Bakalářská práce Analýza získávání a výběru pracovníků je zaměřena na problematiku procesu získávání a výběru pracovníků v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat dosavadní proces získávání a výběru pracovníků a najít možné zefektivnění tohoto systému. První část práce je teoretická a věnuje se přiblížení samotného tématu získávání a výběru pracovníků, popisu samotného procesu a metod, které jsou v praxi nejčastěji při procesu získávání a výběru pracovníků používány. Jelikož největší část pozic zaujímají obchodní a studentské pozice, je praktická část zaměřena právě na analýzu procesu získávání a výběru pracovníků právě na tyto pozice. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části a analýzy současného stavu procesu získávání a výběru pracovníků společnosti a je učiněno jeho zhodnocení a specifikovány návrhy na optimalizaci. This thesis Analysis of the Employee Recruitment and Selection process is focused on the issue of employee recruitment and selection in a particular company. The aim of this work is to analyse the current process of employee recruitment and selection and find possible effectiveness. The first part is devoted to a theoretical approach to the actual topic of employee recruitment and selection, description of the process itself and the methods that are most often used in the process of employee recruitment and selection in practice. As the most of the positions are represented by business and student positions, the practical part is focused precisely on the analysis of the process of employee recruitment and selection just for these positions. On the basis of the theoretical part and analysis of the current state of the process of employee recruitment and selection of company and there is made an evaluation and specified proposals for optimization.
