The state has become a constant tendency to enter the health system as a result and its interventions (regulations) influence the behavior of its actors. The regulation is in the eyes of the state solution that can cope with so-called market failures, but the result is damage to the entire health care system. Therefore health care could inspire in animal health care, where almost no government regulation (except law) and the system is based on market behavior.
