History of women's football in the Czech lands

This bachelor thesis deals with the history of women's football in the Czech lands. The thesis is divided chronologically from the very beginnings of football as a collective sport and traces the involvement of women in the game. It defines the first sporting activities of women in society and their official educational physical education process in Europe. Provides the earliest references to women's football in Great Britain and Bohemia. Describes the most important things that have happened in women's football in the Czech territory, in a chronological sequence from the founding of the first women's team, the structure of the first regular competitions to the current structure of women's football in the Czech Republic. The most famous teams are mapped and the most important personalities of women's football in the Czech Republic and the world are described. It describes the development of the Czechoslovak women's national football team from its first official match to its isolation under the Czech flag. The chapters are enriched with contemporary interviews and public reactions from available theses, periodicals, books and websites. Postural stability of elite sportswomen - cross-sectional study

Title: Postural stability of elite sportswomen - cross-sectional study Objectives: The aim of this work is to describe and evaluate postural stability in elite women's categories of selected sports specializations. a partial goal is to find out and compare selected parameters of static postural stability of football and volleyball players, both from the perspective of different age categories and from the point of view of the given sports specialization. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study involving a total of 278 female athletes (67 volleyball players, 211 football players) aged 14 and over. Footscan Balance desk (RSscan International, Belgium) was used to measure static postural stability. Tests were used: narrow stand open eyes, narrow stand closed eyes, stand on right lower limb, stand on left lower limb. The results of individual tests were statistically processed and compared. Statistical evaluation was performed using two way ANOVA test, type III and post-hoc Scheffe test. Statistical significance was determined to be p ≤ 0.05. Results: The results of the study showed that footballers have a better level of postural stability compared to volleyball players, and a significant difference was found in all four tests (p < 0.05). Student: Renata Kunrtová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims:Monitoring the level of engagement and use of the fitness coaches in training in women's football clubs of the Czech Republic (hereinafter CR), finding the form of their cooperation and also their specialization. Finally the aim of this work is to capture the approaches and consecutions of each coach to other characteristics of fitness training. Methodology:A non-standardized anonymous questionnaire was compiled to achieve the aims of the bachelor's thesis. Thereafter the pilot survey was realized. The questionnaire was sent to coaches from the first women's league, the second Czech women's football league, the third Czech women's football league and MSLŽ. The total amount of coaches was 45 and 16 of them participated in the survey. Results: Based on the surfy of the bachelor's thesis I found that the involvement of the fitness coaches in women's soccer training is rare. In monitored cases there was especially the external cooperation of the women's team with the fitness coach but only during a compilation of thein training plan or for players who are recovering.
