In this Bachelor's thesis I am analysing the process of recruitment in terms of the costs in a particular company operating in the Czech Republic market. Different methods for allocation of the costs and also a calculation method are used. Based on these methods, the average costs of an occupied job position are analysed by taking into account methods used during recruitment and hiring of the employees. The aim of this thesis is at comparison between the internal and external costs of this process and the recommendations of the company's management regarding the use of external companies in this process. This analysis shows that the average costs of external companies are higher in almost all categories of costs. Therefore, it is recommended that management use their own methods of recruitment. In the end of this thesis, a referral program is proposed for the company which can bring considerable financial savings if the company hires for at least 4 more positions as in the analysed year.
