Measurement and Evaluation Methods of Powertrain Vibrations
Vítek, Michal ; Janoušek, Michal (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the methods of measurement and evaluation of powertrain vibrations. Introduction of this work is defining the basic parameters of vibration. It also shows the experimental modal analysis, vibration excitation methods and measuring responses to a given excitation. The last part is operational modal analysis and its comparison with experimental modal analysis.
Rocket Engine Design
Cejpek, Jakub ; Konečný,, Pavel (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
The objective of this study is to design a solid rocket fuel engine with sufficient power to propel 500 grams to 1500 meters of altitude. Furthermore to draft a design of a rocket that will utilize this category of solid rocket fuel engine. This study will begin with a theoretical exploration of the means to formulate the correct propellant closest to the theoretical solid rocket fuel formula. This section of the exploration will exclude the construction materials, technology, and the propellant availability. After the theoretical exploration the calculations will continue, respecting the availability of construction materials, technology, and the propellant; to investigate the means to formulate the correct propellant closest to the theoretical formula. Then, according to the new propellant formulation, re-design the engine.
Design of semimobile screening device for gravel sand
Kala, Pavel ; Anderle, Martin (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with design of semimobile device for sorting sand and describes design of machine parts. This thesis includes checking calculations of selected structural elements and final verification of calculations and measurements.
Design of sieving machine for powder metal materials
Malý, Martin ; Koukal, Ondřej (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a sieving machine for metal powders and issues associated with this technology. Next the thesis focuses on vibrations and his excitation. Based on specifited parametes in this thesis is created and described design of screening machine for metal powders.
Interaction between Mobile Working Machines and Rolled Surfaces
Pokorný, Jan ; Hrabovský, Leopold (referee) ; Červinka, Jan (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is concerning with an interaction between mobile working machines and rolled surfaces. Machines and their constructions parts behavior were observed. There are some machines that can change state of surface. And due to these change of surface the machine is in different conditions for drive and also for works. The interaction of working machines and rolled surfaces was categorized in this work and for each category here is a methodic work flow for solution of various cases. Three examples are described in this work. Some simulating programs were used for all cases and therefore there is a methodic work flow for creating and simulating of models. Three described examples include a complex solution of hydraulic drive for vibration exciter of vibration roller, small cleaner of canalizations with aim on load case to frame of this cart. The third example describes solution of undercarriage frames of agricultural semi-trailers. This example is the most extensive chapter from this work due to including of marketing research at the beginning of development and also verification of simulated results with results from real prototype tests at the end of development of these undercarriage frames.
Three-sided vibrating screen
Švrček, Jakub ; Kala, Pavel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of an inclined three-sided vibrating screen, which is designed for sorting bulk aggregates. The aim of the diploma thesis is primarily to make a construction design with a specific comparison of various design solutions, considering the calculated operating parameters. In the construction design, is used not only the experience of the manufacturer of this type of machine, but also recommendations based on the manu-facturers of screens component. The design also includes a comparison of two types of flex-ible mounting, which is one of the basic structural units of the entire vibrating screen. The thesis is conceived from the basics, with emphasis on the simplicity and functionality of the device.
Analysis of excited oscillation of non-linear energy harvester on shaker
Jaroš, Vojtěch ; Rubeš, Ondřej (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis focuses on controlling the acceleration amplitude of a vibration exciter, that tests either linear or nonlinear spring-hardening harvesters. The thesis includes searches for vibration exciters. It also deals with control research and control simulations of vibrating exciter during vibration testing in the Matlab Simulink. At the end of the thesis, simulations of control of the vibration exciter, which tests linear and non-linear harvesters are presented
