Conception of a horizontal wood splitting device - additional tractor equipment
Jaroš, Petr ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
The content of this work is a brief critical recherche and description of the concept of the proposed solution of the wood splitter. The work includes functional calculation of the equipment including design of individual components, strength calculation, drawing of the complete assembly, drawing of the subassembly of frame and drawings of production documentation.
Horizontal splitter for firewood
Čechman, Jan ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The goal is a brief search of types of wood-splitters and own design of wood splitter, which fulfils requirements. CAD model has been made and also control calculations of suitability of chosen parts if necessary. Wood-splitter with high production of wood, big splitting force and possibility to run in home conditions has been successfully designed.
Mobile horizontal splitting equipment
Klusáček, David ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design mobile horizontal splitting equipment with the wheel chassis. Develop requested function, size and strenght computation. Documentation of the whole set-up, documentation of sub-parts and documentation of single parts.
Wood processing processes and problems of production technology of semi-finished products
Šimo, Samuel ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of a new production line of the woodprocessing factory DCP Timber. In the first part, the work approaches wood in terms of itsinternal structure and its physical and mechanical properties. The second part is focused on themost common methods of cutting the wood material. The third part describes the technology ofconvection drying of wood and the impact of this drying on the resulting quality of woodensemi-finished products. The practical part of the thesis is the solution to the inefficientproduction of the machine of the circular saw, which is an important part of the production line. There is a comparison of different cutting tools and their effect on dimensional tolerances. Inthe next point, thanks to mathematical models, the parameters of maximum feed speed andpower of the electric motor of the spreading saw are determined. Finally, a technical andeconomic evaluation is developed where the payback period is calculated in the case ofinvestment in a power unit with higher performance.
Cutting equipment for a firewood processor
Augustin, Jakub ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the conceptual design of a wood-splitting machine as additional device for a front loader. The main aim of this thesis is to design the whole wood-splitter of a front loader which it would use.
Examples of characteristic traces of manual processing of wooden elements used in buildings
Bláha, Jiří
Classification of traces preserved on the surface of wood according to the circumstances of the trace origin and the type of tool used. Examples of traces recorded during field surveys and their subsequent analysis and interpretation.
Mapping of historical technical buildings in the border region
CIMBURA, Jan
This bachelor's thesis discusses historical technical buildings in a boarding region. The beginning is focused on types of technical buildings, woodworks history and woodworking industry. Furthermore, there are described two main personalities who played an important role in this area. The main part of the thesis is focused on sawmills, shipping channels and power stations. Biggest and most significant sawmills, shipping channels and power stations in the border region are discussed in the following chapters, as well as places, where these objects were located. The goal of the thesis is to describe these historical objects in regional context and point them in maps.
