In the first part this diploma thesis deals whit gathering theoretic ways, in the second part than with establishing a Tennis centre itself. This part includes analysis of competition and market, potential customers and business plan. The outcome of my thesis is comprehensive project on establishing the Tennis centre.

Entrepreneurial Project as a Base for Achieving Support

First chapter is defining main object and methods of elaboration. Second chapter is aimed at theoretical material, on which next following practical part have been worked out. This thirt part is split into three sections, one of them is small and medium company, another is support for small and medium companies and the last one is specification of entrepreneurial project. This part is devided into six segments, the first is introductory study, the second is marketing study, the third is financial study, the fourth is technical study, the fifth is human resources study and the last one is hypothese about success of this study. All these studies were used as a key material for last part entrepreneurial project for getting subvention from Ceskomoravska zarucni a rozvojova banka.

This master thesis deals with possibilities and conditions of entry on challenging market in Russian Federation from the point of view of setting up of company or purchasing of a existing one and also from the point of view of specifications, which are existing only just in Russia. The assignment is geographically defined on Leningrad region with focus on the urban center St. Petersburg and with branch specified on construction industry. On basis of analyzed facts in the field of accounting standards, taxation and law environment this assignment contains the recommendations in which way and with help of which procedures enter the market.

The master thesis "Comparison of the process of establishment of Private Limited Company in the Czech Republic and in Austria" deals with the main characteristics and the process of establishment of Private Limited Company in the Czech Republic and in Austria. The goal of this thesis is to compare the process of establishment in a clear way to enable the reader to understand the similarities and differences between the process of establishment in the Czech Republic and in Austria. The thesis is divided into thematic units to be synoptic, the development of legal regulation of Private Limited Company in the Czech Republic and in Austria is shortly described in the first one. The following chapters focus separately on the process of establishment in the Czech Republic and in Austria and the last chapter compares both legislations.

This diploma thesis deals with a formation of the decision making model for the choice of the ideal location for running a business. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the current state of this problem in the literature and describes the establishment process of the private limited company in the chosen countries. The practical part concentrates on a comparison of financial costs and time costs connected to the establishing of the private limited company in chosen countries and the analysis of the external environment by using PEST analysis method. Fuller method and weighted scoring method is used for an evaluation of the key factors which influence the businessmen during the establishment process. Based on the results of the analysis, decision making model and comparison with the studies made by world organizations, the best country for establishing the private limited company is chosen.

The purpose of my thesis is to show the process of establishing a civil society organization. Important part of my project is an analysis of problems connected with the establishing process and the run of such organization. My thesis divides into two parts. The first part, based on specialized literature, defines the terms of the nonprofit sector and the matter of a civil society organization. The investigative part concerning the organization ?Lemniskáta ? život bez bariér, o. p. s.? focuses mainly on the phase of establishing and formation of this particular organization. Specifically discussed are the founding documents necessary for the establishment and fund raising with a special focus on the bookkeeping and its principles. This thesis could be helpful as a guideline for those, who want to run a civil society organization.

The aim of this thesis is to outline the process of setting up a new small business. The theoretical part is focused on definition of basic concepts, analysis of the legal environment of business in the Slovak Republic and the specification of small and medium enterprises. Subsequently, it reveals the essential assumptions for success and defines the steps to be performed before starting the business. The practical part consists of three circles - a brief introduction of own business idea, analysis of the external business environment and practical establishment of the company.

Comparison of foundation and creation of a limited liability company and a joint stock company

The first part of this thesis describes in general the limited liability company, the advantages and disadvantages it provides to its partners and it is explained why this company form is continuously the most popular business entity type. The second part of this paper introduces the joint stock company, basic terms used in joint stock company law and the advantages and disadvantages this company type provides to its shareholders. Crux of this thesis is in the third part, that describes the process of foundation of both company types and their subsequent enrolment in the companies register. Emphasis is placed on the differences between both company types that the partners and shareholders have to deal with, especially in regard to the content of the Memorandums of Associations of both companies.
