performance of financial execution and evaluation of forest management plans over other planning documents, which are eg. Management plans or inventory surveys. Methodically work is based on a survey of prices for processing FMP from 2003 to 2015, then review the quality of FMP in five groups selected sites and distributed evaluation questionnaires. He was observed to decrease fees for processing FMP. The quality of forest management plans is declining and there is a loss of their informative value. Identified facts were confirmed questionnaires focusing on price and processing methods FMP.

The objective of this bachelor thesis on theme Problems of production and sales of organic products from selected farm farming in organic agriculture is characteristics of organic farming, animal husbandry principles in organic mode, bioproducts and definitions of basic terms. The next section will describe how to become an organic farmer, how works monitoring and certification system and what are the possibilities of production and sales of organic products. Part of this work is to describe and evaluate the current situation of organic farming and market of organic food in Czech republic. At the end of bachelor thesis, this issue is shown on selected farm farming in organic agricultural.

This bachelor thesis is engaged Processing of whey, explores the meaning, composition and use the whey in human nutrition. Whey, whether the acid produced during the manufacture of cheese or sweet, resulting in the production of cheese, is a nutritional and health point of view, one of the most important foods that should not be missed in our diet. The main content of the chemical composition of whey, whey acquisition of basic technology operations in the treatment of whey and its resulting products. The next part describes the procedure for processing of whey and its various components. Progress occurred when the separation of the components began using membrane processes. Whey utilization in various food technology, the most interesting I appoint the dairy, meat and baking industry. Further is described a beneficial effect the individual components of the whey on the body and health.
