Analysis of concentrated windings of PMSM
Menoušek, Lukáš ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design, principles of permanent magnet synchronous machines and an analysis of their properties. As part of the work is done familiarization with the materials of permanent magnets and their arrangement, as well as construction of the engine where they are discussed types of winding machine configuration, types of motors with permanent magnets and the list of implemented solutions. In the next section of this paper is an analysis of the properties of selected types of concentrated winding with a focus on the emergence of harmonics. These data are compared with the model of the engine in the FEMM. Furthermore, a comparison of the calculations of these types of engines and their simulation in RMxprt.
Analysis of dynamic load from induction machine current signature
Pavláček, Jan ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the analysis of the dynamic behavior of the load from the measurement of stator currents of induction motor. Work is sorted from basic engine failures equations, mathematical models, types of signal processing, simulation and measurement. The practical part deals with the design of the motor model in Matlab Simulink, the simulated and the measurement of the pump BETA 12 YC On the Department of Fluid Engineering Victor Kaplan. Use appropriate types of signal processing evaluate the results. The aim of this work is to analyze the dynamic changes of the load.
Impact of winding on induction machine characteristics
Mikmek, Vladislav ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Mach, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of a three-phase winding of an induction engine. After the theoretical introduction concerning different types of windings, two types of their analysis and the importance of the winding factor, two methods of analysis and design tools are explained: Görges diagram and Tingley scheme. This scheme is then used for the design of all possible variants of winding for a certain number of stator slots and the theoretical shape of magnetic field is analysed. The next step is a deeper software analysis of the engines with variants of windings with different coil pitches and number of conductors per slot. Especially the finite element method is used in this part. The obtained values and their characteristics of the simulated engines are compared numerically and graphically. Then the changes of important values for different windings are described. The optimal winding according to chosen requirements is chosen.
Design of permanent magnet synchronous motor
Pavláček, Jan ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis is bent proposal synchronic motor with permanent magnets. Here are described characteristic synchronic motors, permanent magnets and possibilites construction. This thesis is sorted from common description, feature and principle function. Here are also mentioned benefits and disadvantages synchronic motors with permanent magnets. Main volume of work is proposal synchronic motor with various modifications. Proposal is realized in program Ansys Maxwell (modulus RMxpert). Engine data are entered from program Excel, where is state full calculation input and output parameters. Value is tested from [11]. Aim those work are various modification synchronic motor and his analysis.
Single-Phase Induction Motor
Vácha, Pavel ; Lapčík, Josef (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
The bachelor work is concerned the thesis of a single-phase induction motor that´s perpetually more used in all over the world. Its aim is assembling the information about this type of motor and its calculation. The content of the first part is the theoretical analysis of a single-phase induction motor and acquirement ways of the stroke moment. The practical part contains a basic schema calculation of the single-phase induction motor with an auxiliary phase and a processing demonstrate example of calculation of the single-phase induction motor with concrete parameters along suggested process. In the conclusion there is the evaluation of the whole process.
Magnetic field analysis of synchronous machine
Volf, Tomáš ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Skalka, Miroslav (advisor)
The Magnetic Field Analysis Project of Synchronous Machine deals with program for magnetic field analysis of synchronous machine cross section. This program is written in detail along with the necessary theory of synchronous machine and the ANSYS program. After this the program for using different types of sectional wires modification is made – in the concrete for round conductors. It is attained the numeric computing method – The Finite Element Method. To creation of the magnetic field simulation serves ANSYS program, which uses The Finite Element Method.
The construction and design a transformer
Smejkal, Vít ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
After the general introduction to magnetism the work is further on concentrating on the construction of the transformator with the EI core. The work puts the emphasy especially on the calculation of the otherwise chartered data for the EI cores according to their size and the used material features suitable for the above mentioned core. Current transformer and its design is analyzed in next part. From the gained knowledge are than constructed the suitable procedures for the automated calculations, which are than realized in the Matlab environment.
Production Comparison of High Voltage Winding of Dry Transformers
Mrajca, Miroslav ; Bulín, Tomáš (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the history, importance, usage, construction and principle of the operation of transformers. The thesis also focuses on the detailed description of the parts which the dry power transformer is composed from, as well as the description of their manufactory and following assembly into one unit. The thesis contains the comparison of different technologies of manufactory of higher voltage winding and magnetic circuit. The thesis contains a process of design of the dry transformer with an example of calculation. The output is a comparison of different high voltage winding technologies in terms of production costs and winding factor.
