Present trends in building of the staffs´ career in the sphere of the public health protection?

Building up one´s professional career belongs to an array of developing trends that can be seen in society nowadays. In its theoretical part, the thesis sums up the branch of public health protection with the help of available literature, it focuses on the problem of human sources management, employees´needs and various aspects that can play a decisive role in the career progress. The aim of this thesis was to trace the career building in professional staff in the public health protection branch and thus to create a compact view of this profession, starting with the type of education, satisfaction, confirmed or disproved expectations in this profession, up to the career promotion possibilities. To reach this aim, four hypotheses were set and the method of quantitative research was chosen, whereas the data were collected through the research technique of a questionnaire survey. 252 respondents were evaluated, namely from regional health stations, health institutes and the State Health Institute. This thesis can serve for a better orientation of students in this field or as a means for improving conditions of employees working in the branch of public health protection.
French and Czech terminology in European Legislative Texts Focused on the Field: "Labour Conditions - Safety of Workers"

The thesis deals with the French and Czech terminology that occurs frequently in European legislative texts focused on the field "Labour conditions - safety of workers". The thesis consists of two main parts. The first, theoretical one explains prolems of corpus linguistics, corpora and parallel corpora and it describes more in detail parallel corpora with the French language, which are currently available. The second, research part is devoted to the analysis of the parallel corpus of the chosen French and Czech terminology with the aid of the special programme called "ParaConc" and it evaluates quality of the translation of the terms and their collocations, that are typical of the domain of labour law. In conclusion, a small French-Czech dictionary of the investigated terminology is attached.
EURES: European employment services - analyse of its functioning within the implementation of the European policy of Employment

Bachelor thesis deals with the European Employment Services, known under the acronym Eures which constitute the main instrument of the European Employment Strategy and an important information source in the field of profession mobility in Europe. The objective of the thesis is to analyse the functioning of Eures on European scale and in Czech Republic. The opening chapters present the principles of the free movement of persons and the employment politics of the European Union. The next chapters define the legal basis of the system Eures and its principal mission. The crucial part of the thesis is the analysis of the Eures in Czech Republic, its installation, organisation structure and the main activities.
Motivation system in a retail company

This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of motivation systems in retail. The paper is divided into two main chapters - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes what a motivation actually is and how it influences people. It also says with which instruments could be motivation of a worker influenced to achieve his better performance at work. Practical part shows factual example of a motivation system in Lenovo division for the Czech Republic.
Hindrances to Free Movement of Workers in European Court of Justice Cases

The aim of my thesis is to acquaint the reader with the problematic of free movement of workers, both from the theoretical point of view and from practical point of view based on the European Court of Justice cases. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I focus on the characteristics of internal market and definition of free movement of persons and workers. I mention individual law regulations that significantly influence the problematic of free movement of persons. Further, I describe different exceptions from free movement of workers, mutual recognition of academic qualifications and social security regarding the movement of workers. And at last in my practical part, I analyze individual cases of ECJ which have had the most significant impact on the development of free movement of workers.
Collective bargaining and application of the social dialogue in management (comparison of the Czech republic, Italy and Greece)

The main aim of this tesis is the analysis of the collective bargaining process which should be helping the employees to reach better working conditions. The collective contracts from the CR will be explored to see if it this is true. Other aims are : 1. Description of the evolution of the Trade Unions in the Czech republic, Greece and Italy. 2. Description of the legal frame work and today situation of the Trade Unions in these countries. 3. Consideration of the influence of the financial crises on the collective bargaining. The tesis explores on the base of the data from the years 2008 and 2009 the influence of the financial crises on the collective bargaining in the Czech republic and explores if the salaries have economical containt and how the union members'demands change according to the general economic situation. As for the main target it tries to prove the success and necessity or its opposite of the collective bargaining in the reality of the Czech republic.
Analyse of eployee's care

In my bachelor's work I concerned with problem of employee's cere. First part is about teoretical knowledge about care, in practikal part these knowledges I tried to apply for company OVB Allfinanz, a.s., where I explored situation about worker's care. On the basis of these knowledges I named weaknesses of employment policy and suggestioned my own decision.
Hindrances to Free Movement of Workers in European Court of Justice Cases

The aim of my master thesis is to analyze hindrances to free movement of workers both from the theoretical point of view and in relation to the European Court of Justice cases. In the first part of the thesis I summarize the development of European integration and general principles of free movement of persons. Then the attention is paid to free movement of workers itself. The definition of a worker, primary and secondary legislation governing free movement of workers and the scope of free movement of workers are presented as well. Moreover, derogations from the principle of free movement of workers are discussed. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to the description of the European Court of Justice, its composition and various types of proceedings. In the last part of the thesis the most significant ECJ cases concerning hindrances to free movement of workers are selected and analyzed.

Education and developement of workers is nowadays one of the most important personal activities which leads to achievement of success and competitiveness of firm. It is the need to pay attention to business due to constantly changing conditions and requirements. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the process of education and development of the people working in an organization which is engaged in the system of insurance and examine in detail rules and procedures of staff training and its development which are used for fulfilment of conditions and requirements of a particular job ''referent counter''. The intention of this thesis is to compare theory with used practise, elucidate merits and imperfections, where appropriate, suggest and substantiate other alternative solutions of staff training and development in the selected firm and within the particular job.
