Computer networks based on VyOS and Cisco IOS operating systems
Jalovecký, Denis ; Dvořák, Jan (referee) ; Koláčková, Aneta (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on configurations and issues of network protocols in operating systems of Cisco IOS and VyOS routers. One of the main goals include choosing the most appropriate emulator and installation of this emulator in virtual enviroment. The thesis also describes the properties and differences of protocols and their application in the network operating systems mentioned above. After learning about possibilities of emulations, two scenarios, in which the protocols were applied and analyzed, were created. These scenarios meet standard of a lab excersise which takes around one and a half hour. The most frequent issues and their solutions are mentioned as well. }
Http Tunneling of Camera Image Data Transmission
Kabelka, Michal ; Ráb, Jaroslav (referee) ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis is trying to describe design and implementation of software for communication interface of camera with server developed for company Wasatis. The first part is describing difficulties and effort to finding solutions to given problems. The next part is about communication through interface called Call Back Connection. In next few parts it is describing process of implementation and principle of configuration of applications. In final part it solves security questions of communication.
Secure Network Based on Virtual Next-Generation Firewall
Varmus, Pavol ; Burda, Karel (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelors thesis aims to study the issue of security of the networks that use firewalls. The next goal is to evaluate the characteristics of a different types of firewalls and to summarize its results. The other object is to design a small or medium sized network with description of best practice. The main objective of the thesis is to design a lecture task for students to test with a step-by-step solution. This task is for students to undertand the importance of firewalls as a network protection service tools and to try out different types of filters for maintainin network security. The task ends with a practical stress test made by a network attack in order to see its resistance to the attack.
Proposal of an electronic security system as part of the physical securing of critical infrastructure energetic objects
Mihálik, Andrej ; Veselka, Pavel (referee) ; Sedlák, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the design of an electronic security system as part of the physical security for the energy company in the Czech Republic. The electronic security system is designed to meet all legal requirements, internal directives and has also passed ISO 27001 certification. The Implementation of the security system is demonstrated on the selected object of the company that belongs to the elements of the critical infrastructure.
System for Guarding and Securing of Objects and Areas Based on Arduino Platform
Juríček, Jakub ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor`s thesis deals with the analysis, design and implementation of a system, that can be used to secure objects, in order to detect and report a potential threat. Emphasis is placed on the ability to control and configure the system and on its easy adaptability to various objects. Part of the thesis is focused on analysis of a fictitious object, on which the appropriate location of the sensors is shown. The design is carried out on the Arduino platform and with the use of various types of sensors and controls, a first-level functional alarm system is capable to monitor case, movement, fire or temperature disturbance and immediately report this fact both acoustically and visually. Configuration interface is used to set system properties. The solution is tested in a complex way on a particular object with a fixed number of sensors.
Liveness Detection of Human Hand from Multispectral Images
Kľučiar, Adam ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Sakin, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is aimed at liveness detection from multispectral palm images. The theoretical part includes the importance of liveness detection in biometry systems and it discusses several methods of liveness detection, hardware and software-based. Subsequently, there is a summary of individual parts of the human skin and an explanation of the light spectrum, its division and the importance of individual parts for liveness detection and their effect on individual parts of the skin. The outcome of this thesis is the design and implementation of an algorithm capable of detecting anorganic hand imitations by their properties acquired from a set of images taken under the light of three different wavelengths.
