Web desing for small construction company

This bachelor thesis is focused on creating a website for a small construction company and designing the marketing audit within the capability of the company. Some methods are implemented during creating the website and some will serve as bases for other possible steps in the future. The theoretical part deals with the process of creating websites for small organisations and is focused on rules and procedures, which should be followed in order to create quality web pages. There is also described which role plays the website for organizations and for customers. After the theoretical part follows the practical part, which describes the creation of website for the company Promonasta. This creation is according to knowledge and own experience of the author, based on analysis and design of optimal marketing strategy. The main aim of this thesis is to improve the existing "bad" position of the firm on the Internet and thus attracts possible customers.

The aim of this work is the analysis of travel agencies and their products, which are available to people living in České Budějovice and its environs. I have worked out a summary of different kinds of tourism and particular package tours, trips or excursions that are being offered within each of this kinds of tourism. Promotion used by every single travel agency has been studied throughout its web pages. This web pages are a medium for the communication between the customer and the agency. Anothers functions are to supply information about the company and its products as well as to mediate a buying of tour. The appearence of web pages are closely associated with the sort of tours, that are offered on them, and with the part of costumers that the trips are dedicated for.

Especially press, radio and since the mid-twentieth century the television. Ability of being publicly known is simply one of the basic elements for successful business. Who was not able of that, failed. And also today, in digital era, it can be very unwise to underestimate power of the presentation on the internet. This thesis handles options and ways for publication of such a presentation. Too many variations and large number of providers makes this combination even more tricky. The objective of this work is to help every new or existing business-greedy person to get oriented on the Czech hosting market and help them to choose the right place for their internet presentation.
Design and realization of the contract web pages

This bachelor thesis deals with the web pages creation. At first it familiarizes in general with Internet and currently used technologies. Then it explains main principles of web pages creating for companies in the areas of accessibility, usability, content and searchability and main points of the life cycle, which is divided into the preparation, implementation and maintenance of web sites. These facts are then applied directly on the web page of the selected gastronomic company. Based on all of these principles a web site rating is evaluated.
Creating a real estate agency portal

This dissertation thesis is focused at opportunities in real estate industry in connection with using internet based portal for real estate agencies. The thesis is based on Čestmír Kadlec's dissertation thesis which presents a methodology for creating real estate agencies portal. The main aim of this paper is to specify a concept of real estate agencies portal web pages according to methodology developed by Kadlec and evaluate required investment into development and operation the real estate agencies internet based portal. Firstly, theoretical part deals with information society, real estate market in the Czech Republic and how the evolution of information society influenced Czech real estate market in the past. Also the thesis contains description of real estate agency portals in the Czech Republic, their typology and a selection of a web portal for further analysis. The analysis of Sreality.cz contains a description of key processes and also description and fees of provided services. Practical part is focused at specification of real estate agencies web portal according to Kadlec's methodology which can be found in his dissertation thesis. Firstly, there is a description of real estate agencies portal as a system. Then there is an assessment how the proposed solutions meets the criteria specified by Kadlec, which the "ideal" web portal must have. In conclusion, the business case was prepared to Compaq the costs of development and operation of the portal and potential revenues according to competition market analysis. The outcome of the whole thesis is a recommendation whether the investment in the portal makes business sense.
The web analysis and design methodology MANW

The main subject of this thesis is to prepare the web analysis and design methodology, MANW. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the definition of the methodological framework on the basis of which the methodology will be built. The framework comes out from the methodological framework MEFIS which has been accustomed to comply with specific needs of the web application and websites development. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the research of existing methodologies for web project implementation. Based on the research, the elements of the methodologies suitable for analysis and design are selected and then incorporated into the MANW methodology. The last part of the thesis is the description of the methodology itself and description of its characteristics and elements. The goal of the diploma thesis is to prepare a simple methodology for websites and web applications analysis and design which can be used in agile web development. The methodology is described by its phases, processes, roles, inputs and outputs and other elements which are defined in the elaborated methodological framework. The output of methodology processes are the data for implementation, deployment and operation of web solutions. It was necessary to define the term methodology and define a methodological framework first in order to work out the methodology itself successfully. Another starting point for methodology design was the research of existing methodologies which also serves as an introduction to the problems of web projects implementation and provides an overview of existing tools. Output of the thesis is the MANW methodology which is a synthesis of the working experience and of a methodological framework theory. This methodology is easily modifiable and thanks to the clear process definition it can provide the companies with an effective solution of web products analysis and design.
Comparison of selected websites in the sphere of tourism (accommodation) in the Czech Republic

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and compare selected websites in the sphere of tourism (accommodation) in the Czech Republic. The introductory part deals with tourism - including accommodation - in general, and describes the methods of web search. In the following part, the criteria for an evaluation of the individual websites are defined. The choice of criteria focuses on the websites' credibility, usefulness, possibilities of web search, and on the forms of accommodation demand and reservation. The next part of the thesis consists of an analysis and evaluation of four selected accommodation portals' websites. The final part of the thesis comprises suggestions of ways in which the individual websites could be improved, and an ideal accommodation portal proposal.
