Modeling of flow on synchronous generator
Chlup, Jaroslav ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This project deals with simulation´s possibilities of air flow in electric machines. A finite element method is the final element technique. Aim of this project is conversion universal formula for calculation friction dissipation factor. For its location is necessary to create 27 simulations according to the 2. plan order. Usage programme MATLAB for processing results obtain requisite algorithm for calculation friction dissipation factor.
Influence of skin effect, proximity effect and air gap on winding losses of HF inductors and transformers
Pitner, Tomáš ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with power losses in the windings of high-frequency inductors and transformers. A detailed mathematical and qualitative analysis of the skin effect, proximity effect and leakage flux of air gap is performed, supplemented with the results of computer simulations using the finite element method. The thesis introduces analytical and numerical methods for calculating power losses in the windings of inductors and transformers and describes suitable measurement methods, which are further used in the thesis. For selected geometries of inductors and transformers, AC resistances of their windings are calculated using FEM and the results are compared with measurements on constructed prototypes. The winding geometries are also compared between each other.
Calculation of induction machine stray looses
Jirásek, Tomáš ; Kurfűrst, Jiří (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is a determination of an idle additional losses in an electric rotary machines and a calculation of these losses for induction machine. The additional losses are caused especially by the eddy currents on the surface of stator and rotor, further by a pulsation of these currents owing to the periodical change of air-gap permeance, magnetic induction in stator and rotor teeth and a differential leakage.
Administrative building Brno Hlinky, implementation of facade and roof cladding
Dušková, Lucie ; Liška, Pavel (referee) ; Kovářová, Barbora (advisor)
The subject of this Bachelor thesis is offering solution of technological steps roofing and cladding of an office building in Brno, Hlinky. It is a two storey building, partial basement, the overall module dimensions 9.4 x 37.5 m. Main supporting skeleton consists of roof trusses and ceiling beams that are attached to poles. The roof is purlin, load-bearing layer is trapezoidal sheet, which is on the top flange purlins. The walls are self-supporting, walled. Roof cladding is insulated with layer of polystyrene, the main waterproofing layer is mPVC film. Most of the cladding is designed as external thermal insulation composite systems with ceramic tiles, part of the facade on the west side of the building is made up of wood paneling with an air gap.
Construction technology study stage execution external cladding of administrative building
Tůma, Daniel ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The content of this bachelor thesis is structurally technological study stage execution external cladding of administrative building Schuss Praha in Prague. The works deals with making of ventilated facade. Thesis solve technological regulation of ventilated facade, principles of organization of construction including technical report of construction site equipment and drawing construction site equipment, design mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety.
Analytic represantation of AC winding properties
Kubín, Tomáš ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
My bachelor thesis deals with the issue of overview diagram of magnetic fields of basic free-phase winding. It is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on basic winding types and types of their connection. The second part describes the issue of analytic calculation of the magnetic field intensity in the air gap of rotating machines. This description is easier and faster than modern method of final elements in some cases because it displays course of particular harmonics and their partial sums for selected magnetic fields. The third part presents Görges diagrams of basic winding types and finally there is a calculation of the winding factor shown on two examples in the fourth part.
Electromagnetic damper
Mikyska, Jan ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This master´s thesis is focused on obtaining electrical energy from vibration control car using electromagnetic dampers. The primary use of the electromagnetic damper is the production of electrical energy, which can then be used to power electrical appliances in your car or battery charging. The thesis is divided into six main parts: a literature review of possible ways of getting electricity from the car damping, theoretical and mathematical analysis of problems, the choice of design with computational analysis of dampers and power calculation.
Building technological study of execute peripheral walls in administration building of company Geostav in Otrokovice
Vyoral, Martin ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
In this work is done building technological phase the installation for curtain wall office building fy GEOSTAV in Otrokovice. It contains a comprehensive section for the realization of this stage. It is therefore all about making ventilated facades. Stage design and building technology envelope in the thesis contains the technological steps for the following parts: building equipment, technological regulation for facade scaffolding and ventilated façade, schedule, mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, safety.
Study efficiency of modern thermal insulation for buildings
Šot, Petr ; auditor, Karel Trojan, Brno, energetický (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of thermoreflect insulation. The small part of thesis focuses on the energy demand of buildings and its problems. Then the greater extent is analysed problems by heat transfer of material. It includes effects arising from the individual methods of heat transfer and defines the level of expression of individual methods of heat transfer in materials. The thesis presents an overview of experimental methods for determining thermal insulating properties of insulators. Then there is shown a selection of the most widespread insulation materials used in today´s construction. It includes the division of insulators in terms of used materials and subsequent classification of the most used materials in these groups. Another part of thesis deals with the thermoreflect isolation. There are mentioned the necessary concepts for the study of thermoreflect thermal insulation, which include the emissivity surface, the coefficient of mutual radiation and translucency of the material. Then there is described the method heat transfer of thermoreflect isolation. On the next there are presented experimental methods of determining thermal insulating properties thermoreflect thermal-insulating material. The thesis also includes a practical part, which contains the measurement results on a small range of samples taken termoreflection insulators. In the end there is mentioned a brief realization of thermoreflection thermal insulation materials in buildings.
The influence of eccentricity upon the radial forces in an induction motor
Formánek, Jakub ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to get familiar with the influence of radial forces in the induction machine. Induction motor is one of the most commonly used and most extended type of machine, therefore it is useful to detect the intensity of theese forces and their influence at operation of the machine. In this work ,radial forces are computed by the software simulation in ANSYS Maxwell. Models are created with help of module Rmxprt and finite elements method. These models are based on real induction motors with predefined size of eccentricity. In the final part we perform a measurement of deviations on the real machine using vibrometer.
