Diplomová práca je zameraná na optimalizáciu novej výrobnej linky drevospracujúceho závodu DCP Timber s r.o. V prvej časti práca približuje drevo z hľadiska jeho vnútornej štruktúry a jeho fyzikálnych či mechanických vlastností. Druhá časť je zameraná na priblíženie najrozšírenejších metód trieskového obrábania dreveného materiálu. V tretej časti je opísaná technológia konvekčného sušenia dreva a vplyv tohoto sušenia na výslednú kvalitu drevených polotovarov. Praktická časť práce rieši neefektívnu výrobu na stroji kotúčovej rozmietacej píly, ktorá je dôležitým článkom výrobnej linky. Nachádza sa tu porovnanie rôznych rezných nástrojov a ich vplyv na rozmerové tolerancie. V ďalšom bode sú vďaka matematickým modelom zistené rezné parametre ako maximálna rýchlosť posuvu a výkon elektromotora rozmietacej píly. Na záver je vypracované technicko – ekonomické zhodnotenie, kde je spočítaná doba návratnosti v prípade investície do pohonnej jednotky s vyšším výkonom. The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of a new production line of the woodprocessing factory DCP Timber. In the first part, the work approaches wood in terms of itsinternal structure and its physical and mechanical properties. The second part is focused on themost common methods of cutting the wood material. The third part describes the technology ofconvection drying of wood and the impact of this drying on the resulting quality of woodensemi-finished products. The practical part of the thesis is the solution to the inefficientproduction of the machine of the circular saw, which is an important part of the production line.There is a comparison of different cutting tools and their effect on dimensional tolerances. Inthe next point, thanks to mathematical models, the parameters of maximum feed speed andpower of the electric motor of the spreading saw are determined. Finally, a technical andeconomic evaluation is developed where the payback period is calculated in the case ofinvestment in a power unit with higher performance.
