Title: The proposal for marketing communication of sports equipment BungyPump Goals: The goal is to analyze and evaluate the current marketing communication of BungyPump, based on the acquired data and findings and propose a new improved marketing communication. Methods: Methods of qualitative research have been employed to assess the current marketing communication - specifically an interview with the instructions, participant semi-structured observation and analysis of internal documents. Results: The output of the work is a proposal for the improvement of marketing communication of BungyPump, including new means of communication and efficiency improvement of the current means. It is primarily the possibility to test the poles during organized walks. New leaflets and a website have been designed for this purpose. The proposal also utilizes new trends in marketing, namely guerilla marketing. Bachelor thesis. Brno: PEF MENEDLUT in Brno, 2015. This thesis deals with the evaluation and the design of trade fair activity for the e-shop that carry business in the toy industry. The development and the typology of fairs and exhibitions and theirs position in the promotion mix is described. The internal and external environment of e-shop is analysed and the outputs of the previous fair participa-tions are evaluated. The recommendations and the design of fair activities for upcoming year are suggested.

The Bachelor's thesis is focusing on Trade Fairs and Exhibitions as an important element in competing in global markets. The work describes history and development of Trade Fairs, Exhibitions and how have their main characteristics changed and evolved over the years. It is important to understand this process, because as Trade Fairs and exhibitions changed over the time it has directly affected also the reasons why companies take a part on such an events. Whereas in past companies were coming to Trade Fairs to compete with products and prices, today trend shows that they are looking for propagation of their brand, networking and building of successful image. The outcome of the thesis clearly shows the connection between the competitiveness of the companies and participation on Trade Fairs and Exhibitions. To support the whole concept we asked one of the important Czech companies ŽĎAS to answer questions that has proved that due to the participation on Fair Trades and Exhibitions has their competitiveness and exports risen in the past and are expecting to continue in this trend.
Preparation of trade fair (on concrete example)

In my bachelor thesis I discuss participation in trade fair for the travel and tourism industry by the regional authority (specifically the Regional Authority of Karlovy Vary Region). The goal of the thesis is to give a systematic view of all obligations and activities that are directly and indirectly connected with this participation. In the first chapter I anylyse trade fairs from a theoretical point of view and next focus on particular steps regional authorities must take - from an application, to getting donations to actual part at the trade fairs. As a practical example I have choosen the Holiday World 2010 trade fair, where the Karlovy Vary Region took part as a main exhibitor.
